በአገሪቱ ውስጥ ለዘመናት ሲንከባለሉ የመጡ በርካታ ዘርፈ ብዙ ችግሮች አሉ፡፡ እነዚህን ችግሮች ለመቀነስ ወይም ለማስወገድ በሚደረግ ጥረት በተለይ የሕዝቡ ቀጥታ ተሳትፎ ወሳኝ ነው፡፡ መንግሥት ኃላፊነቱን በግልጽና በተጠያቂነት መንፈስ እንዲያከናውን፣ የሕግ የበላይነትን እንዲያስከብር፣ የሕዝቡን ሰላምና ደኅንነት እንዲያስጠብቅ፣ ዴሞክራሲያዊና ሰብዓዊ መብቶችን እንዲያከብር፣ ፍትሕ ለሁሉም ዜጎች እንዲዳረስ እንዲያደርግ፣ የዜጎችን መሠረታዊ ፍላጎቶች እንዲያሟላ፣ ፍትሐዊ የሀብት ክፍፍል እንዲኖር እንዲያመቻች፣ ሙስናን በፅናት እንዲዋጋና ለመሳሰሉት አዎንታዊ ተግባራት የሕዝብ የማያቋርጥ ውትወታ ያስፈልጋል፡፡ ይመለከተናል የሚሉ ወገኖች ደግሞ ኃላፊነታቸውን ሊወጡ ይገባል፡፡ መንግሥትም በዚህ መሠረት ኃላፊነቱን ለመወጣት ራሱን ዝግጁ ያድርግ፡፡
በአሁኑ ጊዜ በአገሪቱ ውስጥ በጉልህ ከሚታዩ ችግሮች መካከል የመልካም አስተዳደር ዕጦት፣ የፍትሕ መጓደልና ሙስና ተጠቃሽ ናቸው፡፡ ከእነዚህ በተጨማሪ በአገሪቱ የተለያዩ አካባቢዎች በመከሰት ላይ ያሉ ብጥብጦች፣ የዜጎች ሕይወት ሕልፈት፣ የአካል ጉዳትና የንብረት ውድመት በጣም ያሳስባሉ፡፡ በተለያዩ መንግሥታዊ ተቋማት ውስጥ የሚታዩ ብልሹ አሠራሮችና ሕገወጥነቶች መብዛት የምሬት ምክንያት ናቸው፡፡ በውጭ ምንዛሪ እጥረት ሳቢያ የሚሰሙ ብሶቶች የችግሮቹን መጠን ይጨምራሉ፡፡ በግብይት ሥርዓቱ መበላሸት ምክንያት የሚታየው ሰው ሠራሽ የዋጋ ንረትና በመኖሪያ ቤት ዕጦት ምክንያት ኑሮ ዳገት የሆነባቸው ዜጎች ጉዳይ አሳሳቢ ነው፡፡ አሁንም አጥንት ድረስ ዘልቆ የሚሰማ ድህነት አለ፡፡ ወደ ፖለቲካው መንደር ጎራ ሲባል ምኅዳሩ የተበላሸ በመሆኑ ኩርፊያው ከመቼውም ጊዜ በላይ ጨምሯል፡፡ እነዚህ አፋጣኝ መፍትሔዎች የሚሹ ጉዳዮች ናቸው፡፡ የሁሉንም ወገን ትኩረት ይሻሉ፡፡
እንዲህ ዓይነት ተደራራቢ ችግሮች ያሉባት አገር ተደላድላ መቀመጥ ስለማይቻላት፣ መንግሥትን ጨምሮ የሚመለከታቸው አካላት በሙሉ መላ ሊመቱ ይገባል፡፡ በአገር ጉዳይ የምሁራን አንደበት እስከ መቼ ይሸበባል? የአገራችን ጉዳይ ያገባናል የሚሉ ወገኖች ዝምታ ምን የሚሉት ነው? በዴሞክራሲያዊ መንገድ ተቀራርቦ ባሉ ችግሮች ላይ በግልጽ ለመወያየት የምን መፍራት ነው? የአገሬ ጉዳይ ያገባኛል የሚል ማንኛውም ዜጋ በሠለጠነና በሕጋዊ መንገድ መብቶቹን እያስከበረ፣ ለአገር ጠቃሚ ነው ብሎ የሚያስበውን ሐሳብ ለመሰንዘር ለምን ይቸገራል? በሌላ በኩል መንግሥት ዜጎች በነፃነት የመሰላቸውን ሐሳብ እንዲያንፀባርቁ መድረኩን ለምን ይዘጋጋዋል? ለአገር የሚጠቅሙ ሐሳቦች ከየትም አቅጣጫ ይምጡ ለምን አይስተናገዱም? ሁሉም ወገን ኃላፊነቱን መወጣት ከቻለ በየጊዜው እየተደራረቡ የሚያስቸግሩ ችግሮችን ለማስወገድ ጠቃሚ ስለሆነ ሊታሰብበት ይገባል፡፡
ስለመልካም አስተዳደር ችግሮች፣ ስለፍትሕ መጓደልና ስለሙስና ስንነጋገር በጊዜ ካልተፈቱ የሚያስከትሉት ቀውስ ከፍተኛ ነው፡፡ የመንግሥት ከፍተኛ ባለሥልጣናት፣ በመካከለኛ ደረጃ ያሉ አመራሮችና ሌሎችም የሚመለከታቸው አካላት እርስ በርስ እየተፈራሩ የሚሸፋፍኑ ከሆነ አገሪቱን የማትወጣበት አዘቅት ውስጥ ነው የሚከቷት፡፡ የተለያዩ የኅብረተሰብ ክፍሎችም እነዚህን ችግሮች ከማጋለጥ ጀምሮ የመፍትሔ ሐሳብ በማመንጨት የአገር ባለቤትነት ስሜት ማሳየት አለባቸው፡፡ መንግሥትን የሚመሩ አካላትም ዜጎች በነፃነት ተሳታፊ እንዲሆኑና የመፍትሔ አካል መሆናቸው እንዲረጋገጥ ማድረግ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ የሕግ የበላይነት ልዕልና እንዲያገኝና ሕገወጥ ተግባራት እንዲወገዱ ሲፈለግ፣ የዜጎች መብትና የተሳትፎ ደረጃ በከፍተኛ ደረጃ ትኩረት ሊሰጠው ይገባል፡፡
የአገሪቱ ዜጎች በማያስማሙዋቸው ዋነኛ ጉዳዮች ላይ የጋራ አቋም እየያዙና ልዩነቶቻቸውን ደግሞ በሠለጠነ መንገድ እያንፀባረቁ ችግሮችን ለመፍታት መትጋት አለባቸው፡፡ በዚህች አገር ውስጥ በጣም መለመድ ያለበት ዓቢይ ቁም ነገር ማንም ሰው ባለሥልጣንም ይሁን ምን ከሕግ በታች እንደሆነ መረጋገጥ አለበት፡፡ ሕግ ባለበት አገር ውስጥ ራሳቸውን ከሕግ በላይ የሚያደርጉ ወይም የአምባገነንነት ባህርይ ያላቸው ተቀባይነት እንደሌላቸው ሊረዱ ይገባል፡፡ በመሆኑም ዜጎች ራሳቸውን ከሕገወጥ ተግባራት እያራቁ ለሕግ የበላይነት መስፈን መትጋት አለባቸው፡፡ ችግሮች የፈለገውን ያህል ውስብስብ ቢመስሉም በተባበረ ክንድ ስለሚፈቱ፣ በተቻለ መጠን የያገባኛልና የባለቤትነት መንፈስን ማጠናከር ተገቢ ነው፡፡
ብዙ ጊዜ በመንግሥት በኩል የሚስተዋሉ ችግሮች ባለቤት የሌላቸው ይመስል ችላ ሲባሉ ይታያል፡፡ ነገር ግን በየደረጃው ኃላፊነት የተሰጠው ተሿሚ መፍትሔ አመንጪ መሆን አለበት፡፡ ወደ መንግሥት ተቋማት አገልግሎት ፍለጋ የሚሄዱ ዜጎች ጉዳያቸውን በአቋራጭ ለማስጨረስ ከሚሯሯጡ ይልቅ፣ በቀጥተኛው መንገድ መብታቸውን ማስከበር አለባቸው፡፡ ብልሹ አሠራሮች የሚንሠራፉት እያንዳንዱ ዜጋ መብቱን በሕጋዊ መንገድ ማስከበር ሲያቅተው ነው፡፡ ፍትሕ ፍለጋ ፍርድ ቤቶች የሚሄድ ዜጋ ፍትሕ ሲነፈግ ማጋለጥ አለበት፡፡ በመማለጃ ወይም በጉቦ ፍትሕ ለማግኘት ከመሞከር ይልቅ፣ መብትን በሕጋዊ መንገድ ማስከበር ያኮራል፡፡ ራስ ወዳዶች የአገር ሀብት ሲዘርፉ በይሉኝታ ከማየት ይልቅ፣ በአደባባይ አጋልጦ ክብር ማግኘት ያስደስታል፡፡ ምንም እንኳ መስዋዕትነት የሚያስከፍል ቢሆንም፣ ለአገር ህልውና ሲባል ራስን መስጠት የግድ ይላል፡፡ ችግሮችን ተሸክሞ ከመዞር አራግፎ መገላገል ይበልጣል፡፡ ለዚህ ደግሞ በአግባቡ ኃላፊነትን መወጣት ይጠይቃል፡፡

