1. ሳላማጎ ወረዳ ዋና ከተማ ሃና ልማቱን በመደገፍ-በአማራ ኦሮሚያና ኮንሶ የሚደረገውን ህዝባዊ እምቢተኝነት የመንግስትን የልማት ስራ ለማደናቀፍ፣ በጥቂት ፀረ-ልማት ኃይሎች የተቀነባበረ ነው በማለት ለመቃወም ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ለማድረግ ከዞን በወረደ መመሪያ በመስከረም 13 /2009 የታቀደው ሰልፍ በካቢኔዎች ስምምነት ላይ ሊደረስ ባለመቻሉ ለ14 /01/09 –ተላልፎ በሁለተኛው ቀንም ካቢኔው አሁን በምንሰማው አገራዊ ሁኔታ ለመንግሰት የድጋፍ ሰልፍ ውጡ፣ የመብት ጥያቄ ያነሱትን ተቃወሙ ብለን ነገ አብረን ከምንኖረው ህዝብ ፊት ለመቅረብ አይቻለንም፣ በማለት ከዞን የወረደውን ትዕዛዝ ለመፈጸም ባለመስማማታቸው ተሰርዟል፡፡
ይህ ወረዳ ወደ ምርት የማይገቡት የኩራዝ ስኳር ልማት ፕሮጀክቶች የሚገኙበት ወረዳ ነው፡፡
2. ለተመሳሳይ ዓላማ በ14/01/09 በጋዘር/ ደቡብ አሪ ዋና ከተማ/ የተጠራው ሰላማዊ ሰልፍም አንድም ሰው ከቤቱ ባለመውጣቱ ሊካሄድ አልቻለም፡፡ በንግድ ቤቶች በረንዳ ቆመው የገጠር ነዋሪው ከመጣ በሚል ሲጠባበቁ የነበሩ የወረዳና የከተማዋ ካቢኔ አባላትም ድምጻቸው ሳይሰማ ወደ መሸታ ቤትና መኖሪያቸው ተመልሰዋል፡፡ የዚህ ደቡብ አሪ ወረዳ አርሶአደሮች የመንግስት ግብርና የማዳበሪያና ምርጥ ዘር ብድር ከአምና ጀምሮ አንከፍልም ማለታቸው ከዚህ በፊት መገለጹ ይታወሳል፡፡
ይህን የተመለከተው የዞኑ መስተዳድር በሌሎች ወረዳዎችና በጂንካ ከተማ ለማድረግ ያሰባቸውን ተመሳሳይ ሰላማዊ ሰልፎች መሰረዙን ፣ በጂንካ ከተማ ቀድሞውኑ ሰላማዊ ሰልፉ ወደ ህዝባዊ እምቢተኝነት ሊቀየር ይችላል በሚል ስጋት ከሁሉም ወረዳዎችና ከተሞች በኋላ እንዲደረግ ስምምነት ላይ ተደርሶ እንደነበር ውስጥ አዋቂ ምንጮች ገልጸዋል፡፡
የህዝብ ጥያቄ ስልጣን በአንድ አንስተኛ ጠባብ እጅ ስለወደቀ እኩል ተካፍለን አገራችን በጋራ እናስተዳድር ነው። የ 100 ሚሊዮን ህዝብ አገር በጥቂቶች መተዳደር ይብቃ። የአደራ መንግስት ሁሉንም ያካተተ ይቋቋም ነው ያለው ህዝቡ። ጥገና ሳይሆን ለውጥ። ሰው መቀያየር ሳይሆን የስርዐት ለውጥ። አባ ድላን አንስቶ ተሾመ ቶጋን መተካት ሳይሆን ምሁራንን የአገር ሽማግሌዎችን ተቃዋሚዎችን ያካተተ የአደራ መንግስት በአስቸኳይ ይቋቋም ነው ጥያቄው መልሱም እሱ ብቻ ነው።
20 ሚሊዮን ብር ብቻ?
ታሪኩ እንዲህ ነው፡፡
አዲስ አበባ ቄራ አካባቢ አንድ ቤት ለሽያጪ ወጥቷል፡፡ እድሜው በ18 እና 20 መካከል የሆነ ልጅ የመጀመሪያ ቤት ገዢ ሆኖ ከቦታው ይገኛል፡፡ ሻጪዎችም ከእድሜን ልጅነት፣ ከሀገሪቱ ሁኔታና ከዋጋው ውድነት አንፃር ለመቀለድ በማሰብ ከቤቱ ዋጋ በእጥፍ ጨምረው 20 ሚሊዮን ብር ነው ይሉታል፡፡ ለመሳቅና ልጁንም በማስደንገጥ ለማባረር አስበው እንደ ቀልድ ያደረጉት የ20 ሚሊዮን ብር ጨዋታ ግን ቁም ነገር ሆነና ቤቱን ልየው፣ ዋጋ ቀንሱ ወይም ሌሎችን በዚህ ወቅት መጠየቅ የሚገባቸውን ሳይጠይቅ ኑ እንፈራረም አለና አስደነገጣቸው፡፡ ለማመን ባለመቻላቸውና እየቀለደባቸው አንደሆነም ገምተው ለመቆጣት እየቃጣቸው እያሉ የ2 ሚሊዮን ብር ቼክ አወጣና የመፈራረሚያ ቅድሚያ ክፍያ አሳያቸው፡፡ እነሱም ያልጠበቁትን ግብይት እንዳደረጉ በመረዳት ካቀዱት ዋጋ በእጥፍ አትርፈው ቤቱን 20 አመት ለማይሞላ ልጅ በ20 ሚሊዮን ብር ሸጡ፡፡
ይህም ብቸኛው ክስተት ሳይሆን በስፋትና በጥልቀት በየዘርፉ በየቀኑ የሚፈፅሙት ወንጀል ነው፡፡
ትልቁ ጥያቄ ግን ይህ ልጅ ማን ነው የሚለው ብቻ ሳይሆን የማን ልጅና ዘመድ ነው የሚለው ነው፡፡ ልጁ ሕውሓት ነው፡፡ ወላጆቹና ዘመዶቹም ያው ሕውሓቶች ሲሆኑ አነማን ናቸው የሚለው ግን መጣራት ቢኖርበትም ሁሉም በዚህ አይነት ወንጀል ተሰማርተው ስለሚገኙ ሁሉም ናቸው ብሎ በሀዘን ማለፍ ሳይሆን በነሱ እየተበደለ ያለ ህዝብ በውስጡ ሰላም አግኝቶ፣ አንድነትን ፈጥሮና በጋራ ተነስቶ ሊያስወግዳቸው ይገባል፡፡ ወንጀላቸው ብዛቱ፣ አይነቱና ይዘቱ በየቀኑ አዲስና ህዝብ ሊቋቋመው የማይችል ሆኗል፡፡
