ሰሞኑን በምእራብ ኦሮሚያ ተማሪዎች ተቃዉሞ አሰምተውል። የአሜሪክ ድምጽ በዚህ ዙሪያ ዘገባ አጠናክሯል። አንዳንድ ወገኖች ተማሪዎች ተቃዉሟቸውን ያሰሙት በዋናነት የአዲስ አበባን ማስተር ፕላን በመቃወም እንደሆነ ይናገራሉ።
“የአዲስ አበባን ማስተር ፕላን ለምን ይቃወማሉ ? “ የሚል ጥያቄ ሲነሳ “ገበሬዎች ፍትሃዊ ባልሆነ መልኩ ስለሚፈናቀሉ ነው። ጉዳዩ የሰብዓዊ መብት ጉዳይ ስለሆነ ነው” የሚሉ አሉ።
ታዲያ የተማሪዎች ጥያቄ የሰብዓዊ መብት ጥያቄ ከሆነ ለምን ሌላው ማህብረሰብ ይሄንን ቁልፍ ጥያቄ ጥያቄው አድርጎ አብሮ ሊጮህ አልቻለም ? ለምንስ የኦሮሞ ተማሪዎች ከኦሮሞ ገበሬዎች ዉጭ ያሉ ሌሎች ገበሬዎች፣ በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ዉስጥ ያሉ ድሃ ነዋሪዎች በልማት ስም ሲፈናቀሉ ተቃዉሞ አላሰሙም ? ለምን ከአዲስ አበባ ዉጭ በሌሎች የኦሮሚያ ቦታዎች የኦሮሞ ገበሬዎች በኦሮሚያ አስተዳደር ሲፈናቀሉ ተቃዉሞ አልተነሳም?
መልሱ ቀላል ነው። የኦሮሞ ተማሪዎች ጥያቄያቸው የሰብዓዊነት ጥያቄ ሳይሆን ጥያቄያቸው የዘርና የብሄረሰብ ጥያቄ ነው። ለነርሱ ያሳሰባቸው የገበሬው መፈናቀልና ስቃይ ሳይሆን የኦሮሞ መሬት በሌሎች ተወሰደ የሚል ነው። በሌላ አባባል “የኦሮሞ መሬት ከሌላ ቦታ በመጡ በአቢሲኒያኖች ተወሰደ፣ ኦሮሞው መሬቱን ተነጠቀ ፤ ኦሮሚያ ለሁለት ልትከፈል ነው” የሚል ዘረኝ አመለካከት ነው ይላቸው። ተማሪዎችን በዚህ አይነት መርዛማ አስተሳሰብ እይበከሉ ያሉት ደግሞ እንደ ዶር ገመቹ መገርሳ፣ በቀለ ገርባ ያሉ የኦሮሞ ልሂቃን ናቸው።
ለዚህ ማሳያ ተማሪዎች ሲያሰሙት የነበረውን መፈክሮች መመልከቱ ይበቃል። “ቡራዩ የኦሮሞ ነው፤ ሰበታ የኦሮሞ ነው፤ ገላን የኦሮሞ ነው” ነበር የሚሉት። ከሁለት አመት በፊትም ፊንፊኔ የኦሮሞ ነው ይሉም ነበር። በአጭሩ “ሌላው ቢፈልግ ጎንደር፣ ወሎ፣ ወልቂጤ፣ አዋሳ ይሄድ እንጂ ኦሮሚያ ዉስጥ የመኖር መብት የለውም ። ከኖረ ደግሞ እንደ እንግዳ እኛን መስሎ፣ እኛ የምንለውን ታዞ ነው መኖር ያለበት” የሚል እድምታ ያለው መልእክት ነው ለማስተልለፍ እየሞከሩ ያሉት።
ሌላው መርሳት የሌለብን ነገር ደግሞ የሰበታ፣ የለገዳዲ፣ የለገጣፎ ፣ የቡራዩ ፣ የአዳማ.፣ የቢሾፍቱ….ነዋሪዎች ተቃዉሞ ሲያሰሙ አናይም። ተቃዉሞ በዋናነት ምእራብ ሸዋና ወለጋ ነው። ማስተር ፕላኑን በተመለከተ በቡራዩ ልዩ ወረዳ ወይም በሰበታ የሚገኙ ጥያቄ ቢያነሱ፣ እነርሱን በተመለከተ ስለሆነ እሺ ያስኬዳል ልንል እንችላለን። ግን እዚያ ማዶ ባሉ ዞኖችና ወረዳዎች ጥያቄ ሲነሳ ግን በራሱ አጠያያቂ ነው።
