የየትግራይ ሕዝብ ዲሞክራሲያዊ እንቅስቃሴ ሊቀመንበር መክዳት በትጥቅ ትግሉ ላይ ጥርጣሬዎች በድርጅቱ ውስጥ ድንጋጤን ፈጥሯል:
Minilik Salsawi (ምንሊክ ሳልሳዊ) – የትጥቅ ትግሉን ሂደት ከፍተኛ የሰነድ ምስጢሮችን በመያዝ እና አስቸኳይ ወረራ በወያኔ ላይ መጀመር አለበት የሚለው አቋማቸው ሻእቢያ ጥርስ ወስጥ እንደከተታቸው በደረሳቸው መረጃ መሰረት የትግራይ ሕዝብ ዲሞክራሲያዊ እንቅስቃሴ (ደምሕት)ሊቀመንበር አቶ(ታጋይ) ሞላ አስገዶም 600 ወታደሮቻቸውን ይዘው የሻእቢያን የድንበር ጠባቂዎች በመግደል ድንበር በሱዳን በኩል አድርገው ማምለጣቸው በድርጅቱ አባላት ዘንድ ከባድ ድንጋጤን ከመፍጠሩም በላይ በትጥቅ ትግሉ ላይ ያሉ ጥርጣሬዎች እንዲሰፉ እንዲሁም ጥያቄዎች እንዲያስከትሉ ማድረጉ ታውቋል::በቅርቡ ተመሰረተ የተባለውን እና በአስመራ ለ9 ጊዜ የተቋቋመው የተቃዋሚ አንጃዎች ሕብረት የሆነው የአገር አድን ንቅናቄ ምክትል ሊቀመንበር የሆኑት ሞላ አስገዶም ወታደሮቻቸውን ይዘው ከኤርትራ ወደ ሱዳን ሲወጡ እጅግ በርካታ የሆኑ የሻእቢያ ወታደሮችን በመግደል በከባድ ፈተና እንደነበር ታውቋል::
የቀድሞ የሕወሓት አባል እና በሻእቢያ የታሰሩ ኢትዮጵያውያን እንዲፈቱ ያላሰለሰ ጥረት ሲያደርጉ ነበር ተብሎ የሚነገርላቸው አቶ ሞላ አስገዶም በተለያየ ጊዜ ሻእቢያ የስም ማጥፋት ቢያደርግባቸውም ተቋቁመው በአስመራ መቆየታቸው የድርጅቱ ታማኝ ምንጮች ይናገራሉ::አቶ ሞላ አስገዶም የአገር አደን ንቅናቄ ተብሎ ለዘጠኛ ጊዜ በሕብረት የተመሰረተ ድርጅት ምክትል ሊቀመንበር እና መስራች መሆናቸውን ተከትሎ የፈረሙት ፊርማ ሳይደርቅ ኤርትራን ጥለው ወታደሮቻቸውን አስከትለው መውጣታቸው ጥያቄ ቢያስነሳም የአስመራ ምንጮች እንደሚሉት የንቅናቄው ስራ በተግባር እንዲተረጎም ሃሳብ ማቅረባቸው በሻእቢያ በኩል ጥርስ እንደተነከሰባቸው እና የሻእቢያ የደህንነት ሰዎች ያደረሷቸውን መረጃ ተከትለው መውጣታቸው ተገልጿል::
አቶ ሞላ አስገዶም ላለፉት ረዥም አመታት ምንም ሳይሰራ ውጧት ስላላመጣን አሁን የመሰረትነው የአገር አድን ንቅናቄ በተግባራዊ ስራ ላይ በመሰማራት በቂ የሆነ ዝግጅት እና የሰው ሃይል ስላለን ወያኔን በአፋጣኝ መውረር አለብን የሚል አቋም በመያዝ በንቅናቄው መስራች ስብሰባ ላይ መናገራቸው የቻእቢያን ሰዎች እንዳላስደሰተ የአስመራ ምንጮች ገልጸዋል::እውነት እና ንጋት እያደር ይጠራል ብለው ድንገት ሳይታሰብ የሻእቢያን ድንበር ጠባቂዎች በመግደል ከነወታደሮቻቸው ፀረ ኢትዮጵያ አቋም ያራምዳል ያሉትን ሻእቢያን ጥለው ወጥተዋል::በከፍተኛ አመራር ደረጃ አስመራን ጥለው ከወጡ ከአማራ ሃይል ሊቀመንበር ኮሎኔል አለበል ቀጥሎ አቶ ሞላ አስገዶም ሁለተኛው ናቸው:: #ምንሊክሳልሳዊ

1 he lost significant control once the alliance was formed
2 he was under pressure from Tigrean elites to protect their hegemony and this was known and he was under survielanc
3 as the diversity of the opposition force was expanding he felt his cliques power base was demonized . It is important to realize the opposition army is mostly from amara and Oromo
