በመስቀል አደባባይ የተቃውሞ ድምፃቸውን በድፍረት ያሰሙት ክስ ቀረበባቸው
ሃምሌ 30 ቀን 2008 በመስቀል አደባባይ የተቃውሞ ድምፃቸውን በድፍረት ካሰሙት መሃከል 48ቱ ለአንድ ወር ያክል በአዋሽ አርባ ከፍተኛ ድብደባ እና እንግልት ከደረሰባቸው በኋላ አአ የሚገኙ እስር ጣቢያዎች ተላልፈው ነበር። 31ዱ 6ኛ ፓሊስ ጣቢያ ምርመራ ሲደርግባቸው ከቆየ በኋላ 14ቱ ተለቀው 17ቱ ክስ ተመስርቶባቸዋል። ወንጀል ተብሎ የቀረበባቸው ክስ በጣም የሚገርም ነው። በህገመንግስቱ እንደ መብት የተቀመጡትን ድርጊቶች ነው ወንጀል ብለው የሚያወሩት። ተከሳሾቹ ከቀረበባቸው ክስ የደረሰባቸው ድብደባ እና እንግልት ይበልጣል። እኔ በቅርበት የማቀው ወዳጄ አንደኛ ተከሳሽ (ተስፋዬ ደሜ) በደረሰበት ድብደባ የእጁ አጥንት ተሰብሯል፤ በጊዜው ህክምና ባለማግኘቱ አጥንቱ ተጣሞ በማደጉ ቀዶ ጥገና የሚያስፈልገው ደረጃ ደርሷል። በተጨማሪም ጭንቅላቱ ላይ እና ወገቡ ላይ የደረሰበት ድብደባ ዛሬም ህመሙ እንዳለ ነው። የሌሎቹን ደሞ ቤቱ ይቁጠረው። የቀረበባቸው ክስ እና የከፈሉት መስዋእትነት ጭራሽ አይገናኙም።
የሆነ ሆኖ እነዚህ ተከሳሾች በ1500 ብር ዋስትና ወጥተው ክሳቸውን ውጪ ሆነው እንዲከታተሉ ከትላንት በፊት የቄራው ፍቤት ወስኗል።

1ኛ ክስ [ከ1ኛ—11ኛ ላሉ ተከሳሾች] …ተከሳሾች አባሪ ተባባሪ በመሆን መንግስት ስብሰባው ህገ ወጥ በመሆኑ እንዳይካሄድ በከለከለው ህገ ወጥ ስብሰባ ላይ ለመሳተፍ አስበው በቀን 30/11/08 በግምት ከጠዋቱ 2:00 —4:00 ባለው ሰአት ሲሆን በቂ/ክ/ከተማ ወረዳ 07 ልዩ ቦታው መስቀል አደባባይ ተብሎ ከሚጠራው አካባቢ አንደኛ ተከሳሽ “የኦሮሞ ልጆች ግድያ ይቁም፣ የኦሮሞ ገበሬዎችን የማፈናቀል ስራ ይቁም፣ የታሰሩት ይፈቱ፣ በቀለ ገርባ ከእስር ይፈታ ” ብሎ በመናገር ህዝቡም እርሱን ተከትሎ እንዲናገር ያደረገ ሲሆን 2ኛ ተከሳሽም ደግሞ በቀለ ገርባ የተባለ ግለሰብ ፎቶ ያለበት እና በቀለ ገርባ ከእስር ይፈታ፣ የኦሮሞ ህዝብ ግድያ ይቁም የሚል ፅሁፍ የተፃፈበትን መፈክር የያዘ ሲሆን ከ3ኛ እስከ 11ኛ የተገለፁት ተከሳሾች 1ኛ ተከሳሽን በመከተል እጃቸውን በማጠላለፍ ወደ ላይ ከፍ በማድረግ የኦሮሞ ህዝብ መግደል ይቁም የኦሮሞ ገበሬዎችን የማፈናቀል ስራ ይቁም፣ የታሰሩት ይፈቱ፣ በቀለ ገርባ ከእስር ይፈታ፣ ኦህዴድ የኦሮሞን ህዝብ አይወክልም፣ ወያኔ አይገዛንም፣ የኦሮሞን መሬት መንጠቅ ይቁም በማለት ህዝብን ህገ ወጥ ለሆነ ድርጊት ሊያነሳሳ የሚችል ንግግር እና ምስል ይዘው ህገ ወጥ በሆነ ስብሰባ ላይ የተሳተፉ በመሆኑ በዋና ወንጀል አድራጊነት ተካፋይ በመሆን በፈፀሙት የማነሳሳት ፀባይ ያላቸውን የሃሳብ መግለጫዎችን በህዝብ መሰብሰቢያ ቦታ ማሰማት ወንጀል ተከሰዋል።
