3. to use them (and others in such shit programs in other countries) as a proof that evil USA is a responsible and compassionate superpower that deserves its position at the top. The shit program is used for PR for USA. Honestly, no responsible government would allow its citizens to be so degraded and used for PR purposes by foreign powers like USA, but woyanes don’t care.
