በጣና በለስና በጊቤ አንድ የኃይል ማመንጫ ጣቢያዎች በደረሰ ብልሽት በመላ አገሪቱ የኃይል አቅርቦ ተስተጓጉሏል
በጣና በለስና በጊቤ አንድ የኃይል ማመንጫ ጣቢያዎች በደረሰ የኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል ማስተላለፊያና የኤሌክትሮኒክ መቆጣጠሪያ ብልሽት፣ በመላ አገሪቱ የኃይል አቅርቦ ተስተጓጉሏል፡፡ ቅዳሜ ኅዳር 18 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. በአገሪቱ ትልቁና 460 ሜጋ ዋት የኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል በማመንጨት ላይ በሚገኘው ጣና በለስ የኃይል ማመንጫ ጣቢያ የኤሌክትሪክ ማስተላለፊያ መቆጣጠሪያ ተበላሽቷል፡፡
ይህንን ብልሽት ለማስተካከል እየተሞረከ ባለበት ወቅት በነጋታው እሑድ ኅዳር 19 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. ደግሞ በጊቤ አንድ ኃይል ማመንጫ ጣቢያ ላይ ተመሳሳይ ብልሽት አጋጥሟል፡፡ ከዚህ በተጨማሪ ከጊቤ አንድ ኃይል ማመንጫ ጣቢያ ተነስቶ ከሰኮሩ ከተማ ወደ ጌዶ የተዘረጋው የኃይል መስመር አደጋ ደርሶበታል፡፡
በእነዚህ ምክንያቶች ኅዳር 18 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. ከቀኑ 6፡30 እስከ 10፡30 ሰዓት፣ ኅዳር 19 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. ደግሞ ከ9፡30 ሰዓት ጀምሮ በመላ አገሪቱ የኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል ተቋርጧል፡፡ በዚህ የኃይል መቋረጥ ነዋሪዎች በሚያካሂዱት የዕለት ተዕለት እንቅስቃሴ፣ ከጥቃቅንና ከአነስተኛ አምራቾች እስከ ግዙፍ ማምረቻ ተቋማት ችግር ገጥሟቸዋል፡፡ በቅርቡ በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ በሁለት አቅጣጫዎች አገልግሎት መስጠት የጀመረው የቀላል ባቡር ትራንስፖርትም መስተጓጎል ገጥሞት ነበር፡፡
የውኃ፣ መስኖና ኤሌክትሪክ ሚኒስቴር፣ የኢትዮጵያ ኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል፣ የኢትዮጵያ ኤሌክትሪክ አገልግሎትና የኢትዮጵያ ኤሌክትሪክ ባለሥልጣን ባለሙያዎች ወደ ሥፍራው ተንቀሳቅሰው ችግሩን ለመፍታት እየሞከሩ መሆኑ ታውቋል፡፡
የኢትዮጵያ ኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል የውጭ ግንኙነት ዳይሬክተር አቶ ምስክር ነጋሽ ለሪፖርተር እንደገለጹት፣ ችግሩን ለመቅረፍ ከፍተኛ ጥረት እየተደረገ ነው፡፡
460 ሜጋ ዋት ኤሌክትሪክ የማመንጨት አቅም ያለው ጣና በለስና 184 ሜጋ ዋት ኤሌክትሪክ የማመንጨቅ አቅም ያለው ጊቤ አንድ፣ በብሔራዊ የኃይል ቋት ውስጥ መግባት ባለመቻላቸው በአገሪቱ ችግር ተፈጥሯል፡፡
በዚህ ምክንያት በመላ አገሪቱ ኃይል ከመቋረጡም በላይ፣ ችግሩ እስካሁን ባለመፈታቱም በተለያዩ የአገሪቱ ክፍሎች አሁንም የኃይል መቆራረጥ እያጋጠመ ይገኛል፡፡
የኢትዮጵያ ኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል መረጃዎች እንደሚያመለክቱት፣ እነዚህ ችግሮች በአሁኑ ወቅት የጎላ ደረጃ ይድረሱ እንጂ ችግሮቹ ያልተፈቱባቸው በርካታ ምክንያቶች አሉ፡፡
ከእነዚህ ውስጥም የመለዋወጫ ዕቃዎች በወቅቱ አለማዘጋጀት፣ በግድቦች አስተዳደር የባለሙያ እጥረት፣ አሮጌ የማሰራጫና ማስተላለፊያ መስመሮች በአዲስ አለመተካትና አሻጥረኛ ሠራተኞች መኖራቸው ለችግሩ መባባስ እንደ ምክንያት ያስቀምጣሉ፡፡
አሁን በተፈጠረው ችግር ብቻ አዲስ አበባ ከ120 ሜጋ ዋት በላይ የኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል እጥረት መከሰቱን መረጃዎች አመልክተው፣ በአንዳንድ መንደሮች ኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል ማግኘት ቅንጦት እየሆነ ነው፡፡
አሁን ያጋጠመውን ችግር ለመቅረፍ በርካታ ሥራዎች እየተሠሩ መሆኑን፣ በመስኩ ከሚገኙ ባለሙያዎች ጋር ግንኙነት በማድረግ ችግሩን ለመቅረፍ እየተሠራ እንደሆነ የውኃ፣ መስኖና ኤሌክትሪክ ሚኒስትሩ አቶ ሞቱማ መቃሳ ለሪፖርተር ገልጸዋል፡፡
No surprising to see contradicting news coming from officials and news media affiliate of the Ethiopian regime. I don’t think the Reporter editorials are aware of the Bloomberg latest news. Unless this is a pure misinformation service to the collapsing oppressive regime.
The fact to the matter is that “There has been a shortage of rain all over country, and the dams have not collected as much water as they can collect.” according to Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Energy spokesman Bezuneh Tolcha told the Bloomberg just yesterday Dec 01/2015 by phone.
Therefore; I don’t get why the Reporter has to make such a suicidal and disrespect to itself in front of the world?

The coward “Ethiopians” in the USA and other ferenjilands have in their mind a territory that could be called “forbidden zone”.
In the “forbidden zone” everything related to USA and ferenjis is stored.
And the coward “Ethiopians” are extremely afraid to speak out information stored in the “forbidden zone”.
For example when they talk about TPLF being tribalist they should not omit the info that it was because TPLF was tribalist that nazi USA agreed to bring it to power.
