The issue of identity and self rule have been resolved in Ethiopia after the EPRDF took over power and introduced a modern and democratic constitution the country. አጼ ዮሓንስ ከ 1871 ዓ.ም እስከ 1889ዓ.ም (እ.ኤ.ኣ) ኢትዮጵያን የመሩ ንጉስ ናቸው:: ንጉሰ በንግሥና ዘመናቸው የራሳቸው ጠንካራና ደካማ ጎን ቢኖራቸውም፣ ከጠላት ደርቡሽ ጋር በመፋለም ለሀገራቸው ክቡር ሕይወታቸውን የሰጡ ንጉሰ ናቸው:: ጥቂት የማይባሉ የሕወሀት ሰዎች፣ ከወልቃይትና ጠገዴ ጋር በተያያዘም የሚጠቅሱት እሳቸውን ነው:: “ወልቃይት እና ጠገዴ ፣ ጥንት በአጼ ዮሓንስ ዘመነ መንስግት በትግራይ ስር ነበረች” በማለት እንደ ዋና መከራከርያ ሲያቀርቡት ይደመጣል:: እውነታውን የዘገቡት የታሪክ ሰነዶች ናቸውና የታሪክ ሰነዶችን እንመርምር::
በአጼ ዮሓንስ ዘመን የነበረው የትግራይ ግዛትና፣ አጠቃላዩ የኢትዮጵያ ግዛት ምን እንደሚመስል በዝርዝር በሀገር ውስጥና በውጭ ሊቃውንት ተጽፏል:: ስለ ወልቃይትም አስተዳደር በማን ስር እንደነበረ በዝርዝር ጽፈውታል:: ለዚህም የእውቁን የፈረንሳዊ የጂኦግራፊ ፕሮፌሰር ኤሊስ ሬክለስ መጽሓፍን በዋቢነት መጥቀስ ይቻላል::
በዩንቨርሲቲ ኦፍ ብረስልስ የኮምፓራቲቭ ጂኦግራፊ (University of Brussels, Professor of Comparative Geography) ፕሮፌሰርና የዴፓርትመንቱ ሀላፊ የነበረው ይሄው ፕሮፌሰር ፤ በ1880 ጀምሮ በርካታ መጽሓፎችን በዓለም ጂኦግራፊ ላይ ጽፏል:: እነዚህም መጽሓፍቱ ከለንደንና ፓሪስ ጆኦግራፊካል ሶሳይቲ የወርቅ ሜዳሊያ ተሸላሚ አድርገውታል::
ከነዚህ መጻሕፍት አንዱ በ 1880 የተጻፈው The Earth and its Inhabitants የሚለው ሲሆን፤ ዘጠኝ ተከታታይ ክፍሎች አሉት። የዚሁ መጽሓፍ ክፍል አራት በገጽ 443 ላይ የሰሜን እና ምስራቅ አፍሪካን የወቅቱን ጂኦግራፊ በዝርዝር ይተነትናል:: በአጼ ዮሓንስ ዘመን የነበረውንም የኢትዮጵያን ክፍላተ ሀገራት በዝርዝር ቁልጭ አድርጎ እንዲህ ጽፎታል::
“The Amhara government provinces are: Dembia, Chelga, Yantangera, Dagossa, Kuarra, Begemidir, Guna, Saint, Wadla, Delanta, Woggera, Simen, Tselemt, Armachiho,Tsegede, Kolla Wogerra፣ Waldiba and Wolkait”

