ተገደሉ ተብለው ሰሞኑን አስከሬናቸው ለቤተሰብ እየተመለሱ ያሉት ንጹሃን ዜጎች፣ ከኦሮሚያ፣ ከአማራና አዲስ አባባ ክልሎች ተቃውሞ አድርገዋል/ይመራሉ ተብለው ታፍሰው የተያዙ ወጣቶች ናቸው ብዬ አስባለሁ። ለምን? እነዚህ ተይዘው በምርመራ ላይ ሳሉ በከባድ ድብደባ ወይም በጥይት ተገድለው ቤተሰቦቻቸው የት እንዳሉ የማያውቋቸውን ወጣቶች በቂሊንጦ እስር ቤት ሆነ ተብሎ በተቀነባበረ ሴራ (የቃጠሎ ሰበብ) ስም ተሰጥቶት “በመረጋገጥና ሊያመልጡ ሲሉ ሞቱ” ተብሎ አስከሬናቸውን ለቤተሰብ ለማስረከብ ያደረጉት ሴራ ሊሆን ይችላል።
ለዚህ ምሳሌ መስጠት እችላለሁ። የከበደ ፈይሳ አስከሬን ጳጉሜ 2 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም ከአዲስ አበባ ፓሊስ ለቤተሰብ ተሰጥቷል። ለምን? ሬሳው ከሆስፒታል ነበር መሰጠት የነበረበት። ደበሳ ገለታ (ጊንጪ የተቀበረ)ና ደበሌ አበራ (ጀልዱ የተቀበረ) አስከሬኖቻቸው ሳይከፈትና ሰው እንዳያየው ተደርጉ በፖሊሶች ተቀባብሎ በመሄድ ነበር የተቀበሩት። አስከሬኖቹ በየኬላው ሰው እጅ እንዳይገቡ በመከላከያ ሰራዊት እየታጀቡ ቀበሌዎቻቸው ደርሶ እንዲቀበር መደረጉንም ቪኦኤ ዘግቦታል። ከአስከሬኖቻቸው ጋር የፎረንሲክ ምርመራ አልተሰጠም። ለምን?
ደበሌ አበራ ይማር የነበረው ውንጌት ነበር። ነሐሴ 6 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም በአዲስ አበባ በተደረገው ተቃውሞ ላይ ተይዞ ቤተሰቦቹ ሲፈልጉት አጠተውት ነበር – ከቪኦኤ እንደሰማነው። ይህ ልጅ በ22 ቀን ውስጥ ምርመራ ተጣርቶበትና ክስ ተመስርቶበት እንዴት ቂሊንጦ ለእስር ወረደ? በተራ ወንጀል እንኳን በዚህ አጭር ቀናት ውስጥ ምርመራ ተጣርቶ ክስ አይመሰረትበትም። ስለዚህ ይህ ልጅ የሞተው ቂሊንጦ ሳይሆን በምርመራ ላይ ነው ብለን ማመን እንችላለን።
በቂሊንጦ የተገደለ ሰው ሳይኖር ሌላ ቦታ በምርመራ ላይ የተገደሉትን (የበዙባቸውን) ንጹሃን ዜጎች በቂሊንጦ እሳት ሰበብ ሀፍረታቸውንና ከባድ ወንጀል ሸፍነው ለማምለጥ ሲባል የተደረገ ሴራ ነው ብዬ አምናለሁ። ሲጨንቅህ የሆነ ነገር የግድ ማድረግ አለብህ። ይህንንም አደረጉ፤ በቂሊንጦ እሳት ቃጠሎ አንሸወድ!
በእጃቸው ላይ ያሉና ክስ የተመሰረተባቸውን ሰዎች ለምን በቂሊንጦ ይገድላሉ?! ስለታሰሩ ምንም ምክንያት የለባቸውም።
ሌላኛው የድራማው ትዕይንት ደግሞ፤ ሞቱ የተባሉ 23 ሰዎችን ስም መግለጽ እየተቻለ በህይወት የሚገኙ ከ3000 ሺህ በላይ እስረኞችን ስም ከቀናቶች በኋላ ዘርዝሮ መጻፍ ነው። ቀላሉ የሞቱትን 23 ሰዎች መግለጽ ነበር። የህግ ሃላፊነቱም የሞቱትን መግለጽና ለቤተሰብ መስጠት ነው። ህጉ የማያስገድዳቸውና ከባዱን ለምን አደረጉ?!
አሁንም ህወሃት/ኢህአዴግ የሞቱትን ሰዎች ስም ዝርዝር በትክክል ካልገለጸ፤ በቂሊንጦ ቃጠሎ ስም ነገም እየገደሉ ሊያወጡልን ነው። ስለዚህ የሞቱትን በስማቸው፣ በአድራሻቸውና በምን ምክንያት እንደሞቱ በአፋጣኝ መግለጽ ይኖርባቸዋል። ሰውም ትኩረት መስጠት ያለበት በየፖሊስ ጣቢያና የት እንደሚገኙ ለማይታወቁ ሰዎች ነው። ከባዱ አደጋ ያለው በምርመራ ቦታ ስለሆነ ትኩረታችንን በዚግ ማድረግ ይኖርብናል። ሁሉም ማን መቼ እንደታሰረ በመከታተል ለሰመጉና ለሚመለከታቸው ማሳወቅ አለበት። ሁሉም እዚህ ላይ ነው መረባረብ ይኖርበታል። አለበዚያ ተቃውሞ ይመራሉ የሚሏቸውን ልጆች በዚህ መልኩ እየገድሉ ሊገልጹልን ይችላሉ።”
