ሃይለማሪያም ደሳለኝ ለአስቸኳይ ስብሰባ ፓርላማዉን ጠሩ
ከትላንትና ወዲያ በአማራው ክልል ህዝብ ላይ ምሀረት የሌለው እርምጃ እንዲወስድ “ትእዛዝ ሰጥቻለሁ” ያሉት አቶ ሃይለማሪያም በጥቅምት ፓርላማው ሲሰበሰብ አንዳንድ ለውጦችን እንደሚያቀርቡ መናገራቸው ይታወሳል።
ሆኖም እርሳቸው ያንን ባለ በሁለት ቀናት ዉስጥ አገሪቷ ወደ ከፍተኛ ቀዉስ ውስጥ ተሸጋገረች። ወደ ጎንደር እና ጎጃም የተሰማራው ከፍተኛ የወታደር ስምሪት በመቄት ወሎና እና ጋይንት ጎንደር መስመር ላይ በሕዝብ ታገደ። በደሴ አድርጎ፣ መርጦ ለማሪያም ከዚያ ግንደወይን ለማለፍ የታሰበው አልተቻለም። ወታደሮች በአይሮፕላን ወደ ባህር ዳር መዉሰድ ብችኛ አማራጭ ሆነ። እንደዚያም ሆኖ ግን የሕዝቡ ተቃዉሞ አልበረደም።
እንደዉም ከጥቂት ቀናት በኋላ በደሴና በኮምቦልቻም የሥራ ማቆም አድማ ተጠርቷል። እነ ገነት ዘዉዴ ወደ 5000 የብአዴን አባላት በደሴ የመምህራ ኮሌጅ ሰብሰበው ከ3500 በላይ ብአዴኖች ስብሰባው ረግጠው ወጥተዋል።
አክራሪ ህወሃቶችም እንደጠበቁት ስላልሄደላቸው ወደ ማፈግፈጉ ላይ ሳይሆኑ እንዳልቀረ ነው። ከትላንት ወዲያ የጦርነት አዋጅ ነጋሪት ሕወሃቶች ሲያሰሙ ፣ “በመከላከያ ወይም ፖሊስ ሃይል የሚፈታ ነገር የለም፤ ህዝቡን ማዳመጥ ያስፈለጋል” የሚሉትን አቶ ገዱ አንዳርጋቸው አስረው እንደነበረ አንዳንድ ዘገባዎች ወጥተው ነበር። ሆኖም ግን በአንድ ቀን ዉስጥ ታሪክ ተቀይሮ አቶ ገዱ ሽማግሌዎች እንዲያናገሩና ነገሮች ለማረጋጋት እንዲሞክሩ ለማድረግ የተሞከረበት ሁኔታ ነው ያለው። የአማራው ክልል የኮሚኒኬሽን ክልፍ ሃላፊው፣ አቶ ንግሱም፣ ለአሜሪካ ድምጽ፣ ብአዴን ህዝቡን ለማረጋጋት እየሞከረ እንደሆነ ነው የገለጹት። (አቶ ሃይለማሪያም እና ሕወሃት ያደፈረሱት ብአዴን ለማጥራት እየሞከረ ማለት ነው)
አቶ ሃይለማርያም ፓርላማዉን ለምን እንደጠሩ ማወቅ አይቻልን።ከአገዛዙ አባላት ቅርበት ያለው አፍቃሪ ሕወሃት ጦማሪ ዳንኤል ብርሃኔ ” a legislation to implement Oromia’s especial interest on Addis Ababa will be issued by by the parliament in October.” እንዳለው ግን በሕወሃቶች ዘንድ፣ የኦሮሞ ተቃዉሞ አስነስቷቸው ለነበሩ ጥያቄዎች ምላሽ በመስጠትና ኦሮሞዉን በማቀፍም በኦሮሚያ ያለውን እንቅስቃሴ ለዘለቄታ ለማርገብ አስበው ሊሆን እንደሚችል አንዳንድ ተንታኞች ይናገራሉ።

ቀላልና ግልፅ ምክንያቶች ወልቃይት ካለምንም ጥያቄ፣ መልስ ወይም መዘግየት ተመልሶ ሙሉ በሙሉ የጎንደር አካል መሆን እንዳለበት፡፡
1ኛ፡ የተከዜ ወንዝና ሸለቆ በጎንደርና ትግራይ መካከል ሆኖ ሁለቱን በተፈጥሮ በመለያየት አንዱ ከሌላው ዘንድ የቦታ ይዞታ እንደሌላቸው፣ የይገባኛል ጥያቄ ሊኖራቸው እንደማይችልና ኖሮም እንደማያውቅ ሰው ሰራሽ ያልሆነ ዋነኛና እውነተኛ ተፈጥሯዊ ምስክር ነው፡፡
