ከገናናው አክሱምና የካሌብ ቀይ ባህራዊ ሞገድ ደማቅ ታሪክ መነሳቱን ለጊዜው ቸል እንበለውና ወደ ትናንቱ እውነት እንመለስ።

ለእኔና በእኔ ትውልድ አዙሪት ውጥስ የተፈጠርን በሙሉ አልፎ አልፎም ቢሆን በጆሮዎቻችን “አየር ሃይል” እና “ጦር ሃይል” የሚሉ ቃላት ሲንቃጨሉ እንሰማ እንደሆን እንጅ ተረት ሆኖ የቀረውን “ባህር ሃይል” ለማወቅ አልታደልንም። እስቲ በቀይ ባህር ላይ የነበረንን የቅርብ ጊዜ ገናናነት ቆንጥረን እንመልከት፦

ከኤርትራ ውህደት ማግስት ጥልቅ የነበረው የአፄ ሃይለስላሴ የባህር ሃይል መኖር ተሳክቶ እውን መሆን የቻለው በ1955 ምፅዋ ላይ በከፍተኛ ወጪ በተገነባበት ጊዜ ነበር። ንጉሱ በእጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ ባህር ሃይላችንን ከየትኛውም የአለም ሀገር በላይ ቀዳሚ ማድረግም ችለዋል። በ1956 አስመራ ላይ በ1957 ራሱ ምፅዋ ላይ ጠንካራ የባህር ሃይል ኮሌጆችን በመክፈት ብቁ ኢትዮጵያዊያን የባህር ሃይል መኮንኖችን ማፍራት ችለዋል። ጥራቱን ይበልጥ የተሻለ ለማድረግም ከእንግሊዝ የባህር ሃይል አሰልጣኞችን በማስመጣት፣ እንዲሁም በርካታ ኢትዮጵያዊያንን “ሊቮርኖ” ወደተባለ የኢጣልያ ባህር ማሰልጠኛ እና በአሜሪካ ሜሪላንድ የባህር አካዳሚ በመላክ አሰልጥነው አሰማርተዋል። ይህንን የንጉሱን ብርታትና የባህር ሃይላችንን ጥንካሬ በማየትም የተለያዩ ሀገራት መርከቦችን፣ጀልባና ሂሊኮፍተሮችን በስጦታ ለግሰውልናል። በታሪካችንም በቀይ ባህር ላይ ሰንደቅ አላማችንን እያውለበለበች ለ31 አመታት መልህቋን የጣለችው አንጋፋዋ መርከብም በ1962 ከአሜሪካ መንግስት የተበረከተች ነበረች። ንጉሱ በመጨረሻ ዘመናቸውም የባህር ሃይሉን ክልል በማስፋት መቀመጫዎቹን ከምፅዋና አስመራ በተጨማሪ አሰብና ዳህላክ ደሴቶች ላይም ተክለዋል። ከ3500 በላይ ሰራተኞችም በውስጡ ነበሩት።
ቀዳማዊ ሃይለስላሴ በተፈጥሯዊው ቀይ ባህራችን ላይ የገነቡትን ገናና የባህር ሃይል ታሪካችንን በስሱ ቃኝተናል። የንጉሱና የዘውዳዊው ስርኣት ባበቃለት ማግስት ስልጣኑን የተቆናጠጠው የጊዜያዊ ወታደራዊ አስተዳደር (ደርግ) ከንጉሰ ነገስቱ ያላነሰ ጠንካራ የባህር ሃይል ለመገንባት ችሏል። ደርግ የስልጣኑ መጀመርያና መጨረሻ በጦርነት ቀጠና የተፈተነ መሆኑ ደግሞ ለዚህ ትልቅ ምክንያት ነው። ወታደራዊው መንግስት የባህር ሃይሉ አባላትን በመላ ከቀድሞ ሶቪየት ህብረት ጋር ትብብር በመፍጠር በአዲስ መልክ ማሰልጠኑን ተያያዘው። ደርግ ገና ከመነሻው በ1969 ሶማሊያ በኦጋዴን የከፈተችውን ወረራ ለመቀልበስ የባህር ሃይሉ ትልቅ ሚና ተጫውቶለታል። ለዚህም ሲባል ደርግ የምፅዋን ማእከልነት በመሻር ወደ አሰብ ፊቱን አዙሯል። በጊዜው ውጥረት ውስጥ የነበረው ደርግ ሻቢያ በድንገት የባህር በሩን መውጫና መግቢያ ቢቆጣጠር እንኩዋ ሀገራችን ባህር በር አልባ እንዳትሆን አሰብን በከፍተኛ ብርጌድ የባህር ጦር ያስጠብቅ ነበር። በተጨማሪም ደርግ ቀይ ባህር ላይ 2 ግዙፍ የጦር መርከቦች፣8 ተወንጫፊ ጦር መሳርያ ማመላለሻ ጀልባዎች፣ 6 በባህር ውስጥ የሚጉዋዙ የቦንብ መርከቦች፣ 6 ቀጠናውን በባህሩ ላይ እየተንሳፈፉ የሚቆጣጠሩ መርከቦች፣2 በባህር ውስጥ የተተከሉ መከላከያ መርከቦች፣እንዲሁም 2 ረዳትና የስልጠና መርከቦችን በመገንባት አስፈሪና ሀገርን የሚያኮራ ታላቅ የባህር ሃይል ፈጥሮ ነበር። አሜሪካ ትጥቅ ትግልን ከመረጡ የውስጥ ተቃዋሚዎች ጋር ጋብቻ የፈፀመችበት አንዱ ምክንያትም ኢትዮጵያ እየገነባች ያለችው ገናና የባህር ሃይል መፃኢ ስጋት ስለሆነባት ጭምር ነው።

