አንድነት ከማን ጋር? – ሞረሽ ወገኔ የዐማራ ድርጅት

አንድነት ከማን ጋር?
• የተለያዩ ወገኖች የሚያቀርቧቸው የአንድነት ጥሪ ጥያቄዎች፣ የዐማራውን መቀበሪያ ጉድጓድ፣ ዐማራው ራሱ እንዲቆፍር የሚያዘጋጁ እንዳይሆኑ ጥንቃቄ ያሻል!
ሰሞኑን የአዲስ አበባ ከተማን ለማሥፋፋት የወጣውን ማስተር ፕላን ተግባራዊነት በመቃወም ሕዝባዊ አመጽ መቀስቀሱ ይታወቃል። ይህንን ተከትሎ የትግሬ-ወያኔ ዘረኛ አገዛዝን የሚቃወሙ፣ የፖለቲካ፣ የሲቪክ እና የሙያ ማኅበራት ድርጅቶች የሚያሰሙት የአንድነት ጥያቄ ይበል የሚያሰኝ ነው። ጥያቄው ዕውነት እንደሚሉት ከሐቅ የቀረበ ከሆነ ደግሞ፣ ማንኛውም ኢትዮጵያዊ ከልብ የሚቀበለው ጥያቄ ነው። ለጥሪው አዎንታዊ መልስ መስጠት ያለብንም፣ አንድነት መልካም ነገር ስለሆነ ነው። «አንድነት» ቃሉ ራሱ ለጆሮ የሚጥም፣ ለኅሊና የሚስማማ ነው። መልካምነቱም፥ አንድነት፣ ውበት፣ ኃይል፣ ጥንካሬ እና የማድረግ ብቃትን የሚያጎናጽፍ በመሆኑ ነው።
ለዚህ ዓይነቱ ጥሪ የትናንቶቹም ሆኑ የዛሬዎቹ የዐማራው ልጆች፣ ቀስቃሽ የሚያሻቸው አይደሉም። ምክንያቱም ዐማራው ሲፈጠር ጀምሮ አንድነት፣ ኅብረት፣ ኢትዮጵያዊነት የሚሉት ጽንሰ ኃሣቦች ለአስተሳሰቡ እና ለአመለካከቱ ምሕዋር በመሆናቸው ነው። እናም ዐማራው ስለአንድነት ጥሪ ተቀባይ ሳይሆን፣ ጠሪ ነው። ይህም ባለፉት 25 ዓመታት ሁሉም ነገዶች የወያኔ እጄታ ሆነው በዐማራው ላይ የጥፋት እጃቸውን አንስተው ሲገድሉት፣ ሲያስሩት እና ሲያፈናቀሉት፣ ዐማራው በተቃራኒው «አንድነት ወይም ሞት!»፣ «ኢትዮጵያዊነት ወይም ሞት!» ብሎ የቆመ መሆኑ ይታወቃል። በዚህ አቋሙም በትግሬ-ወያኔ ዘረኛ አገዛዝ እንደ ዐማራው የዘር ማጥፋት እና የዘር ማጽዳት ወንጀል የተፈጸመበት፣ በአውራ ጠላትነት ተፈርጆ በፕሮግራም ሠፍሮ በተግባር ከ5ሚሊዮን በላይ ሰው የጠፋበት ነገድ የለም። በወሊድ መቆጣጠሪያ እንክብል ስም የሚያመክን ክኒን የተሰጠው፣ ኤች.አይ.ቪ. ቫይረስ በመርፌ ሆን ተብሎ የተስፋፋበት ሌላ ነገድ የለም።