2ኛ፡ የወልቃይትን ጉዳይ በተመለከተ የሚያገባው ጎንደር ሲሆን ህወሀት ለግል ጥቅሙ ይሆን ዘንድ በራሱ የፈጠረው ህገ መንግስት እንደሚለው ደግሞ የአማራ ህዝብ ነው፡፡ ይህም መሆን የነበረበት ገና ክልል ከመመስረቱ በፊት ሲሆን ማንም እንደሚያውቀው በጉልበት ስልጣን የያዘና በመሳሪያ ሀይል እያሸበረ ይገዛ የነበር ህወሀት የዚህ አይነት ጥያቄ እሱ በፍላጎት ሊያነሳ ቀርቶ ሊቀርብበት መሆኑን ገና እንደሰማ ጠያቂውን ከነምክንያቱ የሚያጠፋው፡፡ ይህም ነው በአማራ በተወሰዱ ቦታዎች ዙሪያ በአማራዎች ላይ ሲፈፀም የኖረ፡፡ ለምን አያችሁኝ እያለ ስንት ወንጀል በአማራ ህዝብ ላይ እንደፈፀመ በዚህ ተጠቂ የሆነው ህዝቡ የሚያውቀው ጉዳይ ነው፡፡ በማን አለብኝነትና በንቀት በራሱ መብትና ፍላጎት ነው ወንዝ ተሻግሮና ድንበር ጥሶ በመውረር ወልቃይትን የትግራይ አካል በማድረግ አሁን መብት አለኝ አያለን ያለ፡፡
አሁን ግን ሁኔታው በዚህ መልክ ሆኖ የሚቀጥል አይደለምና የአማራ ህዝብ የወልቃይትንና ሁሉንም በህወሀት የተወሰዱበትን ቦታዎች ጉዳይ በሙሉ በራሱ ሀላፊነት በመያዝ ላየ ይገኛል፡፡ ሆን ብሎ በማቀድ በንቀት፣ ድፍረትና ማን አለብኝነት ወንዝ ተሻግሮ በመምጣት ወልቃይትን በህገወጥ መንገድ ከትግራይ ጋር አደርጋለሁ እያለ ኗሪዎችን ከማጥፋት ጀምሮ በተለያየ ወንጀል ላይ ተሰማርቶ ለዘመናት የሚሰራ የትግራይ ክልል መንግስት ነኝ ባይም ይሁን ወይም ህወሀት የፈጠረው የአማራ ህዝብ ጠላት ብአዴን በፍፁም ስለወልቃይት መወሰን ቀርቶ መናገርም አይችሉም፡፡ በዚህ ጉዳይ ላይም ሆነ በሌላው ስለአማራ ህዝብና መሬት ሁለቱም አንድ አይነት አቋም እንዳላቸው ሳይታለም የተፈታ ሲሆን ጉዳዩ የአማራ ህዝብና የኢትዮጲያ ነው፡፡ ይህ ካልሆነ ደግሞ በአለም አቀፍ ደረጃ መታየት የሚገባው እንጂ በፍፁም በህወሀትና የትግራይ መንግስት የሚባሉ ጠላቶች ግን ስለማያገባቸው አይችሉም፡፡ እነሱ ይህን በተመለከተ ከባድ ወንጀለኞች እንጂ ወሳኔ ሰጪዎች በፍፁም ሊሆኑ አይችልም፡፡
3ኛ፡ ኗሪው በምርጫ ይወስን የሚሉት ደግሞ አስቂኝ የሆና ህወሀት ይህን በማቀድ አስቀድሞ ለዘመናት ሲሰራበት የኖረ ጉዳይ አላቸው፡፡ ወያኔ ለዘመናት ከሰራባቸው ጉዳዮችም ውስጥ ዋነኛው ተከዜን ተሻገሮ ከመጣ ከ1972 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ የአማራ ህዝብ የሆኑ የወልቃይት ጥንታዊ ኗሪዎችን ለማጥፋት ሲል ያላሰለሰ ጥረት ሲያደግና በተለያየ መልክ ከባድ የሆነ ወንጀል ሲፈፅም እንደኖረ ከአይን ምስክሮች ጀምሮ ብዙ ማረጋገጫ አለ፡፡ በአንድ በኩል ኗሪዎችን እያጠፋና እያባረረ በሌላ በኩል