ዉድ የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ሆይ
እኛ ኢትዮጰያዉያን በመከባበር፤ በፍቅር፤ በመቻቻልና በአንድነት ፍጹም የሚያኮራ ባህል መስርተን የምንኖር ህዝቦች ነን። እጅግ የሚያኮራ ታሪክ ያላት ሃገር ክቀደምት አያቶቻችን ተረክበንም በጨዋነት፤ በታጋሽነትና፤ በፍጹም ኢትዮጵያዊ ባህል ችግሮቻችንን እያፈታን እስካሁን ኖረናል።
ይህ በእንዲህ እንዳለ ለዘመናት በላያችን ላይ እየተማቹ ያሉ ችግሮች ከመብዛታቸዉ የተነሳ ህዝቡ ትዕግስቱ ተሟጦ ችግሮቹን ሊሸከማቸዉ የማይችልበት አሳሳቢ ደረጃ ደርሶ የሃገራችንና የህዝባችንን ህልዉና አደጋ ዉስጥ ከቷል። ህዝቡም ብሶቱን ለመግለዕ በሚያደርጋቸዉ ሂደቶች ዉስጥ እጅግ ልብን በሚሰብር ሁኔታ ክቡር የሰዉ ህይወት እየጠፋ ይገኛል። በዚህ አጋጣሚ በከፍተኛ መሰዕዋትነት ለሃገራችዉ ክቡር ህይወታቸዉን ለሰው ወገኖቻችን ያለንን ክብር እናረጋግጣለን። ለቤተሰቦቻቸው መጽናናትን እየተመኘን ዘወትር ከጎናቸዉ መቆማችንና ለከፈሉትና አሁንም እየከፈሉት ያለዉን መሰዕዋትነት ዘላለም የምንዘክረዉ መሆኑን እናረጋግጣለን።
የችግሩም አሳሳቢነት ጊዜ የማይሰጥ ከመሆኑ አኳያ ነገሮች ከቁጥጥር ዉጭ ወጥተዉ ያልታሰበና ለመመለስ የማይቻልበትና ህልዉናችንና ማንነታችንን የሚፈታተን አደጋ ዉስጥ ከመግባታችን በፊት ሁላችንም ሃላፊነት የሚሰማን፤ ሀገራችንና ህዝባችንን የምንወድ ዜጎች እጅ ለእጅ ተያይዘን ችግሩን በአፋጣኝ ልንታደገዉ ይገባል።
እየተከሰተ ባለዉ ሁኔታም ልቡ ያልተሰበረ፤ ህሊናዉ ያልቆሰለ፤ በየቤቱ እያለቀሰ፤ አምላክን እየተማጸነ፤ ሌት ተቀን ተስፋንና አፋጣኝ መፍትሄን እየተመኘ የማይገኝ ኢትዮጵያዊ የለም። ህዝቡም ከዳር እስከዳር የመፍትሄ ያለ እያለ እየጮኸ ይገኛል።
ለህዝቡም ጥሪ ምላሽ ለመስጠት እያንዳንዳችን ኢትዮጵያዉያን የሃገሬ ጉዳይ ያገባኛል በማለት እጅ ለእጅ ተያይዘን በቆራጥነት ከተነሳን ለችግሩ አፋጣኝ መፍትሄ መስጠት አያቅተንም። ከዚህ አኳያ የሃገራችንን ችግር ለመፍታት ያለመ መላዉን የኢትዮጰያ ህዝብ የሚያሳትፍና የህዝቡን ትግል ወደ አንድ መስመር እንዲሁም ግብ ሊመራ የሚያስችል ባለ ሶስት ደረጃ የመፍትሄ ህዝባዊ እንቅስቃሴ ተጀምሯል። የመፍትሄ ህዝባዊ እንቅስቃሴዉም የሚከተሉትን ሶስት ደረጃዎች ያካትታል፤
ደረጃ አንድ፡ ህዝባዊ ድጋፍ ማሰባሰብና ቅድም ዝግጅት ማጠናቀቅ
1. “ያገባኛል እኔ ለሃገሬ” በሚል መሪ መፈክር ዙርያ መላዉን ህዝብ ማሰባስብ
2. አዲስ አበባ ላይ ለሚዘጋጀዉ ህዝባዊ መፍትሄ አፈላላጊ ጉባኤ ቅድመ ዝግጅት ማጠናቀቅ
3. በመላዉ ኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ በያካባቢዉ እየተሰባሰበ በጉባኤዉ ላይ የሚውክሉትን ተወካዮች ይመርጣል። ችግሮቹና መፍትሄዎቹ ላይ በመወያየት በጉባኤዉ ላይ የሚያቀርባቸዉን አጀንዳዎች ይወስናል
4. በውጭ የሚኖሩ ኢትዮጵያዉያን ለጉባኤዉ የሚቻላቸዉን ድጋፍ እንዲሰጡ እንቅስቃሴ ይደረጋል፤ የማህበረሰቡ አጀንዳ ይቀረጻል፤ በጉባኤዉ ላይ የሚሳተፉ ተወካዮች ይመረጣሉ
ደረጃ ሁለት፡ ሁሉን አቀፍ ብሄራዊ መፍትሄ አፈላላጊ ጉባኤ ማከናወን
1. የጉባኤዉ ክፍል አንድ ዓላማ የሁሉን የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ጥያቄዎች ያካተተ ህዝባዊ ብሄራዊ አጀንዳ (ችግሮቹን ከመፍትሄዎቻቸዉ) መቅረጽ ይሆናል