ዐማራውን ለዚህ ዓይነቶቹ የጥፋት ዘመቻዎች የዳረገውም «አንድነት»፣ «ኢትዮጵያዊነት» የሚሉት ጽንሰ ኃሣቦች አራማጅ በመሆኑ ነው። የትግሬ-ወያኔ ለተነሳበት ኢትዮጵያን በነገድ ከፋፍሎ ለማጥፋት ላነገበው ዓላማው፣ ዐማራው ተባባሪ እንደማይሆነው አስቀድሞ ያውቃል። በመሆኑም የትግሬ-ወያኔ ኢትዮጵያን በነገድ ከፋፍሎ ኢትዮጵያን እና ኢትዮጵያዊነትን ለማጥፋት በጠራው የሽግግር ጊዜው ምክር ቤት፣ ተወካይ ያልነበረው ዐማራው ብቻ እንደነበር ይታወሳል። በዚህ ምክር ቤት የተገኙ የነገድ ድርጅቶች ሁሉም በሚባልበት ደረጃ፣ የፀረ-ዐማራ ግለሰቦች እና ቡድኖች ስብስብ ነበር። ይህ ስብስብ ኢትዮጵያን አፍራሽ ለሆነው የትግሬ-ወያኔ አገዛዝ መደላድል በመሆን፣ ዛሬ አገሪቱ ለምትገኝበት የውድቀት ደረጃ እንዳበቃት ማንም ይስተዋል አይባልም። የትግሬ-ወያኔ ኢትዮጵያውያንን በቋንቋ ከፋፍሎ ዛሬ ለምናየው ሁለንተናዊ ጥፋት ዳርጎናል። ይህ ከታሪካችን አንዱ አሣፋሪ ምዕራፍ ነው። መነጣጠል ውድቀት መሆኑን መማር የነበረብን ከወደቅን በኋላ ሳይሆን፣ አስቀድሞ ነበር። ይህንንም ከቀደሙት አባቶቻችን መማር ነበረብን። የውድቀታችን መሠረቱ አባቶቻችን የሠሩትን እና የነገሩንን እንደተረት አይተን፣ ጥራዝ-ነጠቅ የፖለቲካ ድርጅቶቻችን የነገሩንን ፈጠራ እና ልብ ወለድ እንደ ደረቅ ሐቅ አምነን፣ የእነርሱ ተከታይ በመሆናችን ነው። የእኛም ትውልድ ካለፈው መራራ ጉዟችን እንደተረዳነው፣ ኢትዮጵያውያን ውሕድ አካሎች እንጂ፣ የተነጣጠልን አይደለንም። ስለዚህ በዚህ ወቅት የተናጠል ጉዟችን የትም እንደማያደርስ ተገንዝበን በአንድነት ለመሰባሰብ መፈለጋችን እሰየው የሚባል ነው። ዞሮ ዞሮ ፈጽሞ ሣያደርጉ ከመቅረት ዘይግቶም ቢሆን ወደ ትክክለኛው መንገድ መምጣት የተሻለ ነውና። ስለዚህ የአንድነት ጥሪው የዘገየ ቢሆንም፣ ለወቅቱ ችግር መፍቻ ተገቢው መልስ ነው።
የአንድነት ጥሪው ግን ከዕውነት፤ ከልብ የቀረበ መሆን ይገባዋል። ዐማራው ምንጊዜም ለአንድነት፣ ለኢትዮጵያዊነት የቆመ መሆኑ ባያጠራጥርም፣ በእርሱ ፈጽሞ ጥፋት እና በእርሱ መቃብር ላይ የሌሎች ማንነት እንዲለመልም የሚሻ አለመሆኑ ሊታወቅ ይገባል። ባለፉት 25 ዓመታት ዐማራው በዘረኛው የትግሬ-ወያኔ እና የእርሱ እጄታ በሆኑ ቡድኖች የደረሰበት ሁለንተናዊ ግፍ የሚዘነጋ አይደለም። ከሌሎቹ የኢትዮጵያ ነገዶች እና ጎሣዎች ተወላጆች ሆን ተብለው ተነጥለው የመፈናቀል፣ የዘር ማጥፋት እና የዘር ማጽዳት ወንጀሎች የተፈጸሙባቸው ዐማሮች፣ ባለፉ ጊዜያት የደረሱባቸውን በደሎቻቸውን ሁሉ ያለምንም የወደፊት