ይህንንን ግጭት አያይዞ ወያኔ የሱዳን ወታደሮችን ወደ ጎንደር ክፍለሃገር ድንበሩን ዘልቀው እንዲገቡ ያደረገ ሲሆን ለግዛቱ አንድነት የማይተኛው ጀግናው የጎንደር ሕዝብ እንዳጠቃቸው እና እንደማረካቸው ታውቋል::የተያዙትን ሱዳናዊ ወታደሮች ለማስለቀቅ የወያኔ ወታደሮች ጥቃት ቢሰነዝሩም እንዳልተሳካላቸው ተሰምቷል::ከዚሁ ጋር በተያያዘ በአከባቢው የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት እንደተቋረጠ ታውቋል:: በዳንሻ አካባቢ ከሳምንት በፊት ታጣቂ የመንግስት አካላት በአካባቢዉ ካሉ አማጺያንና ከተቃዋሚዎች ጋር እንዲዋጉ የተሰጣቸዉን ትእዛዝ አንቀበልም ማለታቸዉ ታዉቋል። ከአካባቢዉ ምንጮች ለመረዳት እንደተቻለዉ በመንግስት ደሞዝተኞች ዉስጥ ያሉት ታጣቂዎች “መንግስት ይመጣል፤ መንግስት ይሔዳል። እኛ ግን ከወንድሞቻችን ጋር አብረን መኖራችን ይቀጥላል። ደም የመቃባት ፍላጎት የለንም። መንግስት ከፈለገ ጦሩን አስፍሮ እራሱ ሊዋጋ ይገባል። መሳሪያችንን እንድናስረክብ ከተጠየቅን መሳሪያችንን እናስረክባለን!” ማለታቸዉ ታዉቋል።
