አስቸኳይ መልዕክት! ይድረስ ለብአዴን አመራር (ያሬድ ጥበቡ)

የትግራይ ማህበረሰብ ውስጥ ለወቅቱ የኢትዮጵያ ሁኔታ ምላሽ ተደርጎ የሚታየው ብአዴን በነፍጠኞች ተይዟል፣ መሪዎች መመንጠር አንገብጋቢ ጉዳይ መሆኑን የድርጅቱ ልሳኖች ከሰሞኑ ዘግበዋል። በመሆኑም እነ አቶ ገዱ አንዳርጋቸው አልሰሙ እንደሆነ በመቐለ ቤተመንግስት እየተደገሰላቸው ያለውን ፍጅት ከወዲሁ አውቀው በጀመሩት ከህዝብ ጋር የመወገን ትክክለኛ ፖሊሲ ከዚህ ከተደገሰላቸው እርድ እንዴት መዳን ይቻላቸዋል? ባለፉት 40 አመታት ህወሐትን ከቅርብም ሆነ ከሩቅ እንዳጠናት ሰው የሚከተሉትን ምክሮች መሰንዘር ይጠበቅብኝ ይመስለኛል። ከተሰነዘረባቸው አደጋ ለመዳን የብአዴን መሪዎች የሚከተሉትን እርምጃዎች በአፋጣኝ መውሰድ ይኖርባቸው ይመስለኛል።
- የክልል ምክርቤቱን ስብሰባ ጠርተው፣ ያለምክርቤቱ ጥሪ ወደክልል የገቡትን የአግአዚና ፌዴራል ፖሊስ ሀይሎች ክልሉን በአፋጣኝ ለቀው እንዲወጡ ውሳኔ ማሳለፍና፣ ይህንንም ለህዝቡ በመገናኛ ብዙሀን ማስተላለፍ
- በዚሁ የክልል ምክርቤት ስብሰባ ወቅት የመከላከያ ሰራዊቱ በሃገር ውስጥ ፓለቲካ እጁን እንዳያስገባና፣ ብቸኛ ተግባሩ ሃገሪቱን ከውጪ ጠላት መከላከል መሆኑን ግልፅ ማድረግ፣ እግረ መንገዱንም የመከላከያና ደህንነት አመራሩ የሃገሪቱን ብሄራዊ ተዋፅኦ የተከተለ እንዲሆን ጥያቄ ማቅረብ፣
- በብአዴን ውስጥ ተሰግስገው ለህወሐት የሚሰልሉ እንደ ካሳ ተክለብርሀን፣ ታደሰ ካሳ፣ አለምነው መኮንን ወዘተ የመሳሰሉትን የአመራር አባላት ከአባልነታቸው ማገድና ካስፈለገም ወደ እናት ድርጅታቸው ህወሐት እንዲመለሱ ፈቅዶ ማሰናበት
- የኢህአዴግ አመራርና አደረጃጀት የብሄረሰቦችን ተዋፅኦ የጠበቀ እንዲሆን ማድረግና፣ የህዝብ ቆጠራውን ተከትሎ፣ የኢህአዴግ አመራር 34% ኦሮሞ፣ 28% አማራ፣ 6% ትግራዋይ ወዘተ እንዲሆን ውሳኔ ማስተላለፍና ለተግባራዊነቱ መታገል
- ከአማራ ክልል የተወሰዱትን የድንበር መሬቶች ለማስመለስ መወሰንና፣ ይህንኑ ውሳኔ የሚከታተል ከተቀሙት ቀበሌዎች ነዋሪዎች፣ ምሁራንና፣ የፖለቲካ ልሂቃን የተውጣጣ ግብረሃይል ማቋቋም
- የክልሉን ፕሬዚዳንትና ሌሎች በህዛባዊ ወገንተኝነታቸው የሚታወቁ የብአዴን አመራር አባላትን ካልታሰበ የህወሐት አፈናና እገታ ሊታደግ የሚችል ጥበቃ እንዲደረግላቸው አስፈላጊው የሰው ሃይልና የፋይናንስ ምደባ እንዲረግ መወሰን። ይህንንም ተግባራዊ ለማድረግ፣ የክልሉን ልዩ ሃይል የጥበቃ አቅም ማጎልበት፣ አስፈላጊውን ሥልጠናና ትጥቅ እንዲያገኙ መወሰን፣