2. በጉባኤዉ ክፍል ሁለት ከመንግስት ጋር ድርድር ይከናውናል
3. በድርድሩ ስምምነት ከተደረሰ የአፈጻጸምና የክትትል ተግባር ይከናወናል
4. በጉባኤው ስምምነት ካልተደረሰ ወይም በማናቸዉም ወገን ጉባኤዉ ከታገደ እና ችግሩን በሰለጠነ የጠረጴዛ ዙርያ የጋራ ውይይት መፍታት ካልተቻለ እያንዳንዱ ኢትዮጵያዊ በጉዳዩ ላይ ውሳኔ እንዲሰጥበት ይመራል
ደረጃ ሶስት፡ በመንግስት ላይ ብሄራዊ ህዝበ ውሳኔ ማሰጠት
ከላይ የተዘረዘሩት ጥረቶች ውጤት አለባ ከሆኑ የመላዉን የኢትዮጵያን ህዝብ ምርጫና ዉሳኔ ለማረጋገጥ ፍጹም ገለልተኛ በሆነዉ በተባበሩት መንግስታት የሚመራ ብሄራዊ ህዝበ ውሳኔ በሶስት ወራት ግዜ ዉስጥ እንዲደረግ ግፊትና ዝግጅት ይደረጋል። ድህረ ህዝበ ውሳኔም ስለሚኖረዉ ሂድት ዝግጅት ይደረጋል። ለዚህም ስኬታማነት በመላዉ ኢትዮጵያ የሚገኘዉ ህዝባችን “እኔ ለሃገሬ ያገባኛል” በሎ በነቂሰ ወጥቶ የነቃ ተሳትፎ እንዲያደርግ ይደረጋል።
ይህንንም የተቀደሰ እና ለሃገራችን ዘላቂ መፍትሄ የሚያመጣ የመፍትሄ ህዝባዊ እንቅስቃሴ የተሳካ ለማድረግ ሃገራችንና ህዝባችን የሚያንገበግበን ኢትዮጵያዉያን በጎ ፈቃደኞች መላዉን ህዝብ በማስተባበርና በማቀናጀት እንቀሰቃሴዉን ለማሳካት የሚያሰችል “ህዝባዊ ትብብር ለኢትዮጵያ” የሚባል ህዝባዊ የበጎ ፈቃደኞች ማስተባበርያ ማዕከል እያቋቋምን እንገኛለን። ማዕከሉም መላዉ የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብና ሌሎችም ጉዳዩ የሚመለከታቸዉ ድርጅቶችና ወገኖች የቀረበዉን የመፍትሄ ጥሪ በመደገፍ የጥረቱ ባለቤትና ተሳታፊ እንዲሆኑ ጥሪ ያቀርባል። በዚህም አጋጣሚ ይህ ህዝባዊ ጥሪ ከወጣብት የዛሬዋ እለት ጀምሮ
• “ያገባኛል እኔ ላገሬ” የሚለዉን መሪ መፈክር በማንገብ ህዝባዊ እንቀሰቃሴውን እንዲቀላቀል፤
• በማዕከሉና በሁሉም የሀገራችን ክፍሎች የተለያዩ ተግባሮችን ለማክናውን ለምናቀርበዉ በጎ ፈቃደኛ አገልጋዮች ጥሪ አፋጣኝ ምላሽ በመስጠት እንዲተባበረን በመላዉ ህዝባችን ስም ጥሪ እናቀርባለን። በተከታታይም ስለ እንቅስቃሴው ሂደት ለህዝብ ይፋ መረጃ እናቀርባለን።

ይህም ይሆን ዘንድ በየሀገሩ በሚገኙ የቻይና፣ እንግሊዝና አሜረካ ኢምባሲዎች ላይ በማተኮር ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ መውጣትና በመረጃ የተደገፉ የወያኔን በህዝብ ላይ ስቃይና መከራ የሚያሳዩ መረጃዎችን አየተከታተሉ በማጠናቀር ለኢምባሲዎች በእጃቸው መስጠት ይገባል፡፡ ይህም እነሱ ምላሽ እሰከሰጡና ሙሉ በሙሉ በነሱ ላይ የተንጠለጠለ ጨካኝና ዘራፊ ሀገር አፍራሽ ወያኔ ትግሬን አንድ እስከሚያደርጉት ድረስ መቀጠል አለበት፡፡

This proposal reminded me of a fable about a general meeting of rats to solve their eternal enemity with cats. The solution their meeting proposed was to tie a bell to the neck of cats, so that they would be alarmed by the ringing of bell when a cat approaches. But who would tie a bell to a cat’s neck in the first place?
