የስኳር ኮርፖሬሽን ከአገር ውስጥና ከውጭ 77 ቢሊዮን ብር ተበድሯል፡፡ አንድም ፋብሪካ ወደ ምርት ሳይገባ ከሚቀጥለው በጀት ዓመት

የአገሪቱ ሕገ መንግሥት አንቀጽ 12 የመንግሥት አሠራር ለሕዝብ ግልጽ በሆነ መንገድ መከናወን አለበት፣ ማንኛውም ኃላፊና የሕዝብ ተመራጭ ኃላፊነቱን ሲያጎድል ተጠያቂ ይሆናል፣ ሕዝብ በመረጠው ተወካይ ላይ እምነት ባጣ ጊዜ ከቦታው ማንሳት እንደሚችልና ዝርዝሩ በሕግ እንደሚወሰን ያስረዳል፡፡ ይህ ሕገ መንግሥት የአገሪቱ የበላይ ሕግ ነው፡