የኅልውና ዋስትና ትተው ወደማያስፈልግ የይስሙላ እንድነት እንዲመጡ መጠበቅ የለበትም። ስለሆነም የሚቀርቡት የአንድነት ጥያቄዎች የዐማራ ነገድ አባሎችን እና በእነርሱ ስም የተደራጁ ድርጅቶችን መሠረታዊ ሥጋቶች የሚያለዝቡ ሊሆኑ ይገባል ብለን እናምናለን። በመሠረቱ ዐማራው ለዕኩልነት፣ ለአንድነት፣ ለኢትዮጵያዊነት፣ ለሰላም፣ ለመቻቻል፣ እንዲሁም አብሮ ለመኖር ባይተዋር አይደለም። በታሪክም እንደሚታወቀው ዐማራው ለእነዚህ ዕሴቶች ከፍተኛ ዋጋ የከፈለ እና ለመክፈልም የተዘጋጀ ነገድ ነው። ሆኖም ባለፉት 50 እና 60 ዓመታት በአገራችን የተካሄዱት የፖለቲካ ትግሎች ዐማራውን ያገለሉ እና በጠላትነት የፈረጁ መሆናቸውን ዐማራው ከደረሰበት እጅግ መራራ የሆነ የዘር ማጥፋት እና የዘር ማጽዳት ዘመቻ ተምሯል። ይህ ክፉ እና ዘግናኝ ጥፋት ከዐማራው ትውልድ አዕምሮ ሳይጠፋ እና ያንን የሚያስረሳ ሁኔታ ሳይፈጠር፣ እኒህንም በደሎች ለመካስ ምን ምን ነገሮች መሠራት እንዳለባቸው በጋራ ሳንመክር፣ «የእንተባበር» ጥሪዎች ከዚህም ከዚያም ይነሣሉ። አሁን ባለንበት ወቅት እንኳን «የእንተባበር» ጥያቄው መነሻ በሆኑት ሕዝባዊ አመጾች መቀጣጠል የተነሳ ዐማራው በዘሩ ተለይቶ የጥፋቱ ሰለባ ሲሆን እያየን ነው። በተቃራኒው ግን፣ የአንድነት ጥሪ የሚያቀርቡ ወገኖች በዐማራው ላይ እየተፈጸመ ያለውን ጥፋት ከማውገዝ እና የደረሰውን ችግር ሕዝብ እንዲያውቀው ጥረት ከማድረግ ይልቅ፣ ጥፋቱን ለመሸፋፈን ሲሞክሩ ይታያሉ። ስለሆነም ከተለያዩ ወገኖች የሚቀርበው የአንድነት ጥሪ ከልብ ሣይሆን አፋአዊ፣ ለሥልጣን ለተዘጋጁ ወገኖች መረማመጃነት ዐማራውን ለጥይት ማብረጃ ለማድረግ እንጂ፣ ከዕውነት ለሕዝቡ ነባር አንድነት ዳብሮ መቀጠል ከመነጨ ውስጣዊ ፍላጎት የመጣ አለመሆኑን እነዚህ ቡድኖች የሚያደርጓቸው እንቅስቃሴዎች በተጨባጭ ይመሰክራሉ።
ሞረሽ ወገኔ የዐማራ ድርጅት ይህን ለማለት የተገደደው በሚከተሉት አብይ ምክንያቶች ነው።