“በአጼ ዮሓንስ ዘመን ወልቃይትና ጠግዴ በትግራይ ስር ስለነበሩ ነው አሁን ወደ ትግራይ የጠቀለልናቸው ” የሚለው መሰረት የሌለው መሆኑን ይሄ መረጃ ያሳየናል:: ከአጼ ዮሓንስ በፊትስ እነዚህ ቦታዎች ይተዳደሩ የነበሩት በማን ነው? የሚለውን እንመልከት። ወደ አጼ ቴዎድሮስ ዘመን እንጓዝ፡፡
2/ በኣጼ ቴዎድሮስም ዘመን ወልቃይት ጠገዴ በትግራይ ስር አልነበሩም – የታሪክ ማስረጃ ሰነዶች
በኣጼ ቴዎድሮስ (1818 – 1868 እ.ኤ.አ) የነበሩ ስመ ገናና ኢትዮጵያዊ ንጉስ ነበሩ:: በየቦታው የነበሩ መሳፍንትን አሸንፈው፣ ማዕላዊ መንግስት ከመሰረቱ በኋላ፣ ቀጣይ ራዕያቸው የምዕራብያውያንን ቴክኖሎጂ እዚሁ ኢትዮጵያ እንዲመረት ማድረግ ነበር:: ለዚህም ከበርካታ አውሮፓ ሀገራት ጋር ግንኙነት መስርተው ነበር:: የአውሮፓውያን ጥበበኞችን ኢትዮጵያ ለማስቀረት እና ጥብቅ ግንኑነት ለመመስረት፣ አጼ ቴዎድሮስ ልጃቸውን ለአንድ ስዊስ ኢንጂነር እስከመዳር ደርሰው ነበር:: በዚህም ምክንያት በርካታ አውሮፓውያን ጠቢባን በአጼ ቴዎድሮስ ዘመን ኢትዮጵያ መጥተዋል:: እነዚህም ባለሙያዎች ኢትዮጵያ መጥተው ስለ ሀገሪቱ በዝርዝር ጽፈዋአል:: የእንግሊዝ መንግስትና የኢትዮጵያ ግንኑነት መሻከር ሲጀምር፣ እንግሊዞች ስለኢትዮጵያ ይበልጥ የማወቅ ፍላጎታቸው ጨመረ::
የእንግሊዝ መንግስት የintelligence ሰዎችም የእንግሊዝ መንግስት ፓርላማና የጸጥታው ኃይል ኢትዮጵያን በሚገባ ያውቃት ዘንድ ትዕዛዝ ወጣ:: የእንግሊዙ Topographical and Statistical Department of The War Office ኤ . ሲ ኩክ (A. C. Cook) በተባለ እንግሊዛዊ ኮሎነል አማኻኝነት ስለ ኢትዮጵያ ከ15ኛው ክፍለ ዘመን ጀመሮ በተለያዩ እውሮፓውያን ተጻፉ መጻሕፍት ባንድ ላይ እንዲጠርዘ ተደረገ:: የሚደንቀው ይሄ መጽሓፍ በ 1867 ዓ.ም እ.ኤ.ኣ የታተመው በግስቲቷ ጥያቄ ለእንግሊዝ ሀውስ ኦፍ ኮመን ሎወር ሀውስ ግብአት (House of Common lower House) ይውል ዘንድ መሆኑ ነው:: በዚሁ መጽሓፍ ውስጥ፤ የወቅቱ የኢትዮጵያ ዝርዝር ጉዳይ ተጽፏል:: ይሄውም መጽሓፍ ስለ ወልቃይትና ጠገዴም በኣጼ ቴዎድሮስም ይሁን ከሳቸው በፊት በማን ስር ይተዳደሩ እንደነበር በዝርዝር ያትታል::

እዚህ ላይ በ 18ተኛው ክፍለ ዘመን የትግራይን ወሰኖች በማያሻማ ሁኔታ በግልጽ አስቀምጦታል:: የትግራይ ወሰን በምዕራብ – ሽሬ ፤ በምዕራብ ደቡብ – ተምቤን እና አዴት ፤ በደቡብ – ገር አልታ ፤ በምስራቅ – አጋሜ ፤በሰሜን – መረብና በለሳ ናቸው:: የታሪክ ሰነዶች በአጼ ቴዎድሮስም ዘመን እንደሚነግረን ፤ ወልቃይትና ጠገዴ በትግራይ ስር አልነበሩም::
ከዛስ በፊት ወልቃይትና ጠገዴ በትግራይ ስር ነበሩን? አሁንም የታሪክ ሰነድ እንመርምር::
3/ በዘመነ መሳፍንት ዘመንም ወልቃይትጠገዴ በትግራይ ስር አልነበሩም – የታሪክ ማስረጃ ሰነዶች
እንደሚታወቀው ከአጼ ኢዮአስ ሞት ጀምሮ ፤ አጼ ቴዎድሮስ እስኪነሱ የነበረው ዘመን ዘመነ መሳፍንት ይባላል:: በዚህ ዘመን ኢትዮጵያ ማዕከላዊ መንግስት አልነበራትም:: መሳፍንቶች የገነኑበትና በሀገሪቱ ማዕከላዊ አስተዳደር የጠፋበት ዘመን ነበር:: በዚህ ማዕከላዊ የመንግስት ሕግ በሌለበት ወቅት እንኳን ወልቃይት፥ጠገዴ፥ ዋልድባ ፥ አላማጣ፥ ኮረም እና የመሳሰሉ ቦታዎች በትግራይ ስር አልነበሩም:: አሁንም ማስረጃ እነሆ!4
ጀምስ ብሩስ የተባለው ስኮትላንዳዊ ፥ በዘመነ መሳፍንት ኢትዮጵያ መጥቶ ኢትዮጵያ በዘመነ መሳፍንት ምን ትመስል እንደበረ፥ ቁልጭ አድርጎ አስቀምጦታል:: እያንዳንዱ መስፍን ግዛቱ የት ድረስ እንደነበረ፥ የትኛው መስፍን ማንን ይገዛ እንደነበረ በሰፊው ተንትኖታል:: በዚህም መሰረት ስለ ትግራይ ግዛትና እንዲህ ሲል ምስክርነቱን ይሰጣል :: Travel to discover source of the Nile Volume 3 page 582 ላይ

