በምኒልክ ዘመን ርሃብ ነበር፡፡ በኃይለስላሴ ዘመን ርሃብ ነበር፡፡ በደርግም ዘመን ርሃብ ነበር፡፡ ነገር ግን በእነዚህ ሶስት መንግስታት ኢትዮጵያ 15 ሚሊዮን ህዝብ ተርቦባት አያውቅም፡፡ ያውም ይህኛው የተከሰተው ዓለም በምግብ ራስን ለመቻል ምቹ በሆነችበት፣ ርዳታም በአፋጣኝ በሚገኝበት ዘመን ነው፡፡
ከምንም በላይ ግን ስርዓቱ ላለፉት ለሁለት አስርት አመታት ‹‹ግብርና መር›› እያለ በሚቀልድበት፣ ሁለተኛው ‹‹የትራንስፎርሜሽን እቅድ›› በታወጀበት፣ መካከለኛ ገቢ ካላቸው ሀገራት ልንቀላቀል ነው እያሉ በሚያላዝኑበት፣ 11 በመቶ ታደገ በሚባልበት፣ የአደጋ መከላከልና ዝግጁነት አለን በሚሉበት ይህን ያህል ህዝብ ለርሃብ መጋለጡ የሚሳየው የስርዓቱን ውድቀት ነው፡፡ አሁንም የሚፈልገው ይህን ውድቀቱን መሸፋፈን ነው፡፡፡
በቅርቡ ግብርና ሚኒስትር መግለጫ ሊሰጥ ነው ተብሎ ሰው በሰው ሰምተን ወደ መስሪያ ቤቱ ሄድን፡፡ እሱ ግን ፈረንጆቹን ሰብስቦ፣ ከኢትዮጵያውያን ተደብቆ ‹‹ስለ ግብርና ትራንስፎርሜሽናል አጀንዳ›› እያወራ አገኘነው፡፡ ምርት በሽ የሆነበትና የሚሆንበት ሌላ ዕቅድ ነው፡፡ ጭራሹን ሚኒስትር ድኤታው ‹‹ከአለፈው አመት የተሻለ ምርት እናገኛለን›› አለ፡፡ ሙሉቀን ተስፋው ‹‹ይህኛው ርሃብኮ ከክፉ ቀን (በምኒልክ ዘመነ መንግስት ከተከሰተው) የከፋ ነው፡፡ ከመቼውም ጊዜ›› ሲለው ደግሞ ‹‹ችግር የለውም፡፡ አሁን 90 ሚሊዮን ህዝብ አለን፡፡ የተራበው 10 በመቶው ብቻ ነው›› ብሎን እርፍ፡፡ እንዲህ ግብዝ ናቸው፡፡ 10 ሚሊዮን ህዝብ የሚበላው አጥቶ እነሱ ቀለል አደርገው ‹‹10 በመቶ›› ብለው ይገልፁታል፡፡
ከሁሉም የሚያሳዝነው ግን የእኛው ዝምታ ነው፡፡ አሁን እዚህ አዲስ አበባ፣ በራችን ድረስ መጥተዋል፡፡ አሁን አሁንማ ከንፈር መምጠጡንም ትተነው፣ ርሃብ፣ ስቃዩን ለምደነዋል፡፡ እንደ ስርዓቱ፡፡ ቢቢሲ፣ ሲኤን ኤን ሲሰራው ብቻ ‹‹ሼር›› ማድረግ ሆኗል ትልቁ ስራችን፡፡ ዓለም እንዲያውቀው የተጠናከረ ዘመቻ እንኳን ማድረግ አልቻልንም ወይንም አልፈለግንም፡፡ በርሃብ የተጠቁት ነፍሳቸውን ለማዳን ወደ ዋና ዋና ከተሞች ተሰደዋል፡፡ አዲስ አበባ ውስጥ በየ መንገዱ ሞልተዋል፡፡ በዚህ በኢንተርኔት ዘመን፣ በዚህ በ‹‹ስማርት›› ስልክ፣ በፌስቡክ፣ በቲውተር፣ በዩቲብ ዘመን እያየን ከማለፍ የዘለለ ለዓለም እያጋለጥን አይደለም፡፡ ሰብሰብ ብለን ምግብ አሰባስበን ምግብ መስጠት፣ መጠለያ መስጠት፣ ሥርዓቱ እርምጃ እንዲወስድ ማድረግ እየቻልን እያየን ማለፍ፣ ቢቢሲ ሲሰራው ብቻ መገረም ሆኗል ስራችን፡፡
እንደኔ እምነት ኮሚቴ አዋቅሮ ለወገኖቻችን መድረስም ይቻል ነበር፡፡ የአባይ ቦንድ ምናምን የሚባለው ቀርቶ በስልክም ሆነ በአካል ለወገኖቻችን ምግብ፣ ልብስ ማገዝ ይቻል ነበር፡፡ ቆይ ግን፤ እናቶቻችን፣ ህጻናት እየሞቱ ያልደረስንላቸው፣ መቼ ልንደርስ ነው?
እኔ በበኩሌ አሁንም በዚች ባለችን መድረክ ተወያይተን የየድርሻችን፣ የምንችለውን፣ ጊዜው የሚጠይቀንን፣ ደግሞም ማድረግ ያለብንን ማድረግ እንዳለብን አምናለሁ፡፡ ቢያንስ ቢያንስ በየ ከተማው ኮሚቴ አቋቁመን ኢትዮጵያውያንን፣ ዓለምም በርሃብ ለተጠቁት እንዲደርስ ማድረግ አለብን፡፡ ስርዓቱማ አሁንም ትራንስፎርሜሽን፣ አሁንም አባይ፣ አሁንም ልማት…… እያለ ቀጥሏል፡፡ ርሃብ ለሚቆላቸው ሳይደርስ!

ትዝ ይለኛል በወሎ ድርቅ ሆኖ ህዝቡን ለመርዳት እህልና ልብስ ይዘን ሄደን ነበር የሚገርመው የኢትይጵያ መሬት ለም ለእርሻ ጥሩ ሆኖ ሳለ ስርኣቶች ብቀያየሩም መሻሻል ኣልታየም ችግሩ ደግሞ የኢትዮጵያ ኤኮኖሚካዊ ፖሊሲ በጦርነትና በልመና ያተኮረ ስለሆነ ነው