አንደኛ፦ «የኦሮሞ ተወላጆች የአዲስ አበባ ከተማን ለማስፋፋት የተዘጋጀውን ማስተር ፕላን ተግባራዊነት በመቃወም አስነሱት» እየተባለ በስፋት የሚዘገቡት ዜናዎች እና ዘገባዎች፣ እንቅስቃሴው በኦሮሞ ተወላጆች ብቻ እንደተጀመረ፣ የእንቅስቃሴውም ብቸኛ ተዋንያን ኦሮሞች እንደሆኑ የሚሳይ ነው። አንድ እንቅስቃሴ የሚጀመረው ከአንድ ቦታ፣ በአንድ ሰው ወይም ቡድን መሆኑ ነባራዊ ዕውነታ ነው፤ ይህን መለወጥ አይቻልም። እንቅስቃሴው ሁሉን-አቀፍ እንዲሆን ግን ማሳወቅ እና ማስተባበር ከእንቅስቃሴው ጀማሪዎች ይጠበቃል። ለዚህም የሚረዳው የእንቅስቃሴውን ዓላማ አገር አቀፍ አድርጎ ማሳየት ነው። ሆኖም ይህ ሲደረግ አይደመጥም። የሚደመጠው ዜና የአንድ ነገድ እንቅስቃሴ፣ መስዋዕትነት የሚከፍሉትም የአንድ ነገድ አባሎች እንደሆኑ ነው። ይህን ለማረጋገጥ የአቶ በቀለ ገርባን መግለጫ ማዳመጥ ይበቃል። የአንድነት ጥሪ የሚያቀርቡ ቡድኖች እና ድርጅቶች ኃሣባቸውን፣ «የኦሮሞ ሕዝብ ትግል» ብለው ጀምረው፣ የሚጨርሱት «ድል ለኦሮሞ ሕዝብ» እያሉ ነው። የሚያቀርቡትም ጥሪ «የኦሮሞን ሕዝብ እንቅስቃሴ ተቀላቀሉ» የሚል ነው። ገና ከመነሻው ይህ አባባል አግላይነት አለው። አቅጣጫውም «ትግሉን የሚመራው የኦሮሞ ሕዝብ ነው፣ እናንተ ተከተሉን እንምራችሁ» የሚል እንደምታ አለው። ከልብ በአንድነት ለመታገል ከፈለጉ ግን መባል ያለበት ትግሉ የትም ይሁን የት፣ መሪው ማንም ይሁን ማን፣ ፀረ-ወያኔ መሆኑን ማሳየቱ ልዩ ትኩረት ሊሰጠው ያገባል።
ሁለተኛ፦ በእንቅስቃሴው በኦሮሞ ተወላጆች ላይ ደረሰ ከሚባለው ጥፋት የበለጠ የተጎዱት የዐማራው ነገድ አባሎች ናቸው። ለአብነትም ያህል ይህን እንቅስቃሴ መነሻ በማድረግ በአገር ቤት የሚታተመው «የቀለም ቀንድ» የሚባለው ጋዜጣ በቁጥር 22 ቅጽ 3 በታሕሣሥ 12 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. ባወጣው ዕትሙ፥ በአመያ ወረዳ በሚገኙ ሦስት ቀበሌዎች፦ ማለትም «አብቤ መድኃኒዓለም»፣ «ኩኖ ቁሊት (ቀርሳ ቁሊት)» እና «መሪ መገሪ (ባሬዳ)» በተሰኙት ነዋሪ የነበሩ የዐማራ ነገድ ተወላጆች ንብረት ውስጥ 1,000(አንድ ሺህ) ቤቶች ማጀት በጎረሰ፣ ደጃፍ በመለሰ ያለ የሌለ ንብረታቸው ከነቤቶቹ ተቃጥለው ወደ አመድነት ተቀይረዋል። በእያንዳንዱ የቀበሌዋ ነዋሪ ዐማራ ከ70,000 (ሰባ ሺ) እስከ 1,000,000 (አንድ ሚሊዮን) ብር የሚገመት በርበሬ ተቃጥሏል (አባሪ ፎቶግራፍ ይመልከቱ)። የሦስቱ ቀበሌ ነዋሪዎች ለዘመናት ከኖሩበት አካባቢ ተሰድደው ለርሃብ እና ለተለያዩ ችግሮች ተጋልጠዋል። ከቤቶቹ መቃጠል ሌላ የአምስት ዐማሮች ሕይዎት አልፏል። በጋዜጣው ዘገባ መሠረት፣ የዐማሮቹን ቤቶች እየነጠሉ ያቃጠሉት ሰዎች የኦሕዴድ እና የኦነግ አባሎች መሆናቸው፣ ለዚህም በፖሊስ ምርመራ ወቅት መታወቂያቸው መያዙን ጋዜጣው ይፋ አድርጓል። «የዐማሮቹ ቤቶች ተነጥለው እንዲቃጠሉ የተደረገበት ምክንያት ምንድን ነው? ዐማራዎቹ ምን ወንጀል ሠርተዋል?» የሚሉትን ጥያቄዎች ቤቶቻቸው ለተቃጠሉባቸው ሰዎች ጋዜጠኛው ላቀረበላቸው ጥያቄ የሰጡት መልስ አንድና አጭር ነው። መልሳቸው «ወንጀላችን ዐማራ መሆናችን ብቻ ነው» የሚል እንደሆነ ጋዜጣው ዘግቧል። አዎ! ዐማራው አገር የሌለው፣ ያገኘ የሚያርደው የፋሲካ በግ ከሆነ ዓመታት ተቆጠሩ። ይህ ግፍ እና በደል በዜና ዘጋቢዎች እና በፖለቲከኞች ንግግሮች ትኩረት አልተሰጠውም። በተጨማሪም በንቅናቄው ዐማራው ሆን ተብሎ የጥቃቱ ሰለባ መሆኑ አይዘገብም። ስለሆነም የሚቀርበው የ«እንተባበር» ጥሪ «እንዳያማህ ጥራው፣ እንዳበላ ግፋው» ዓይነት ነው።
በደቡብ ምዕራብ ሸዋ፣ አመያ ወረዳ በጅምላ ከተቃጠሉት የዐማሮች መኖሪያ መንደሮች አንዱ (ምንጭ፦ የቀለም ቀንድ ጋዜጣ)
ሦስተኛ፦ የትግሬ-ወያኔ ሰሜን ጎንደርን ወደ ትግራይ ለማጠቃለል ባለው ዕቅድ መሠረት፣ ለዕቅዱ ማስፈጸሚያ ኮትኩቶ ያሳደጋቸው ጥቂት የቅማንት ተወላጆች፣ ጎንደር ተወልደው ካደጉ ትግሬዎች ጋር አቀናጅቶ ባዘጋጀው የመነጣጠል ሤራ ከፍተኛ ቁጥር ያለው ዐማራ በጭልጋ፣ በደንቢያ፣ በመተማ፣ በቋራ እና በጎንደር ከተማ በግፍ ተገድሏል። ከሁሉም በላይ ከ80,000(ሰማንያ ሺህ) ስኩዬር ኪሎሜትር በላይ ስፋት ያለው የምዕራብ ኢትዮጵያ መሬት ለሱዳን ገጸበረከትነት ቀርቦ እያየን እና እየሰማን የምንጮኸው ድምፅ ጎልቶ አይሰማም። ስለዚህ ዝምታው «በዚህ አካባቢ ተጎጂውም ዐማራ፣ መሬቱም የጎንደር ነው» የሚል እንደምታ ያለው አስመስሎታል። አንድ የሚያደርገን ከዚህስ የከበደ ምን ብሔራዊ አጀንዳ ይኖራል? የብሔራዊ አንድነት መገለጫ ከሆኑት አንዱ ዳር ድንበር መሆኑ ግልጽ ነው። ስለሆነም የሰሞኑ የ«አንድ እንሁን» ጥያቄ ይህን አጀንዳ የኔ ብሎ መያዝ ይገባዋል ብለን በጽኑ እናምናለን።