- የክልሉ ህዝብ ነቅቶ ለመብቱ ቀናኢ ሆኖ ዘብ እንዲቆምና በእለት ተእለት ህይወቱ አዛዣና ናዛዥ መሆኑ እንዲሰማው፣ ባለፉት 25 አመታት ተግባራዊ ሲደረጉ የቆዩትን ከህወሐት የተወረሱ የአፈና አሰራሮች ለማጥፋት በክልሉ ሸንጎ ላይ ለህዝቡ ቃል መግባት
- ብአዴን የሚመራው ክልል ተነጥሎ እንዳይቆምና፣ ህወሐት ሌሎቹን ክልሎች ይዞ እንዳያጠቃው፣ ሌሎቹን ክልሎችም የሚመሩት አባላት የቀድሞ የኢህዴን አባላት እንደነበሩ በማስታወስ፣ በተለይ የኦሮሚያ ክልል አስተዳዳሪዎች ለተመሳሳይ አላማ እንዲቆሙ የወንድማማችነት ግንኙነት መፍጠር፣ የትግል ህብረትን ማጠናከር
- በአንዳንድ ቦዘኔዎች ወይም በራሱ በህወሐት ሰርጎ ገቦች በትግራዋዮች ላይ የተናጠል ዘር ተኮር እርምጃ እንዳይኖር ነቅቶ መጠበቅ፣ አዝማሚያው በታየበት ሁኔታ ሁሉ እርምጃ መውሰድ፣
እነዚህንና መሰል እርምጃዎችን በመውሰድ የብአዴን አመራር የራሱን አንገት ከተሳለለት ቢላዋ ከማዳን አልፎ፣ ያለምንም ድርጅትና አመራር ጭቆና ስላስመረረው ብቻ እምቢ ለመብቴ ብሎ ለመስዋእትነት የተሰለፈውን የክልሉን ህዝብ ከእልቂት ከማዳንም አልፎ፣ ኢህአዴግ ራሱ የመፍትሄው አካል የሚሆንበትን እድል ሊከፍት ይችል ይመስለኛል።
ይህን ማድረግ አቅቶት ግን የብአዴን አመራር ካመነታ፣ ሳያታሰብ እንደ መብረቅ ብልጭ የሚለው የወያኔ ሰይፍ አናቱን ሊጨፈልቀው ይችላል። ለብአዴን መሪዎች ግልፅ ሊሆንላቸው የሚገባው ነገር፣ ወያኔ ከውልደቱ እስከዛሬም ድረስ የብዙ ድርጅቶችን አመራርን ደም እየጠጣ ያደገ የተመነደገ ድርጅት ነው።
በጥቅምት 1968 ዘገብላ በተባለ ቦታ ቲ ኤል ኤፍ የተሰኘውን የትግራይ ነፃ አውጪ ድርጅት አመራር አባላት “ኑ ድርጅታዊ ውህደት እንፈፅም” ብሎ ከተሰበሰቡ በኋላ እዚያው አፍኖ በመግደል ደም ከጠጣ ጀምሮ በደም አበላ እንደተዘፈቀ የኖረ ሀይል ነው። የብአዴን አመራርም ደም የመጨረሻው አይሆንም። እንግዲህ ግማሽ እርግዝና የለም። የክልላችሁ ህዝብ ሁኔታ ኣሳዝኗችሁ መጠነኛ ወገንተኝነት በማሳየታችሁ፣ በወያኔ የተዘጋጀላችሁ መልስ እርድ መሆኑ ይፋ ተደርጓል። ባለፉት 25 አመታት እንደታዘብኩት ወያኔ አንድ እርምጃ ከመውሰዱ በፊት ትግራይ ኦንላይንና አይጋ ፎረም በተባሉ አፈቀላጤዎቹ መድረክ ለፈረንጆቹ የሚሆን መረጃ መሰል ትንተና በእንግሊዘኛ ይፅፋል፣ ከዚያ በቀናት ውስጥ የማያዳግም እርምጃ ይወስዳል።
