መምህር ግርማ ዋስትና ቢፈቀድላቸውም አልተፈቱም
መምህር ግርማ ወንድሙ፣ ጥቅምት 30 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. በ50 ሺሕ ብር እንዲፈቱ የተፈቀደላቸው ቢሆንም አልተፈቱም፡፡ ግለሰቡን በቁጥጥር ሥር አድርጐ በመመርመር ላይ የሚገኘው የአዲስ አበባ ፖሊስ ኮሚሽን መርማሪ ቡድን፣ ጥቅምት 25 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. ለፌዴራል የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት አራዳ ምድብ ወንጀል ችሎት ባቀረበው የምርመራ ሥራው፣ ተጠርጣሪው ፈቃድ ማግኘት ከሚገባቸው ከኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋህዶ ቤተ ክርስቲያን (ቤተ ክህነት) ፈቃድ ሳያገኙ፣ በሐሰተኛ ሰነድ (ፎርጅድ) ሲገለገሉ እንደነበር አስረድቷል፡፡ በመሆኑም ቀሪ ምርመራ እንደሚቀረው ገልጾ፣ ከጠየቀው 14 ቀናት ተጨማሪ ጊዜ ፍርድ ቤቱ ሰባት ቀናትን ፈቅዶለታል፡፡ በመሆኑም መምህር ግርማ፣ ከቤት ሽያጭና ከሲም ካርድ ጋር በተያያዘ በቀረበባቸው ወንጀል በ50 ሺሕ ብር ዋስትና እንዲለቀቁ ፍርድ ቤት ትዕዛዝ ቢሰጥም፣ በሐሰተኛ ሰነድ የተጠየቀባቸው የሰባት ቀናት ጊዜ የሚያልቀው ኅዳር 2 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. በመሆኑ በማረፊያ ቤት ለመቆየት ተገደዋል፡፡