This had become clear at the Toronto Conference which was held from Hamle 12 to Hamle 15 (July 1990) with the object of creating a democratic united front of forces committed to Ethiopian unity for the formation of a transitional government to replace the expiring Derg. I was one of the persons responsible in organising the Toronto Conference with the objective of achieving o the unity of pro-unity forces and, as President of EPDA,I was preparing to lead the EPDA delegation to Toronto when I was told to go urgently to Khartoum (Sudan) where I was told my service was needed urgently. Replacing me to lead the EPDA delegation to Toronto was assigned Dereje Deressa, EPDA secretary General. It was only upon arrival in Khartoum tht I understood the CIA mischief to avoid my presence at Toronto. At this point CIA was engaged in bringing together forces that will form the entourage of EPLF-TPLF and follow them applauding to the power pedestal in Addis Ababa so as to give them the appearance of popular support while alienating pro-unity forces and individuals. ” “

You know guys, in order to solve our problems we should start with telling the truth, and we have to change the narrative about the recent Ethiopian history. The narrative told till now by TPLF, shabia, ESAT, ferenjis and some leftist and opposition groups is lie, a lot of evidences prove that.

We should really assume that the real reason USA started to support the TPLF and EPLF rebels was to implement a hostile USA plan that the country had prepared perhaps since the 1970s G.C. or earlier, and not to end the war as we were misinformed by CIA/Shabia mouthpiece ESAT.

The $10 billion pipeline project first surfaced in 2000. Nine years later Bashar al-Assad announced that he would not support the initiative that would have granted Qatar direct access to European energy markets via terminals in Turkey.
