የቀድሞ የአርበኞች ማኅበር ፕሬዚዳንት ‹‹አርበኛ ሳይሆኑ አርበኛ ነኝ›› በማለት በማታለል ወንጀል ተጠርጥረው ተከሰሱ
የጥንታዊት ኢትዮጵያ ጀግኖች አርበኞች ማኅበር ፕሬዚዳንት የነበሩት ሊቀ ትጉሃን አስታጥቄ አባተ፣ በማታለል ወንጀል ተጠርጥረው ክስ ተመሠረተባቸው፡፡ ክሱ ቀደም ብሎ በ1998 ዓ.ም. ተመሥርቶባቸው የነበረ ቢሆንም፣ እንዲቋረጥ ተደርጎ ከቆየ በኋላ የፍትሕ ሚኒስትር ዴኤታ በነበሩት አቶ ልዑል ወልዱ (አሁን የትግራይ ክልል ፍትሕ ቢሮ ኃላፊ ሆነው ተሹመዋል) ትዕዛዝ ተቋርጦ የነበረው ክሱ እንዲቀጥል ተደርጓል፡ተከሳሹ የተጠረጠሩበት የማታለል ወንጀል ‹‹አርበኛ ሳይሆኑ አርበኛ ነኝ›› በማለት፣ የማይገባ ጥቅም ለማግኘት በማሰብ የተሳሳተ መረጃና ማስረጃ አቅርበዋል የሚል መሆኑን የዓቃቤ ሕግ ክስ ይገልጻል፡፡
ተከሳሹ በ1938 ዓ.ም. ቢወለዱም በ1922 ዓ.ም. እንደተወለዱ፣ ጣሊያን ከ1928 ዓ.ም. እስከ 1933 ዓ.ም. ድረስ ኢትዮጵያን በወረረበት ጊዜ መሳተፋቸውንና ‹‹አርበኛ ነኝ›› ማለታቸውን ክሱ ይገልጻል፡፡ ሊቀ ትጉሃን አስታጥቄ አርበኛ ሳይሆኑ እንደሆኑ በመግለጽና አሳሳች ነገሮችን በመናገር የራሳቸውን ማንነት መደበቃቸውን የሚገልጸው የዓቃቤ ሕግ ክስ፣ በ1937 ዓ.ም. በወጣው አዋጅ ቁጥር 4/1937 አንቀጽ 33 ላይ በተደነገገው መሠረት አርበኝነታቸውን እንዳስመሰከሩ መናገራቸውንም ክሱ ያስረዳል፡፡ በመሆኑም ከግንቦት 25 ቀን 1993 ዓ.ም. እስከ 1994 ዓ.ም. ድረስ የኢትዮጵያ አርበኞች ማኅበር ምክትል ፕሬዚዳንት በመሆን የአንድ ሺሕ ብር ደመወዝተኛ ሆነው መሥራታቸውን ክሱ ይጠቁማል፡፡ ከ1998 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ ደግሞ ፕሬዚዳንት በመሆን 4,000 ብር ደመወዝና የተለያዩ ጥቅማ ጥቅሞችን እያገኙ በመሆኑ፣ በፈጸሙት የማታለል ወንጀል መከሰሳቸውን የዓቃቤ ሕግ ክስ ያስረዳል፡፡ ኅዳር 2 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. ፍርድ ቤት እንዲቀርቡ መጥሪያ እንደተላከላቸውም ለማወቅ ተችሏል፡፡
Meaningless slandering, no need partsipating in the war zone to be the presedant of patriots association. We need only keep remembering the victory the patriots and pricless service for the new generation, our Hiros the patriots will not alive for ever but theirs priceless services remined with us we have responsiblity to presereve as we recived it. Do you think Berehanu Nega is a patriote ?? There for managing the patriots assocation in civilised manner not a part of cheating. This is false accusation, as long as we are EThiopians we all the son and the dougther of the patriots, no one protected as to participate in the patriote assocation. This is deliberate accusation . As a son of patriot of that historical period in the history of our country, this mater concerns me too.
Liqe Tiguhan can only be called to the duty if no one is left from that generation. I am sure there are patriotic people still alive who could take that important postion. Waiting to hear what the court decides.
The majority of the patriotes are dead even if some of them are alive all of them above 80 years old not fit enough to lead this assication. They younger generation shall take over and lead the patriot assocation with the great cargious and wise historical maner able to preserve our hiro foot slep for the generation to come!!