ከሁሉም በላይ የአንድነት ጥሪው ተገቢውን መልስ እንዲያገኝ፣ ካለፉት የእርስ በእርስ መጠላላፎች ተምረን ወደፊት በአዲስ መንፈስ እና ወኔ ለመጓዝ እንድንችል፣ ሁሉንም የትግሬ-ወያኔ ተቃዋሚ ኃይሎች ሊያሰባስብ የሚችል የግንኙነት እና የአሠራር ሥልት ሊነደፍ ይገባል። ለዚህም ጊዜ ሳይወስድ የሚመለከታቸው አካሎች ተገናኝተው በአንድነት ሊሠለፉ የሚያስችሏቸውን ጉዳዮች ነቅሰው ከማውጣት ጀምሮ፣ ከትግሬ-ወያኔ በኋላ ስለምትኖረው ኢትዮጵያ አመላካች የሆነ ንድፈ-ኃሣባዊ ቀመር ሊያወጡ ይገባል። ከዚህ ስምምነት ላይ እንዲደረስ «በኢትዮጵያ ጉዳይ ያገባናል» የሚሉ ኃይሎችን እና ቡድኖችን አሰባስቦ ወደ ተፈለገው ግብ ሊያመሩ እንዲችሉ የሚገናኙበትን እና የሚወያዩበትን መድረክ የሚያመቻች አንድ ወገን ኃላፊነት መውሰድ ይኖርበታል። ይህን ኃላፊነት አባቶቻችን እንደሚሉት «ሊታረቅ የፈለገን ንጉሥ፣ እረኛ ሽማግሌው ይሆናል» ነውና፣ ዕውነት አንድነቱን፣ መስማማቱን እና አብሮ መሥራቱን ከልብ ከፈለግነው፣ የ«አንድ እንሁን»ን ጥሪ ከተቀበልነው፣ አስማሚ እና መድረክ አዘጋጁ ማንም ሊሆን ይችላል። ይህ ግን ቀና ከመሆን የሚመነጭ ሊሆን ይገባል። ስለሆነም ይህን መድረክ የማመቻቸቱ እና የማገናኘቱን ኃላፊነት፣ (1) ከሕጋዊው እና የስደተኛው ሲኖዶስ አባቶች፣ (2) ከእስልምና እምነት መሪዎች (3) ከፕሮቴስታንት እና ከካቶሊክ እምነቶች አባቶች የተውጣጣ ኮሚቴ ኃላፊነቱን ቢወስድ ሁሉንም የሚያስማማ ሊሆን እንደሚችል ይገመታል። የመወያያ አጀንዳዎችን ለመቅረፅ፣ «ያገባኛል» የሚሉ ወገኖች የየራሳቸውን ኃሣቦች አዘጋጅተው ለዚህ ኮሚቴ ቢሰጡ ሂደቱን ለማፋጠን ይጠቅማል። ኮሚቴውም ከሁሉም ወገኖች በተወከሉ ሙያተኞች እየታገዘ ሥራውን በአስቸኳይ ቢጀምር ለሚፈለገው የአንድነት ጥሪ ተገቢ መልስ ለመስጠት ከማስቻሉም በላይ፣ የትግሬ-ወያኔን አገዛዝ ግብዓተ-መሬት ያፋጥናል። ዐማራው ከአንድነት የበለጠ እና የከበደ አጀንዳ የለውም። አባቶቻችን «የሞትንም እኛ የነገሥንም እኛ» እንደሚሉት፣ ያለፈውን ጥፋት ለፍትሕ ጉዳይ ትተን፣ ወደፊት የሁላችንም መኖሪያ ለምትሆነው አገራችን አንድነት እና ሰላም መቆም እንችላለን። ስለዚህ ከየአቅጣጫው የሚቀርበውን የአንድነት ጥሪ የምንቀበለው፣ በአንድነቱ ዐማራው ባያተርፍም ተጎጂ እንደማይሆን ስለምናምን ነው።
የኢትዮጵያ አንድነት በቆራጥ ልጆቿ መስዋዕትነት ለዘለዓለም ተጠብቆ ይኖራል!

