በትናንትናው ዕለት የታሰሩት የኦሞ ህዝቦች ዲሞክራሲያዊ ኅብረት/ኦህዲኅ/ ም/ሊቀመንበር አቶ ዓለማዬሁ መኮንን ከሳሽ ባለመገኘቱ ‹‹ተፈቱ››፡፡ አቶ ዓለማዬሁ መኮንን በትናንትናው ዕለት ‹‹የፍትህ ጥያቄ የነጻነት ጥያቄ ነው›› በማለት ስለዞኑ ፍትህ በተናገሩት መታሰራቸው ይታወሳል፡፡ ይሄው አባባላቸው በፖሊስ እለት ሁኔታ ላይ ‹‹ፍትህ በሌለበት፣ነጻነት አይኖርም ፣ነጻነት በሌለበትም ፍትህ አይኖርም ›› ብለው በመናገራቸው በዳኛ ዳዊት አድማሱ ጥሩነህ በቀረበባቸው አቤቱታ እንደታሰሩ ቢገለጽም ማንም ቀርቦ ስለሁኔታው ሊያስረዳ ስላልመጣ ዛሬ ከሰዓት በኋላ ቀን የዞኑ ፖሊስ አዛዥ ኮማንደር ሸጎሌ ሾዴ ከታሰሩበት ፖሊስ ጣቢያ ድረስ በመምጣት እንዳስፈቷቸው ማረጋገጥ ተችሏል፡፡
በዛሬው ዕለት እስረኞችን የጎበኙ የዐቃቢያነ ህግ ባለሙያዎች የዕለት ሁኔታ መዝገቡን ከተመለከቱና አቶ ዓለማዬሁን ካነጋገሩ በኋላ ታዲያ ይህ አባባል ምን ችግር/ወንጀል አለው? እንዴትስ ያሳስራል ? ማለታቸውን አቶ ዓለማዬሁ ገልጸዋል፡፡ ይህንኑ የዞኑ ፖሊስ አዛዥ በመድገም ፖሊስ ጣቢያው ከሳሽ/አቤት ባይ ቀርቦ ባላስመዘገበበት ‹‹በስማ በለው›› እንዲህ ዓይነቱን እስራት መፈጸም አግባብ ያለመሆኑን ለጣቢያው አዛዥ ኮ/ር ተፈራ ሥዩም እንደገለጹላቸውና በቀጣይ እንዲህ ያላው ነገር እንዳይደገም መገሰጻቸውንም ገልጸዋል፡፡
በመቀጠልም ወደቢሮኣቸው ወስደው በዞኑ አካባቢ ጸጥታና መረጋጋት ጉዳይ እና እንደርሳቸው መታሰር በዞኑ ባለሥልጣናት በህግ ሥም ስለሚፈጸሙ ህገወጥ ድርጊቶች ገንቢ ውይይት አድርገው ወደ ቤታቸው እንደገቡ አቶ ዓለማዬሁ አስረድተዋል፡፡ አቶ ዓለማዬሁ የእስራቱን አጠቃላይ አንድምታና በቀጣይ ሠላማዊ ትግላቸው ላይ ስለሚኖረው ተጽዕኖ ‹‹ ይህ ሥርዓት ለመናገርና ላለማናገር/ለማፈን እንጂ ለመስማትና ለማየት ዓይንና ጆሮ የለውም ፤ በሸፍጥና ክህደት በተሞላው በራሱ ፕሮፖጋንዳ ተደፍነዋል፡፡ ሙከራው የድርጅታችንን እንቅስቃሴ ለመግታት የማስፈራራትና ማሸማቀቅ ሙከራ ነው ማለት ይቻላል፣ ይህ ግን የማይታሰብ ነው፣ በተቃራኒው ሠላማዊው የነጻነት ትግላችን የሚያጠናክርና የድርጅታች አመራር፣ አባላት፣ደጋፊዎችና መላውን ህዝብ ለትግሉ የበለጠ የሚያነሳሳ ነው፤ እነርሱም ከገቡበት አዘቅት ለመውጣት ገንቢና አሳታፊ መፍትሄ ከመፈለግ ይልቅ አፈናውን በማጠናከር አማራጭ በመውሰድ የተለመደ አካሄዳቸው ለመግፋት መምረጣቸውንና ወደ መጨረሻቸው የተያያዙትን ጉዞ እያፈጠኑት እንደሆነ ነው እኔ የምረዳው፤ በድርጅታችንና በየግላችን ደጋግመን እንደገለጽነው አሁንም ለአሳታፊ፣አካታች ብሄራዊ ውይይት፣ዕርቅና የሽግግር መንግስት ምስረታ ራሳቸውን ቢያዘጋጁ ነው ለሁላችንም የሚበጀው፡፡ ይህ እስከሚሆን ድረስ በዞናችን የሚፈጸመውን ማንኛውንም ኢህገመንግስታዊ የሰብዐዊና ዲሞክራሲያዊ መብት ረገጣ ከማጋለጥና ለዚህም ከምናደርገው ሰላማዊ ትግል ወደኋላ አንልም፡፡ ›› ሲሉ ኃሳባቸውን አካፍለዋል፡፡
በመጨረሻም እንዲህ ዓይነቱ ‹‹በማን አለብኝነት›› እያሰሩ መፍታት መቀጠል ስሌለለበት ከድርጅታቸው ጋር መክረው እስራታቸውን በሚመለከት ምን ማድረግ እንዳለባቸው እንደሚወስኑ አስታውቀው፣ በታሰሩበት ጊዜ አጋርነታቸውን ለገለጹ፣ መረጃውን ላሰራጩ ሁሉ ምስጋና በማቅረብ አስተያየታቸውን አጠቃለዋል፡፡
