ስለጉዳዩ የተጠየቀው አርቲስት ቀመር የሱፍ ይህ ሆን ተብሎ የተደረገ እንጂ እኔ ባለፉት አራት አመታት ቋሚ አድራሻ ያለኝ ሲሆን አድራሻዬም ቦሌ ክፍለከተማ ወረዳ 6 ቀበሌ 12/13 የቤት ቁጥር 419/2 ነው በማለት ውንጀላውን ተቃውሞታል::በመንግስት ጋዜጦች አድራሻው ንፋስ ስልክ ክፍለከተማ በሚል ጥሪ የተደረገለት ቀመር የሱፍ ከብርሃን ኢንሹራንስ ካምፓኒ ጋር በጋራ ክስ ቀርቦበታል::ስለ ጉዳዩ የተጠየቀችው ባለቤቱ አትሌት እጅጋየሁ ዲባባ እሷም ሆነች ባለቤቷ ስለዚህ ክስ የሚያውቁት ጉዳይ እንደሌለ እና ገና መስማቷ እንደሆነ ተናግራለች::
ባልና ሚስቱ ይህን ይበሉ እንጂ ክሱ የተመሰረተው በመስከረም 2008 እንደሆነ የፍርድ ቤቱ መዝገብ ያሳያል::