አይጋ ላይ የወጣውን የመቐለ ፅሁፍ አንብቤ ይህን ምላሽ ስፅፍ ማምሸቴ የብአዴን ወገኖቼ እጣ ስላሳሰበኝ ነው። ከህዝብ ጎን ስለቆሙ ለምን ይታረዳሉ በማለት። የብአዴን መሪዎች ዛሬ ለሚገኙበት ህዝባዊ ወገንተኝነትና በመቐለ ቤተመንግስት ለተሳለላቸው የእርድ ካራ፣ ባለፉት 25 አመታት ተስፋ ባለመቁረጥ አንድ ቀን ከህዝባችሁ ጎን እንደምትቆሙ የተመሰረታችሁበትን ህዝባዊ መሰረት እንደ ተስፋ መልህቅ በመያዝ፣ “እኔ የማውቃቸው የኢህዴን ልጆች ለጠባብ ብሄርተኝነት እጃቸውን አይሰጡም” በማለት በስደት ስመሰክርና ስከራከር ቆይቻለሁ። የጎንደር ህዝባዊ እምቢተኝነት ላይ ከወያኔ ጋር ተዳብላችሁ ሳትወገዙ፣ የናንተም ልዩ ሀይል በህዝቡ ላይ ሳይተኩስ አብራችሁ ቆማችሁ ሳይ የተሰማኝን እርካታ በቃላት የምገልፀው አይደለም። ሞትን አሸንፋችሁ እንደተነሳችሁ ያህል ነው የተሰማኝ። አሁንም የተጣለባችሁን ጋሬጣ አልፋችሁ በዓይነ ስጋ ለመተያየት ያብቃን። ከህዝቡ ጎን ቆማችሁ ሰማእት ብትሆኑም፣ ስማችሁ ከመቃብር በላይ ይውላል። ተጭበርብራችሁ ግን የወያኔ እርድ ካራ ስር እንዳትወድቁ አደራዬ ጥልቅ ነው። ከክፉ ይሰውራችሁ።

This is a great advice.
The ANDM people must know if their lives are threatened now by TPLF and what they have to do to protect themselves.
The TPLF controls the military and Dehninet.
If ANDM members feel their lives are threatened they need an armed force loyal to them but not to TPLF.
If their lives are threatened by TPLF as the author says, then they have to take determined actions fast. They should not lose time.
But we have to consider here that the ferenjis are monitoring TPLF, so TPLF might need their permission before taking actions.
But the author has a tribalist mindset. He accepts the present system.
We have to reject that.

Nobody knows TPLF more than Yared Tibebu, the former EPDM leader before Tamrat Layne. Better ANDEM and the AMHARA regional government leaders listen to his important advice for your survival at first, and then contribute to the winner ship of the people’s struggle which will put you on the record of history. The Amhara and the Oromo people are asking and dying for their exclusive right, equality, fair distribution of wealth in the country, equal opportunity for all citizens, self administration and freedom, no subjugation by a minority regime that took the country to a path of bloodshed and civil war, amassing the wealth of Ethiopia in few hands that came from Tigrai. The regime is changed itself to a colonialist mindset and completely engaged into intrigue politics. It is pushing and propagating the people to indulge into the Rwandan style civil strife. Its media outlets and supporters like Tigrai Online and Aigaforum are actively and keenly playing the role of” Radio Mille Collines (RTLMC). If you read what they are posting the last few weeks in the name of opinion and articles, they resorted to hate and calling the TPLF government to take any and every measure on the people asking their rights peacefully, to the extent of even exercising seceding Tigrai from Ethiopia. Irresponsibility lies much in the few running the so called “Federal Government”. Power is in the hands of the ignorant and we don’t see recognition of the dangerous problem the country is leading into nor any initiative for peaceful transition. This is the time for ANDEM, OPDO cadres and party/government officials to decide-stand with the people or remain servants of the die-harders. They have no time left. Why is the “Federal Government” is violating the constitution of the country and demands the respect of it when it comes to others, and by citizens.

You live freely in the US without anybody asking what “Gosa” or “Zer” you come from. And yet, you advocate Ethiopians to live as Amhara, Oromo, Tigre, Guragie, etc instead of free Ethiopians. What a hypocrisy!
You are one of the architects of TPLF’s failed ethnic federalism that is designed mainly to keep the TPLF leaders in power forever. Ethiopians don’t want your quota system of democracy (34%, 26%, blah, blah) and what we want is to exercise our freedom as human beings not as Amhara, Oromo, Tigre, etc. The overwhelming majority of Ethiopians trace their roots to more than two nationalities within Ethiopia and your idea that we are either Amhara, Oromo, Tigre, etc. is flawed and is the main cause of the current chaos in our country. Give people the right to vote freely as human beings and you will see the result. Don’t underestimate the ability of individuals to make choices for themselves.

የመንግስት ባለስልጣናት ነዋሪው መደበኛ እንቅስቃሴውን እንዲቀጥል በማግባባት ላይ ቢሆኑም የከተማዋ ነዋሪዎች የተለያዩ ተቃውሞዎችን በማሰማት ትዕዛዙን ተግባራዊ አለማድረጉን በተመሳሳይ ሁኔታ በጎንደር ከተማ የአገልግሎት መስጫ ተቋማት ስራቸውን ያልጀመሩ ሲሆን፣ የመንግስት የጸጥታ ሃይሎች ጨለማን ተገን በማድረግ ነዋሪዎችን በማሰር ላይ መሆናቸውን ለመረዳት ተችሏል።
የሃይማኖት አባቶችን ጨምሮ የዞንና የቀበሌ አስተዳደሮች ነዋሪው የዕለት ተዕለት ‘ጠው ጠው አንልም!!” እንቅስቃሴውን እንዳይቀጥል በማግባባት ላይ ቢሆኑም ነዋሪዎች የተለያዩ ጥያቄዎችን በማንሳት ጥሪውን እንዳልተቀበሉ ተገልጸዋል።

This time is a learning curve for all concerned. Regional division is dangerous for a country as diversified as our nation. The Tigreans are secretly manipulating tactical politics to divide in to the route. Every Tigre is a member of Weyane. Every Tigre living or working in other regions are purposely sent to serve their troublesome party. No Tigre was or is or will be killed by the party. Ethinic-based party lies on the specific group. No demonstration in Tigray suggests the truth. Ashamed of it b/c of the cooperation.