ይህ መልእክት ይድረሣችሁ ክፍፍሉን ያመጣው ሠው የትግራዩ ሽፍታ መሪ መለሥ ዜናዊ መሆኑ በግልፅ እናውቃለን ሆኖም ይህ የብሄር ፖለቲካ ዳግም ላይነሣ ከናዚው መለሥ ጋር የተቀበረ መሆኑን እወቁት ቀሪው የሚናፈሠው በሙት መንፈሥ የሚመሩት አራጋቢዎችን አንድ በአንድ ለቅሞ በፈጠርነው አንድነት እና እሥትራቶጂ ወያኔን የምናሥወግድበትን መላና ህዝባዊ መንግሥት ምሥረታ ላይ ብናተኩር የተሻለ መፍትሄን ያመጣል እጂ ትግራይ ኦሮሞ አማራ….ገዙን እየተባባሉ መኮናነን ዘራፊ ቡድኑ ይህን ክፍተት በልማት ሥም ሀገራችንን ሽጦ እየጨረሠ ነውና በጋራ እናሥወግደው።
ሞት ለወያኔ
There will be some price to pay to win, but we have to follow a winning strategy. There are groups in both sides (Amhara, Oromo) who capitalize on extreme viewpoints, creating favorable ground for Woyanee to divide and destroy us. Per Woyanee, Amhara is always “chauvinist”, Oromo “narrow nationalist”, and Tigree is the “guardian angel” of democracy. Well, in reality, Woyanee is both the narrow nationalist and chauvinist at the same time!
What does the Oromo people want? It is fair representation and true self-administration. “One person one vote” is the mantra of their struggle. They want a true functioning democratic federal system, not mockery of federalism. Did they support a secessionist agenda? No, they did not. I am not saying there are no individuals or groups with secessionist agenda, what I am saying is they are not the decisive forces in the Oromo’s quest for freedom. Amhara, Oromo, and Tigres are the broblem of Ethiopia. Our problem is Ethinic based not really politics in a modern sense. I am optimistic that these three major groups also can be a solution to solve our problem once for all. That is my dream.
There are enough model countries for us to follow. Examples, India, Canada, and Netherland are few of them. They all are democratic Governments. They are all multi ethinic, religion, Language, and culture. But they live together in peace and prosperity. What helped them? The answer is DEMOCRACY. ONE man one vote in a federal system. I prefer parlamentary system of government for ethiopia. Two terms limited for 8 years for the prime minister. And to limit the majority party dictatorship only to two consequetive 8 years in office which is 16 years for the majirity party rule. Then the second majority party takes the office.

Whether you like it or not the willing coolition of Oromo and Amhara is enevitable. And it will be a force to be reckon with. These two groups conestitute about 70% of the the whole population. Regardless of the very few retards fixated in obsolete tribal consciousness, it looks like there is a general agreement that:
1) Woyane and its retrogressive ethnic policies are the cause of all evils and must be dismantled.
2) There is a consensus that to fulfill the goal mentioned under item 1), Ethiopians from all walks of life must genuinely unite by adopting a middle ground that benefited all
Therefore, what should be the middle ground a question we have to deal with first.
In my view, we have to define what a middle ground is. A middle ground is a ground which is favorable and accommodating for both sides on opposite extremes. That means something a common denominator fairly useful for all sides. I don’t have any problem if one uses its own mother tongue, and it should be. But, given the complexity of ethnic and sub-ethnic groups in Ethiopia, language can’t serve as a common denominator. For example, Goba which is situated in the midst of Oromifa speaking area choose to speak Amharic. Wolkaite and Tsegede whose spoken language is Tigrigna refused to be administered under Tigray and insisting to come back to Gondar where economically and socially they are much to benefit from.
Cultural values, economic benefits, political issues such as human rights and language are indicators basically people would like to concur. Therefore, we like it or not, the solution has to answer those basic tenets of human desire. If we are fair and bold, I don’t think there is a problem to tackle such issues for once and for all. Coming back to a common ground (denominator) to accommodate those genuine issues, there is nothing a denominator than our humanity itself. As a human being there is no reason that we can not change the adversarial posture into a complementary one.
