By Meski Ab Fits : የኮንሶ ህዝብ ጥያቄ በጣም ቀላል ነው :: እነዚህ ወገኖች የጠየቁት ‘ጉዳያችንን ለማስፈፀም የዞን ከተማ ፍለጋ እንደ ማጅላን ከምንዞር በአቅራቢያችን ማዕከሉን ያደረገ የዞን መዋቅር ኖሮን ፖለቲካዊ ጉዳያችንን በቅርብ እያስጨረስን እንኑር’ ነበር ። ገታራው መንግስት በዚህ መስማማቱን በጄ ስላላለ ደግሞ ‘እሽ የልዩ ወረዳ መዋቅራችንን እንኳን ይዘን እንቀጥል’ ሲሉ ለድርድር የተመቸ ሃሳብ ይዘው መጡ :: ይህም አይሆንም ባይ ነው ጀግናው ኢህአዴግ ! ይህ ነው ከሃያ ዘለግ ያሉ ኮንሶዎች እንዲሞቱ በቂ ሰበብ የሆነው ::

ከወልቃይት እና የአዲስ አበባ ዙሪያ (የኦሮሚያ ) ጥያቄ አንፃር የኮንሶ ጥያቄ እጅግ ቀላል ነው :: ለምን ቢባል የኮንሶ ጥያቄ የሚያደናቅፈው ነገስታት እና ቤተ ዘመዶቻቸው የገተሩት ፎቅ የለም ፤ በኮንሶ “ዲሞቢላይዝድ” የሆነ ወታደር የሚንፈላሰስበት “ፕላንቴሽን” የለም ፣ በኮንሶ በደባልነት ገብቶ ባለቤት ሊያስወጣ የሚያምረው የመንግስት ቤተዘመድ ብዙ የለም ::
ነገሩን በአንፃራዊነት ለማሳየት እንጅ የእነ አጅሬ እግር ያልረገጠው ለምለም መሬት የለምና በኮንሶ የሉም ለማለት እንዳልሆነ ይሰመርበት :: ኢህአዴግ ለቤተ ዘመዶቹ እግራቸው የረገጠውን ሁሉ የሚያወርስ የዘመድ አዝማድ መንግስት መሆኑ ሳይረሳ ኮንሶዎች የጠየቁት ጥያቄ ቢያንስ ዛሬ ለቤተዘመዳዊው መንግስት የቅርምት ስስ ብልቱንየሚመታ አይደለም:: በቅርምት ቀልድ ለማያውቁ ገዥዎችም የኮንሶ ጥያቄ እንደ ኦሮምያና ወልቃይት እጅግም አስበርጋጊ አይደለም ::
ኮንሶዎች የጠየቁት ለስልጤ ህዝብ ከተደረገው ቢያንስ እንጅ አይበዛም ፤ ለቅማንት እና ለአርጎባ ህዝብ ከተደረገው ልዩ ነገር ኮንሶ አላነሳም። ምን ቆርጧችሁ ትንፋሻችሁ ተሰማ ካልተባለ በቀር ! ‘ያለ አግባብ የትራንስፖርት አናውጣ ጉዳይ ይዘን የዞን ከተማ ፍለጋ አንንከራተት’ ማለት የአዲስ አበባውን ዙፋናችሁን አስረክቡን ማለት አይደለም ::እንደምንም አድርጌ ባስበው የኮንሶ ህዝብ ዞኑ ቢቀር የልዩ ወረዳ መዋቅር ይኑረን የሚል ጥያቄ የሚያስገድል ሆኖ አልታይሽ አለኝ :: ነገሩ የኢህአዴግ መንግስት ከአረጁ አይበጁነት ያመጣው ካልሆነ ሌላ አይደለም ::

ወልቃይትንና የአዲስ አበባን ዙሪያ በአንድ ምድብ ለማስቀመጥ መሞከር ከግንዛቤ ማነስ የሚመጣ ነው፡፡ ወልቃይት ከተከዜ ምላሽ የጎንደር ተፈጥሯዊ አካል ሆኖ ለሺህ ዘመናት የኖረ ነው፡፡ ወልቃይት የአዲስ አበባን 100 እጥፍ የሚሆን ሲሆን በውሃ፣ በለም አፈር፣ በከብት እርባታ፣ በማዕድን፣ በዛፍና በመሳሰሉት በጣም ሀብታም የሆነ ነው፡፡ ጉዳዩ የተጀመረ በወያኔዎች ጦር ወረራ አማካኝነት ሲሆን ወያኔ በራሱ ነው በ1994 ዓ. ም ትግራይን ወንዝ አሻገርሁ በማለት ምን ጊዜም በተፈጥሮ የጎንደር አካል የሆነን ወልቃይትን በጉልበት ለግሉ በማድረግ በቅኝ ግዛት ስም ይዞ የሚገኝ፡፡
አዲስ አበባንና ሸዋን በአጠቃላይ በተመለከተ ግን ታሪኩ ከዚህ እጅግ የተለየ ነው፡፡ ከዛሬ 80 አመት በፊት ጣሊያን ኢትዮጲያ ወሮ በነበር ወቅት ወያኔ እንዳደረገው ሁሉ በክልል መልክ ሲከፋፍላት አዲስ አበባን ጨምሮ ሸዋ በሙሉ ለብቻው አንድ ግዛት ነበር፡፡ ከግራኝ በፊት፣ በግራኝ በቅትና ከዚያም በኋላ በዘመነ መሳፍንት ወቅት አዲስ አበባ ያለበትን ቦታ ጨምሮ ሸዋና ሌላው ምን ይመስል እንደነበር መረዳት ሁኔታውን በብዙ ነገሮች ከወልቃይት ልዩ የሚያደርገው ነው፡፡ አዲስ አበባ ከ130 አመታት በላይ ለሁሉም ኢትዮጲያዊ ዋና ከተማ ሆና የምታገለግል በባዶ ሜዳ