ምንም የማይካድ አንድ ትልቅ ችግር አለ። መሬት የመንግስት ነው በሚል ፣ ገበሬው ፣ ድሃው በቀላሉ፣ በትንሽ ገንዘብ በወያኔዎች እየተፈናቀለ ለብዙ ችግር ተጋልጧል። ገበሬዉን እና ድሃ ከተሜዉን እየፈናቀሉ፣ መሬቶቹን በከፍተኛ ገንዘብ አያከራዩ ወያኔዎችን እና ከነርሱ ጋር ግንኙነት ያላቸው ጥቂቶች በጣም እንደከበሩ የአደባባይ ሚስጠር ነው። ይሄ በኦሮሞዎች ላይ ብቻ የደረሰ ሳይሆን በሁሉም ላይ እየደረሰ ያለ ኢሰባአዊ ግፍ ነው። ከዘር፣ ከብሄረሰብ ጋር ምንም ግንኙነት የለውም። የሰብዓዊነት መብት ጉዳይ ነው። ከአዲስ አበባ ማስተር ፕላን ጋር ግንኙነት የለዉም። ለምን የአዲስ አበባ ማስተር ፕላን ኖረም፣ አልኖረም በኦሮሚያ ክልል መንግስት ትእዛዝ ከዚህ በፊትም መፈናቀል ነበር፣ ወደፊት ይኖራል። የአዲስ አበባ ከንቲባ ድሪባ ኩማንም የኦሮሚያ ክልል ፕሬዘዳነት ሙክታር መሐመድን በቀጥታ የሚያዙት ሕወሃቶች ናቸው።
በመሆኑም ከአሁን ለአሁን ከአገዝዙ ጋር ችግር አለብን ብለን፣ የተሳሳተና ዘረኛ የኦሮሞ ተማሪዎች ጥያቄ ማራገብ ስህተት ነው ባይ ነኝ። ይልቅ ትግሬ፣ ኦሮሞ፣ አማራ ሳንባባል ለሁሉም ዜጎች የሰብዓዊ መብት ሁላችንም መቆሙ ይሻለናል። ፊንፊኔ የሁሉም ናት። ቡራዮ የሁሉም ናት። ሰበታ የሁሉም ናት። እያንዳንዱ የኢትዮጵያ ግዛት የሁሉም ነው። በዚያ ብንተማመን እና የሁላችንም መብት የተከበረባት፣ ለሁላችንም እኩል የሆንች አንዲት ኢትዮጵያን በጋራና በፍቅር ብንገነባ ይበጀናል።
የኦሮሞ ልሂቃን መርዛማና ዘረኛ ፖለቲካቸውን አቁመው ለሁሉም የሚበጀውን የፍቅርና የአንድነት ፖለቲካ ቢያራምዱ ይሻላቸዋል። ፊንፊኔ የኦሮሞ ናት ብለው 90% የሚሆነውን፣ ቡራዮ የኦሮሞ ናት ብለው 45% የሚሆነው፣ አዳማ የኦሮሞ ናት ብለው 85% የሚሆነውን አፋን ኦሮሞ አንደኛ ቋንቋው ያልሆነው ሊያባርሩት ነው ? አዲስ አበባ ጨምሮ በአራቱ የኦርሚያ የሸዋ ዞኖች ከሚኖረው ህዝብ 41% አፋን ኦሮሞ ተናጋሪ አይደለምም። ታዲያ ከሸዋ 41% የሚሆነው ህዝብ ሊያባርሩ ነው ?
በኦሮሚያ አዲስ አበባ እንደ ከተማ ወደድንም ጠላንም ታድጋለች። ሸዋ ኮስሞፖሊታን ናት።በአዲስ አበባም በሸዋ የሚኖሩ “አቢሲኒያኖች” የትም አይሄዱም። እንደ አቶ በቀለ ገርባ ያሉ የኦሮሞ ብሄረተኞች በሜዳ ላይ ወዳለው ተጨባጭ ሁኔታ ቢመለሱ ጥሩ ነው ባይ ነኝ።
