Now think how excellent such meetings and conferences are to recruit agents for the CIA.
Think about who pays for the plane tickets of the Ethiopian participants, who pays for hotels, who pays for visits of museums and historical sites in the USA and also for visit of restaurants, night clubs, prostitutes, etc ?
