ቱባ ሙሰኞችን እየደበቀ ትናንሾቹን ሙሰኞች የሚያስረው ወያኔ የአራዳና ኮልፌ ቀራንዮ ሹማምንትን ከሰሰ::
በአራዳ ክፍለ ከተማና በኮልፌ ቀራኒዮ ክፍለ ከተማ የመሬት ልማት ማኔጅመንት ጽሕፈት ቤት የተለያዩ የሥራ ድርሻ ያላቸው 14 ተጠርጣሪዎች፣ መጋቢት 22 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. የሙስና ክስ ተመሠረተባቸው፡፡
የፌዴራል የሥነ ምግባርና ፀረ ሙስና ኮሚሽን ዓቃቤ ሕግ በሁሉም ተከሳሾች ላይ ያቀረበው ክስ ‹‹ሥልጣንን ያላግባብ መገልገል የሙስና ወንጀል ክስ›› ሲሆን፣ ጉዳዩን እያየው ያለው የፌዴራል ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት ልደታ ምድብ አንደኛ ወንጀል ችሎት ነው፡፡
በአራዳ ክፍለ ከተማ መሬት ልማት ማኔጅመንት ጽሕፈት ቤት የይዞታ አስተዳደር መስተንግዶ ፕሮጀክት ዴክስ ኃላፊ፣ የሕግ ጉዳዮች ወሳኝ ባለሙያ፣ የቴክኒክ ጉዳዮች አጣሪና ወሳኝ ባለሙያ የሆኑት አቶ ገብረ እግዚአብሔር ተክሉ፣ አቶ ወንደሰን ጋሻው፣ አቶ ኃይሉ ቲመርጋና ሌሎች አራት ተጠርጣሪዎች ናቸው፡፡ በውርስ ለእህትና ወንድም የተሰጠን ይዞታ ለአንደኛው ብቻ የተሰጠ በማስመሰልና አዲስ ካርታ በማዘጋጀት በሌላኛዋ ወራሽ ላይ ጉዳት ማድረሳቸው ተገልጿል፡፡
እያንዳንዱ ተጠርጣሪ በሥራ ድርሻው የተሰጠውን ሥልጣን በመጠቀም መፈረማቸውንና ሕገወጥ ተግባር እንዲፈጸም ማድረጋቸውን ክሱ ይገልጻል፡፡ በተለይ ተፈሪ ጌታነህ የተባለው ተጠርጣሪ አራት ኪሎ ባሻ ወልዴ ችሎት በሚባለው አካባቢ ኢንጂነር አራርሳ ወርዶፋ ለተባሉት ግለሰብ በምትክ 108 ካሬ ሜትር ቦታ ያገኙ መሆኑን እያወቀ፣ 228 ካሬ ሜትር እንደተሰጣቸው አድርጎ በማቅረብ መንግሥት 1.3 ሚሊዮን ብር እንዲያጣ ማድረጉን ከሳሽ ዓቃቤ ሕግ ጠቅሷል፡፡
በኮልፌ ቀራኒዮ ክፍለ ከተማ የመሬት ማኔጅመንት ጽሕፈት ቤት የቴክኒክ ጉዳዮች አጣሪ ባለሙያ፣ የሕግ ጉዳዮች አጣሪ ባለሙያ፣ የዳታ ኢንኮደር፣ የግንባታ ፈቃድ ባለሙያ፣ የሰነድ አልባ ዴክስ ኃላፊ የሆኑት ሶሊያና አልቤ፣ ብርሃኑ ዓለሙ፣ ደስታ ለገሰ፣ ፀጋዬ አድማሱ፣ ብሩክ ኃይለ ገብርኤልና መዓዛ ተስፋዬ የተባሉት ተከሰዋል፡፡ ተከሳሾቹ 500 ካሬ ሜትር ባዶ የመንግሥት መሬት በጂአይኤስ እንደሚታይ በማስመሰልና ሕገወጥ የግንባታ ፈቃድ በመስጠት፣ በመንግሥት ላይ ከ6.7 ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ ጉዳት ማድረሳቸውን ዓቃቤ ሕግ በክሱ አስረድቷል፡፡
ተጠርጣሪዎቹ ክሱ ከተነበበላቸው በኋላ ዋስትና እንዲፈቀድላቸው የጠየቁ ቢሆንም፣ ዓቃቤ ሕግ የተጠቀሰባቸው የሕግ አንቀጽ ከአሥር ዓመታት በላይ እንደሚያስቀጣቸው በመግለጽ በመቃወሙ ዋስትና ተከልክለው በማረሚያ ቤት ሆነው እንዲከራከሩ ትዕዛዝ ተሰጥቷል፡፡ ለመጋቢት 28 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. እንዲቀርቡም ተቀጥረዋል፡፡