ደግሞ ከ500.000 በላይ የሚሆኑ መሬት የለሽ ትግሬዎችን ከደረቅና ደንጋያማ ትግራይ በማምጣት በለምና ሀብታም በሆነ ወልቃይ አስፍሯል፡፡ ይህ በግልፅ የሚታወቅና እንዳንድ የአለም እርዳታ ሰጪና ሌሎችም ድርጅቶች ጭምር እርዳታ ተለምነው በመስጠት ሁኔታውን ሳያወቁ በውሸት ተታለው የተሳተፉበት የወያኔ ሌላኛው ወንጀል ነው፡፡ በመሆኑም ህዝቡ ይወስን የሚሉት ለረጅም ዘመን ሲዘጋጁበት የኖረ ተንኮል በምንም ተአምር ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡
ሌላው ህዝቡ የማይወስንበት ምክንያት ደግሞ ጎንደርና ትግራይ የየራሳቸውን ግዛት ይዘው ለዘመናት እንደኖሩ እስከ አለም ድረስ የሚታወቅ ነው፡፡ ድንበራቸውም ተፈጥሯዎና ጥንታዊ የሆነ የተከዜ ወንዝና ሸለቆ ነው፡፡ በሸዋ፣ ሀረርኸ ባሌና በሌሎችም ቦታወች በተለይም ኦሮሞና ሶማሊን የሚያጋጩ የቦታ ይገባኛለ ጥያቄወች ግን ከዚህ የተለዩ ናቸው፡፡ ምክንያቱም ድሮ አንድ የነበር ሸዋ፡ ሀረር፣ ባሌና የመሳሰሉት በህወሀት አማካኘነት በክልል ሲቆራረስ ያለው አማራጪ አዲስና ከዚህ በፊት ታየቶ የማይታወቅ ድንበር መፍጠር ነው፡፡ ይህንም ለማድረግ ሌላ አማራጪ ስለሌለ ህዝቡ እንዲወስን ተደርጓል፡ ወደፊትም ይደረጋል፡፡ በትግራይና በጎንደር መካከለ ያለ ወሰን ግን ዘመናት ያስቆጠረና የቱ ከማንና ለምን እንደሆነ በወንዝና ሰፊ ሸለቆ ተወስኖ የሚታወቅ ስለሆነ በተፈጥሮ የተወሰነ ድንበር በህዝብ ሊወሰን አይችልም፤ ያውም ህወሀት ለዚህ በማሰብ ለአመታት ዝግጅት በማድረግ ኗሪወችን አጥፍቶና ከ500.000 በላይ የሚሆኑ ትግሬ ሰፋሪወችን በህገወጥ መንገድፍ በማምጣት በጉልበትበና በህገወጥ መንገድ በወረራ በያዘው ቦታ ላይ አስፍሯቸው ቀርቶ፡፡
ለማጠቃለል ያህል
ይሆናል ተብሎ የሚጠበቅ አይደለም እንጂ ህወሃትና የህወሀት ብአዴን በመስማማት ትግራይ ከተከዜ ማዶ መሻገር እንደማይችል አውቀው ይህን ከፈፀሙ እሰይ የሚያሰኝና ብዙ ወጪ፣ድካምና ጥፋት የሚቀንስ ነው፡፡ ዞሮ ዞሮ ግን ወልቃይት የጎንደር አካልነቱ በተፈጥሮ ተወስኖ ለማንም የሚታይ ስለሆነ ይህ መሆኑ የማይቀር ነው፡፡ ይህን ባለመቀበል የሚፈፀም ድርጊት ትርፉ የሚሆን ጉዳት ብቻ ነው፡፡
ይህ ሳይሆን ቀርቶ ግን ህወሀት ለራሱ ለማድረግ በሚያደርገው ጥረት የህወሀት ብአዴን ከአሁን በኋላ የአማራን ህዝብ እወክላለሁ አይልም እንጂ የሚል ከሆነ ግን እውነትም ራሱን የሸጠና ያጣ ነው ማለት ነው፡፡ የአማራ ህዝብ ይወክሉኛል በሚላቸው ብቻ ነው መወከል የሚችል እንጂ በማንም ራሱን ባጣና ለሆዱ በሚያድር ፈሪና ወራዳ ሁሉ አይደለም፡፡ ከተከዜ ማዶን ጎንደርን በተመለከተ የትግራይ መንግት ምላሽ መስጠት ይኖርብታል የሚሉት ጨዋታማ የሚያስቅ ብቻ ሳይሆን የሚያሳዝንና ምንም መንግስት