2ኛ ይህ ባይሆን ቢቀር ግን የትግራይ ነፃ አውጭ ቡድን አሁን የባለሥልጣኖችን ከትግራይ ህዝብ ትከሻ ለማውረድ ሲል በአስቸኳይ ከትግራይ እና አዲስ አበባ ወስጥ እየስራ ነው። በትግራይ ማህበረሰብ ውስጥ በአገር እና ውጭ ገብተው ስለላውን ጨርሰው በአጭሩ የመከራ ግዜውን ለማሳጠር ከጠበቂዎቻቸው ጋር እየተደራደሩ ይገኛሉ።
3ኛ መስከረም 30 ቀን 2009 አዲሱ የሽግግር መንግሱቱ ፔሬዝዳንት በመሰቀል አደባባይ ንግግር ታሪካዊ ንግግር የረጋሉ።
4ኛ የሐይማኖት አባቶች እስስቶች ስለሆኑ እንዳትዘናጉ፣ የስው ደም እያፈሰሱ እና እስር ቤት እያሰቃዩ ስልጣን ላይ መቆየት ከቶም አይቻልም። 5ኛ የሚቀጥለው ላይ ህዝቡ በሰሜን፣ደቡብ፣ምዕራብ፣ምሥራቅ በእኩል ይወጣል።ከሽግግር በፈት እና በኋላ በውዱ አቶ ኦባንግ ሜቶ በኩል ይተላለፈል። ህዝባችን ጨዎነት በተሞላ መልክ ትእዛዝ ተቀብላቹ ከሽግግሩ ሰላማዊ አስተዎፃኦ እንደታደረረጉ እናሳስባለን። ህዝባችን በሽግግር መንግስት ፔሬዝዳንት በደ/ር ብርሐኑ ነጋ እና ጦሩ በሙሉ በጄ/ር ከማል ገልቹ እና የትግራይ ነፃ አውጭ ጥምረት ይመራል። ከአምስት አመት በኋላ ህዝቡ በመረጠው እና ሁሉንም ኢትዮጵያዊውን በአንድ አይን ማየት በሚችል መሪ ይተካል።
ውርደት ሞት ለ ሆዳም 1000 ለአደዎ፣ ወቅሮ ሐዲጊዎች ወያኔዎች ኢትዮጵያን ታላቅ መሆኗን ሳያቋት ፣ ከአልበሽር ጋር ተባብረው በኢትዮጵያና እና በኤርትራ ህዝብ አና መሪዎች ላይ መስሪይ መርዝ በ$42 ሚሊዮን ጉርሻ የረጫቹ ሞት ለእናንተ! ኢትዮጵያ ከሁሉም በፈት እግዚአብሔር አላት ቀጥሎም ጀግኖችም ኢትዮጵያዊያን በአመራ፣ በኦሮሚያ፣ በደቡብ፣ በሱማሌ፣ በአፋር፣ በጋምቤላ ዛሬም ነገም አላት!!!

የከሰረ ነጋዴ የድሮ መዛግብቶቹን ከኣቧራ ኣንስቶ ይመረምራል ይባላል። ለሃገሪቷ ኣታስብላትም እንዴ። እንዲሁ እንድ ጥሬ ስጋ መብላትና ኣርቄ መጠጣት ቀላል ይመስልሃል? ይገርማል የእውቀት ድህነት። በል ያሬድ እንግዲስ ምን ይደረግ። በእጅ ያለው ወርቅ እንደመዳብ ይቆጠራል ይባላል። እዛው ኣገርህ መኖር ይሻልህ ነበር። ሃገሪትዋ ከ25 በፊት እንዴት እንደነበረች ኣሁን ዬት እንደደረሰች ህልናንህን ብደምብ ያውቃል። ለወደፊቱ 20 ዓመት ቢጨመር እንዴት ትሆናለች ብታስብ ኖሮ ይሄ ዬኪሳራ ጽሑፍ (ታብሎይድ) ኣትጽፍም ነበር። በማንኛውም መስፈርት ያለው ሁኔታና የተግባር እውነታ ራሱ ምስክር ነው። ይሄው የኣስክፊው የዘመናዊ ባርነት ኑሮና ውርደት እዚሁ ውጭ ሃገር እየኖርክ ይህን መጻፍክን ዬሚጠበቅ ነው። ያው ዬዬቀኑ ጭንቀትና ሰብኣዊነት ዬሚፈታተን ገድል መጋፈጥ ነው። ምን ይደረግ ኣምላክ ወገን ነህና ኣምላክ ያቅናልህ።
