ህወሓት/ኢህአዴግ ተቋማዊ ባደረገው የዘውግ ፖለቲካ ምክንያት ህዝባችን ተከፋፍሎ ኢትዮጵያውያን በአገራቸው ውስጥ በተወሰኑ ክልሎች እንደ ባዕድ የሚታዩበት ሁኔታ ከተከሰተ ቆይቷል። ህወሓት/ኢህአዴግ ስልጣኑን ፍፁማዊ ለማድረግ ሃይማኖትን በመሳሪያነት ስለሚጠቀም በክርስቲያኖች ውስጥና በሙስሊሞች ውስጥም ወደ ግጭት የሚያመራ ክፍፍል ፈጥሯል። ከቅርብ ጊዜ ወዲህ ግን ስርዓቱን ለማቆየት የተገነባው የዘውግና የሃይማኖት ክፍፍል ስርዓቱን ለማስወገድ ወደሚጠቅም መሳሪያነት እየተቀየረ ነው፡፡

1.2 በአስተሳሰብ ላይ ጫና በሚያደርጉ ተቋሞች፡ በመገናኛ ብዙሃንና በሃይማኖታዊ አመራሮች፣
1.3 ብውጭ ጉዳይ
1.4 ከፍተኛ ያገሪቱን ሃብት በመቆጣጠርና በመዝረፍ በዘውግ ላይ የተመሰረተ ቡድናዊ የበላይነት ይዟል፡፡
እነዚህን ችግሮች ለማስወገድ ወሳኙ እርምጃ ህወሓት/ኢህአዴግ ከስልጣን አስወግዶ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ስርዓት መገንባት ነው፡፡
ይህን ኣላማ ለማሳካት በትግሉ የሚያጋጥሙ ችግሮችን መፍታት በጣም አስፈላጊ ነው፡፡ ከነዚህም ችግሮች ውስጥ በሚከተሉት ላይ ትኩረት ያስፈልጋል፡፡
በአገራችን ሊከሰቱ የሚችሉ አደጋዎች፡
1. ህወሓት/ኢህአዴግ በህዝብ ላይ ከፍተኛ ጭፍጨፋ ሊያካሂድ ይችላል፡፡ አባይ ፀሃየና ስዩም መስፍን በትግራይ ህዝብ ላይ ያነጣጠረ እነሱ “የዘር” የሚሉትና ከሆሎካውስትና ከሩዋንዳ እልቂት ጋር የሚያመሳስሉትና የእርስ በርስ ጦርነት አስከትሎ አገሪቷን የሚበታትን አደጋ እንደሚያሰጋ የሚገልፁት ማስፈራሪያ አለ፡፡
ይህ ማስፈራሪያ የእርስ በርስ ጦርነት ለመግታትና የኢትዮጵያ አንድነትን ለመጠበቅ እርምጃ የሚወስዱ አስመለስለው ተቃውሞ ያነሳባቸውን ህዝብ ለመጨፍጨፍ የሚጠቀሙበት የለመዱት ስልት ነው፡፡
አባይ ፀሃየና ስዩም መስፍን የትግራይን ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ መመስረት አላማቸው እንደሆነ በማኒፌስቶ ከገለፁት ጥቂት የህወሓት መስራቾች ውስጥ ስለሆኑ ለኢትዮጵያ አንድነት ተቆርቋሪዎች መስለው የመቅረብ የሞራል ብቃት የላቸውም፡፡ እንደዚሁም ሁለቱ ሰዎች የዘውግ ልዩነት ተቋማዊ እንዲሆን ካደረጉ በሁዋላ ሌሎች ኢትዮጵያውያንን በዘረኝነት መፈረጃቸው ከቅንነት የመነጨ ቅስቀሳ አይደለም፡፡