በሀገር እንደሌለ እያመላከተ የሚያሳዝንና የሚያስፍርም ነው፡፡ ወልቃይትን በተመለከተ ከጅምሩ ጀምሮ ሁሉም ምን አይነት አቋም እንዳላቸውና ከዚያ ጊዜ ጀምሮ በወልቃይቴዎችና በአጠቃላይ በአማራ ህዝብ ላይ ስንት በደል እንዳደረሱና ወንጀል እንደፈፀሙ በግልፅ የሚታወቁና ራሳቸውም ስለአማራ ጠላትነታቸው ከጅምሩ ጀምሮ የሚሰብኩ ወያኔ ትግሬዎች እንዴት ገለልተኛና ትክክልኛ የሆነ ውሳኔ ሊሰጡ ይችላሉ ብሎ ማሰብ ይቻላል፡፡ ስልጣን የሚሉት የልጆች፡ የፈሪዎች፣ የደካሞችና የአድር ባዮች መሰብሰቢያ መጫወቻ እንጂ ትልክክልኛ ስራ መስሪያ አለመሆኑንም የሚያመለክት ነው፡፡
ስለሆነም በደረቋና ትንሽ የሆነች ዋጋ የሌላት ባድመ እንደሆነ ሁሉ ጉዳዩ በዝርዝርና በጥልቀት የፈፀሙት ጭፍጨፋና ዘር ማጥፋት ጭምር በመታየት በአለም አቀፍ ደረጃ መታየትና መወሰን ይገባዋል እንጂ በፍፀም ህወሃት ባለበት ሊሆን አይችልም፡፡ ከ 7 ቢሊዮን ዶላር በላይ ንብረትና ወደ መቶ ሺሆች ሊደርሰ ትንሽ የሚቀረው ህዝብ አስጨርሰው ነው ባድመ በነሱ ላይ የተፈረደባቸውና ለኤርትራ የተሰጠ፡፡ 7 ቢሊዮን በዚያን ጊዜ 30 ቢሊዮን ዛሬ ማለት ነው፡፡ የጊዜ ጉዳይ እንጂ እያንዳንዱ በህገወጥ መንገድና በጉልበት በወያኔ ትግሬ የተወሰደ የአማራ መሬት ሙሉ በሙሉ መመለሱ ግን የማይቀር ሀቅ ነው፡፡ የወልቃይት ጉዳይ ደግሞ ግልፅ የሆና ለማጣራትና እውነቱን ለማወቅ ጊዜ የማይጠይቅ ሲሆን ያለምንም ጥርጥር ከተፈጥሮው አካላቱ ከጎንደር ጋር መዋሀዱ አይቀርም፡፡ በእርግጥ አሁንም ሆነ ምን ጊዜም ወልቃይትና ጎንደር በተፈጥሮ አንደተያያዙ ናቸው፤ ህወሀት ወንዝ ተሻግሮና ሸለቆ አቋርጦ በመምጣት በጉልበትና በወረራ መልከ ይዞ ቅኝ አየገዛ ስለሚገኝ እንጂ፡፡
በመሆኑን ከእውነተኛውና ትክክለኛው ውጪ ስለሚሆን ማንኛውን አይነት የሀወሀት ማታለያ ራስን በመጠበቅ የአማራን ህዝብ በትክክለ መወከል የሚችሉ ብቃት ያላቸውን በመደራጀት እስከ ውጪ ሀገር ድረስ በቅርበትና በየቀኑ በመከታተል የያዙትን የአማራ ቦታዎች ጉዳይና ሁሉም ኢትዮጲያዊ በተለይም አማራ ከህልውናው ጋር ያዋሀደውን ለአለም ፍርድ ቤት በማቅረብ ምላሽ እንደሚያገኝ ምንም ጥርጥር የለውም፡፡ ይህም የሚሆን ከ1972 ዓ. ም ጀምሮ የህወሀትን ከቦታው ላይ አረመኔያዊና ዘግናኝ ድርጊቶች አንድ በአንድ በማሳየትና እሱን በወንጀለኛነት በማስቀጣት ነው፡፡ አሳ ጎርጓሪ ዘንዶ ያወጣል የሚያሰኝ ውሳኔም በዚህ መልክ በህወሀትና ጭፍን ደጋፊዎቹ ላይ አንደደሚበየንበት ሀቅ ነው፡፡ የባድመን ጉዳይ ረሱት ማለት ነው ወይስ በአለም ፊት ውርደትን መከናነብ ልማድ ሆኖባቸው ይህን በመፈለግ፡፡
