ጤፍ በርበሬ ቡናና የተለያዩ ምርቶች ወደ ጎረቤት ሃገሮች በሕገወጥ መንገድ እየወጡ ነው::
በሃገር ውስጥ የሚመረቱ ምርቶች ለዋጋ መናር ዋነኛው ምክንያት በሕገወጥ መልኩ ከሃገር ስለሚወጡ እና የምርቶቹ በቂ አቅርቦት አለመኖር መሆኑ ተጠቆመ::ራሱ አስታጥቆ ባሰማራቸው ሕገወጥ ደላሎች እና ነጋዴዎች ራሱ እያጭበረበረ ራሱ እያስጠና ራሱ የሚነግረን የወያኔው መንግስት ጥናት እንደሚጠቁመው በርበሬ ጤፍ ቡናና የተለያዩ የኢትዮጵያ ምርቶች 75% የሚሆኑት በሱዳን በኩል በመውጣት እስከ ኤርትራ እንደሚሻገሩ ታውቋል::15% የሚሆኑት በሰሜን ሶማሊያ እንዲሁም 10% የሚሆኑት ደግሞ በኬንያ እና ጅቡቲ በኩል በሕገወጥ መልኩ እንደሚወጡ ተገልጿል::
የቡና የጤፍ የጥራጥሬ እና በርበሬ ምርቶች ዋጋ መናር አስመልክቶ በተደረገ ጥናት፣ ምርቱ በደቡብና በሰሜን የሚገኙ አምራች በሆኑ አካባቢዎች በሚገኙ ሕወሓት ባሰማራቸው ደላሎች አማካኝነት በህገወጥ መንገድ በሱዳን ኬንያ እና ሰሜን ሶማሊያ እንዲሁም ጅቡቲ ድንበር ሾልኮ እንዲወጣ እየተደረገ መሆኑ ታውቋል፡፡ በህጋዊ መንገድ ታክስ እየተጨመረባቸው ወደ ውጭ አገር ተልከው የውጭ ምንዛሬ ከሚያስገኙት ምርቶች የሚገኘው የውጪ ምንዛሬ ወደ ሃገር ቤት አለመመለሱ በሃገር ቤት ከኤክስፖርት የሚገኘው ገቢ እንደሞተ ታውቋል::ለዚህ ጉዳይ ተጠያቂ የሚሆኑት እነማን ናቸው ለሚለው ተሽከርክሮ የወያኔ ባለስልጣናት ላይ ስለሚያርፍ ጉዳዩን እየሸፋፈኑት ሃገሪቷን ባዶ አድርገዋታል::
Ethiopian food is tasty compared to GMO contaminated western food, and it is organic.
Well the problem is for that reason TPLF is exporting most food produced in Ethiopia to Europe and neighbouring countries because the regime badly needs foreign currency and it can make more money by selling the food abroad than in Ethiopia.
Imagine the price for 100kg Teff in Europe is 10 000 to 50 000 birr.
That is why food prices in Ethiopia are soaring.
The consumers in Ethiopia have to compete with those in the West who can afford to pay much more.
By the way this food export from Ethiopia doesn’t appear on official export statistics because it is kept top secret.

So these folks export millions tons to Europe and at the same time they appeal for few hundred thousands tons food aid.
And they demand that the donors buy the food in Ethiopia.
What a scheme.
These way they make hundreds of millions dollar each year.
A year ago so-called PM Haile Mariam said that the country produced 25 million tons grain last year.
I think people need to investigate this matter. If food is exported etc. The source above says Ethiopia is major organic food exporter to Europe.
Do you guys know the numbers ?
Ethiopia’s PM said grain production was 25 million tons last year. If so the arthemetic goes to tell us that every Ethiopian has his share of 300Kg of grain. This is a surplus production because the maximum grain requirement of an adult is 180Kg per year provided that most of his consumption is grain. No meat, no vegetable, etc