Hence, the TPLF installed ethnic federalism do not recognize our common denominator and failed to bring peace and tranquility to the Ethiopian people. It was designed on what the one is different from the other guy than what serves them equitably. Unfortunately, there are people out there who are essentially promoting that same divisive principle and yet they are against TPLF machinery. In other words, there problem is with TPLF as an institution than a sound world view which is superb than TPLF ideology.
Here is my proposal on a middle ground.
1) Let’s revise the TPLF constitution and change the Awraja’s in previous regime as regions (states). There are about 90 Awraja’s and the Federal government shall be restructured on the basis of this regions as a state which has direct connection to the central / federal government. For example, Japan which is one third the size of Ethiopia has 48 prefectures (states). Such fair representation allowed them to have 48 state capital cities which help them to grow together and wealth distributed fairly. Whereas, the case in Ethiopia is, Adama sacked the growth of Goba, Nekemt, Assella, Jima, etc, and Bahirdar also did fatal blow on the growth of Gondar, Dessie, Debremarkos, Debretabor, etc. in the name of ethnic freedom. You will be amazed to see how all areas of Japan is identical! It is because, autonomous states are organized in such a way that as small as possible to distribute wealth fairly. Hence, redesigning Ethiopi’s state on Awraja’s will help the nation to develop fairly and equitably. That kind of design is good to reduce corruption, eliminate red-tape, enhance efficiency, design development strategy according to the needs of that particular environment, encourage investment as efficiency grows, create employment opportunities and welfare to society, etc. in current Ethiopia, if you would like to have a license plate for your car in Semien Shoa, you have to go to Bahirdar and the same is in Oromia. But, if Wollo is a state you can do it in Desse. TPLF is cruelty smart when designing all this ethnic mega states while keeping Tigray (just one province) as a state to compete with Oromia and Amhara on equal footing. Thus, how long do we afforded to be cheated as business as usual?
2) Allow all 540 districts (Woreda) to choose whichever language they wanted to use. That means not just the biggest groups but also the smallest ethnic groups rights shall be addressed.
All this idea of distribution of State power to Awraja’s level will effectively make all states comparable in size, beneficial from direct taxation (which otherwise going to mega states), incourage investment on local level (which is currently concentrated in and around Addis Ababa, Awassa, Nazret, Bahirdar and Mekele), create the atmospher of cooperation and integrated development for adjacent states and effectively shut down secessionist movements for good, reduce the distance between public representatives and the people, give for minority ethnic groups a freedom to make conscious choice of what language to use, the emergence of many new vibrant center of state essential for industrialization.

By your own admission you are an angry individual. As a result you have a disability in thinking clearly and strategically to sugest a solution even for an ordinary matter let alone for a more as complex as a national problem.

An Oromo girl who born or raised in America will not speak Oromifa, ie. she will not inherited Oromifa in her DNA. Here is my verdict on the issue OF disagreent between OBVIOUS & ANGRY OROMO. I am not intersted in the isult and name calling that they exchanged between them. It is out of the issue for me. I don’t want wasting my time commenting on that part.
To my understanding, both are not arguing from the antagonistic point of views. They seem to advocate about the unity of the country, Ethiopia. The diference is the approach. The unfortunate thing is both of them are trying to politicize the diference than compromising and making consensus.
Angry Oromo emphasize on STRONG CENTERAL GOVERNMENT WHILE OBVIOUS IS on the contrary which is DISCENTRALIZATION OF POWER WHICH IMPLIES a weak central government.
So the issue is now which approach is better for the country they both care about.
Verdict,
Ethiopia is a multi-national and multi-cultural country. NO ONE can argue against this fact. So the best solution for our country to continue,as we know, is to accept the federal system that descentralizes the power and give it to the regional states. I understand this is a radical change from the traditional ethiopian system. But there is no any other way to solve our problem. The reallity on the ground shows this trend and the majority of the people suport one man one vote and self government. Thus OBVIOUS has won the case. File closed!
