ድርጅታችን ትህዴን በየካቲት 1993 ዓ/ም ብረት አንስቶ ትግል ሲጀምር አላማው ግልፅና የማያሻማ ነበር ::እሱም በሃገራችን የገነነው አፋኝ ስርዓት ህዝባችንን ከፋፍሎ ሰብኣዊ መብቱን ረግጦ ለመግዛት በሚያመቸው መንገድ ይጓዝ ስለነበር ድርጅታችን ትህዴን ችግሩን ለመፍታት ኩሁሉም በኢትዮጵያ አንድነት ከሚያምኑ ድርጅቶች በመተባበር ህዝባዊ ስርአት ለመትከልና አንድነቷ የተጠበቀ ዴሞክራሲያዊት ኢትዮጵያ መገንባት የሚል አላማ አንግቦ የህወሓት-ኢህ አዴግ ስርዓትን በመቃወም ነፍጥ አንስቶ በትጥቅ ትግል መፋለም ከጀመረ 14 ዓመታት ሆኖታል።
በነዚህ 14 ዓምታት የትግል ጉዞ ድርጅታችን ትህዴን በማህበራዊ፣ ኢኮኖሚያዊ፣ ፖለቲካዊና ወታደራዊ መስክ ከፍተኛ ድሎችን እያስመዝገበ መጥቷል። ትግል ሲባል ቀላል እንዳልሆነ ካሳለፍነው የትግል ታሪክ እየተማርን መጥተናል። ድርጅታችን ትህዴንም በዚህ አጭር እድሜው ክፍተኛ ድሎችን ሲጎናጸፍ የተለያዩ መስናክሎችን በመሻገር ነው።
በቅርብ ጊዜ የተወሰኑ በትግሉ የቆዩና ግላዊ ጥቅማቸው የተነካባቸው ግለስቦች ትግሉን ባሻቸው መንገድ ሊጠመዝዙት ስላልቻሉና በአብዛኛው ታጋይ በመድረክ ተይዘው መፈናፈኛ ስላጡ ተስፋ ቆርጠው ከትግሉ ጎራ ሸሽተዋል።
የተከበርከው ሰፊው ህዝባችን እነዚህ ጥቂት ግለሰቦች ለግል ጥቅማቸው ያደሩ እንጂ ትህዴንን የሚወክሉ አይደሉም። የእነዚህ ስዎች ከትግሉ መክዳት ደግሞ ድርጅታችን ትህዴን የቆሸሸውን በመጥረግ ጥንካሬውን ከመቸውም ጊዜ በላይ ያጎለብተዋል እንጂ ትግሉን ለሰክንድም ቢሆን አያደናቅፈውም።
ትህዴን ይዞት የተነሳ ዓላማ የመላው የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ፍላጎት ስለሆነ ሊቅበለውም ውይም ላይቅበለውም የሚችለው ህዝብ እንጂ ግለሰቦች አይደሉም። ትግላችን ደግሞ በሃገራችን ያለውን ፀረህዝብ ስርዓት ከስልጣኑ ተወግዶ ህዝባችን የጀመረውን የትጥቅ ትግል ግቡን ሳይመታ ለአፍታም ቢሆን አይቆምም።
ስለሆነም መላው የኢትዮጵያ ስፊ ህዝብ ይህንን ተረድተህ እንደበፊቱ ሁሉ በልጆችህ እይተካሄደ ባለው ህዝባዊ ትግል ጎን እንድትሰለፍ መላው የትህዴን ታጋይ ጥሪውን ያቀርባል።