ሆኖም ነገሮች ባልታሰቡበት አቅጣጫ ደርግ በመውደቁ ባህር ሃይላችን ዛሬ ላይ ተረት ሆኖ ቀርቷል።

That can not be true. We can not compare the Ethiopian navy with the Soviet Union, USA, UK, French, Japan, etc navies who have upto hundreds of ships, nuclear submarines etc.
How come the author made such a simple mistake ?
Anyway, Ethiopia will have a navy and a coast again when the bandas from the north are no longer in power. As we know it was USA that brought the weakling bandas in power.

You should have better explained that.
We all know that so-called Ethopians in USA are scared to death of the USA authorities like FBI and CIA. And they rarely share most of the things they know about USA. One day they will be asked why they behaved that way.
Sure many have received shush money from USA to remain silent.
The likes of ESAT sure work hard to hide the truth from Ethiopians.
When we are serious about regaining our Ethiopian navy and coast we must give an ultimatum to G7 and ESAT to cleanse their ranks from shabia and eritreans.

በአፋር ሥምጥ ሸለቆ ቀይ ባህር ራሡን ሠንጥቆ ለመግባት ቀን እየቆጠረ ነው ግዜ የሠጠው ውሀ ድንጋይ ይሠብራልና ግዜውን ይጠብቃል እንጂ መፈፀሙ አይቀሬ ነው።

Thanks to shabians, eritreans and USA agent Ethiopians we have been told a distorted version of what really happened in Ethiopia the past few decades. That distorted narrative should be changed.
If one was to say what happened in one sentence one would say: “USA fought the Ethiopian army during the Derg era through proxies the TPLF and EPLF (recent example is Libya), defeated it and brought weakling bandas in power in order to destroy the country.”

Regarding this and other issues we should always be aware that the USA is fully aware of the horrible crimes it committed in Ethiopia, perhaps its worst during it’s reign as superpower since 1945. So it always expects that Ethiopians will one day realize the full scale of it’s horrible crimes maybe since the late 1950s and will hate it very much.