ጀምስ ብሩስ በዚሁ መጽሓፉ Chapter 10 ላይ Geographical division of Abyssinia into province በሚለው አንቀጹ ላይ በይበልጥ ቁልጭ አድርጎ እንዲህ ያስቀምጠዋል
The first division is called Tigre, between Red Sea and the river Tekeze. Between that River (Tekeze) and the Nile Westwards where it bounds the Oromo, it is called Amhara.

4/ ወልቃይት በ1630ዎቹስ በማን ስር ነበረች?
በ16ኛው መቶ አጋማሽ ላይ ያሉ ያታሪክ መዛግብትም የሚናገሩት ተመሳሳይ ነገር ነው:: በተለያዩ ወገኖች ተደጋግሞ የሚጠቀሰው የ ማኑኤል በሬዳም መጽሓፍ የሚተነትነው ያንኑ ነው:: ይሄ መጽሓፍ የተጻፈው በ1634 ሲሆን ጸሓፊውም ኢማኑኤል በሬዳ ይባላል:: በወቅቱ የነበረውን የትግራይ ግዛት በዝርዝር አስቀምጧል:: እሱም እንደሌሎቹ ጸሓፍት የትግራይ ድንበር ተከዜ እንጂ ተከዜን ተሻግረው ያሉት ወልቃይትና ጠገዴ ናቸው አይልም::

From north to south, that is from the limits of the Hamasen to Enderta, it covers an areas of from ninety to one hundred leagues (3.2 miles); and from the east, which is besides Dancali, located at the entrance to the Red sea to the southern end of the Red Sea, to the west bounded by the Tekezze River beside the Semen, it covers an area of similar size, so that the Kingdom has a nearly circular shape.”

6/ ቋንቋን መሰረት ወዳደረገ አክለላን አንመልከት6
የኢትዮጵያውያን ወጣቶችና አርበኞች ቁጣ ያሳሰበው ጣልያን፣ ኢትዮጵያን በቋንቋና በዘር በትኖ ለመግዛት ያቀደውን መርዝ ይፋ አወጣ:: የዚህ እቅድ ፊታውራሪ ከሆኑት አንዱ ፋሺስቱ Baron Roman Prochàzka አቢሲንያ ዘ ፓውደር ባረል (Abyssinia: the Powder barrel) በሚል መጽሓፉ ላይ እንዳስቀመጠው፣ ኢትዮጵያውያንን ለመግዛት በዘር መከፋፈልና በመሀከላቸውም ጥላቻን በመዝራት እርስ በርስ ለማናከስ፣ ሀገራቸውን በዘር መከለል የሚለውን እቅድ መተግበር ጀመረ:: በዚሁም መሰረት፣ ዘርንና ቋንቋን መሰረት ባደረገ ሽንሸና ኢትዮጵያን አምስት ቦታ ከፈላት::

7. ወልቃይትንና ጠገዴን ወደ ትግራይ የከለሉት አጼ ኃይለሥላሴ ናቸው:; ይህም በ1943 ዓ.ም የተካሄደውን የቀዳማይ ወያኔን አብዮት ለመበቀልና ሕዝቡንም ለመቅጣት ነው የሚለው: መሰረት እንደሌለው እነሆ ይህ ማስረጃ:: ጣልያን ይሄን ካርታ የሰራው በ1928 ዓ.ም ነበር:: ያኔም በአጼው ግዜም የትግራይ ወሰን ያው ነበር

Wolkayit-Tegede is about the survival of the amhara as a nation. The fascist woyane thugs should understand that Wolkayit-Tegede, Humera, Telemt is not a local issue. it is an amhara issue. it is about amhara survival.