ትግሬዎች ግልፅ ሊሆንላቸው የሚገባ ግን ከጎንደርና ከወሎ የአማራረንና ከአፋር ደግሞ የአፋርን መሬት በህገወጥ መንገድና በማን አለብኝነት በንቀት ከ1994 ጀምሮ የትግራይ አካል ለማድረግ ቢችሉም በአለም አቀፍም ሆነ በማንኛውም መስፈርት ግን የባለቤትነት መብት የላቸውም እና ባይወዱም ተገደው ሁሉንም የሚመልሱ መሆናቸውን በመረዳት በታላቋ ትግራይ ላይ ያላቸው ዘመናት ያስቆጠረ የውሸት ህልም ሙሉ በሙሉ ቅዠት እንደሆነ ማመን አለባቸው፡፡ ይህን በመገመት ግን ዛሬ ሌላ እርምጃ ከወሰዱ ነገ አነዚህን ወሳኝ ቦታዎች ተገደው ሲያጡ ምን ሊሆኑ ነው፡፡ ስለሆነም የማይገባቸውን የአማራና የአፋር ግዛቶችን በመመለስ እንደ ሁሉም ኢትዮጲያዊ ሆነው በኢትዮጲያ በሰላምና በመከባበር በጋራ መኖር የሚችሉበትን ዋጋ መስጠትና በተግባር መስራት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ልክ በባድመ እንደሆነባቸው ሁሉ ተሳስተው ግን ትግራይ የሚባል ሀገርን በአማራና በአፋር ቦታዎች ተማምነው ኖሮ የማያውቅን በዚህ በሰልጣናው ዘመን ለመፍጠር የሚያስቡ ከሆኑ ከባድ ችግር ራሳቸውን አየከተቱ መሆናቸውን ሊያውቁት ይገባል፡፡
ሌላው ደግሞ መታወቅ ያለበት ጉዳየ ሶማሊ ላንድ የእንግሊዝ ቅኝ የሆነችና በራሷ ግዛት በቅኝ ትተዳደር የነበረች ነች፡፡ ሰሜን ሶማሊያ ደግሞ በጣሊያን ስር ነበረች፡፡ ፑንት ላንድ ደግሞ ራሷን የማስተዳደር ገለልተኛ መብት ነበራት፡፡ ይህም ማለት በሊግ ኦፍ ኔሽን ዘመን የአህጉራት፣ የሀገራትና በየሀገራትም ውስጥ ካርታዎች በአለም ደረጃ እውቅና ሲያገኙ ሶስት ሶማሊያወች ነበሩ፡፡ ይሁንና ሶማሊ ላንድ ራሴን ሀገር ማድረግ አለብኝ በማለት ከ25 አመታት በላይ ራሷን እያስተዳደረች ቢሆንም በአለም ደረጃ ግን እውቅና አላገኘችም፡፡ በራሷ ለመተዳደር የቻለችም በወያኔ ትግሬ ምክንያት የባህር በር ያጣች ኢትዮጲያ ለወደብ በምትከፍላቸው የውጪ ምንዛሬ ነው፡፡ ታዲያ ሌሎች በቂ ምክንያተ እያላቸው ይህ ሁሉ ችግር እየገጠማቸው እያሉ እንዴት ሆኖ ነው ትግራይ በሀገር ደረጃ ለመታወቅ የምትችልና ከኢትዮጲያ ውጪስ በራሷ ለአንድም ቀን መኖር ትችላለች ወይ፡፡
ኤርትራ 9 ብሄረሰቦች ያሏትና በትግራይ ላይ ስር የሰደደ ጥላቻ ያላት እንጂ ኢሳያስ ሄዶ ማንም ይምጣ ለትግሬ ምንም አይነት ክብር የሌለው፣ ይቅርታ የማያደርግና አመኔታ የማይኖረው ነው የሚሆን፡፡ ስለሆነም ትግራይ እንደዚህና ትግራይ እንደዚያ እያሉ ምንም በሆነ ጉዳይ ሁሉንም ለመሆን አስመሳይ የሚያደርጋቸውን ባዶ ጉራ አቁመው ለመፍትሄ በመሆን ሰላም የሰፈነባት፣ አንድነት የጎለበተባት፣ መከባበር ያለባትና እድገት የሰፈነባትን ኢትዮጲያ መገንባት ይቻል ዘንድ ዋነኛ ተዋናኝ ሊሆኑ ይገባል፡፡ እስካሁን ድረስ ግን አነሱ ናቸው ይህ እንዳይሆን የራሳቸውን ህገ መንግስት አውጥተው በማፅደቅ በሀገ መንግስቱ መሰረት እያሉ በደልን እየሰሩብን የሚገኙ፡፡