ላይ ግንባታ ጀምሮ ሁሉም ዜጋ በጋራ የሰራትና በጋራ የሚኖርባት የጋራ ከተማና ሀብት ነች፡፡ ረዘም ካለ ታሪክ በመነሳት ሁኔታውን ሲገመገም አዲስ አበባና ሸዋ በአጠቃላይ የሁሉም ኢትዮጲዊያን የጋራ ጉዳይ ነው፡፡
የወልቃይት ጉዳይ ግን የዛሬ ሀያ አመት በወያኔ ምክንያት የተጀመረ ሲሆን ጉዳዩም በአማራና በወያኔ ትግሬዎች መካከል ነው፡፡ ስለሆነም ከ130 አመታት በላይ እየገነቡትና እየኖሩበት የሀገርና የሁሉም ኢትዮጲያዊ ዋና ከተማ የሆነንና ከባዶ ሜዳ ላይ ተጀምሮ የተገነባን አዲስ አበባ ጉዳይ ትናንት በወያኔ ወረራ መልከ ከተያዘ የጎንደር ታሪካዊና ጥንታዊ ቦታ ጋር ማወዳደር መሞከር አለማወቅ እንጂ ሌላ አይደለምና ስለጉዳዩ ከመናገር በፊት እውነቱን ለማወቅ ሲባል ማሰብና ጥረት ማድረግ ይገባል፡፡
The writer indeed is unaware of many facts one of which is his belief that Woyane is an Ethiopian government.
Woyanes invaded Ethiopia by accident. They fought alongside Eritreans as mercenaries. They had renounced their Ethiopian citizenship as TPLF members. When the brutal Derg regime was on the verge of collapse as a result of internal as well as external factors, they found Ethiopia fit for occupation.
To disguise their colonial agenda, they hired mercenaries from among Ethiopian war prisoners whom they labelled OPDO etc. Even these hirelings like Aba Dula, Kuma, and the former EPRP turncoat, Bereket Simion are Tigres and Eritreans supposedly representing the countries two giants Amaras and Oromos, who are the main cofounders of our great nation.
Woyanes, plundered every major installation across the country from a generators (like the one from Gondar which was Italy’s war reparation for over 300,000 people it killed there), to munitions factories and moved them to Tigrai. In other words, these are invaders or colonialists. It is terrible blunder to ask justice from such an outfit.
God willing we will avenge the blood of our Konso brothers when the day of reckoning beckons soon.
