ሰሞኑን ሥርጭቱን በጀመረው “ቃና ቲቪ” ይዘት እና አሰራር ላይ ለመወያየት በደብዳቤ ባሳወቅናችሁ መሰረት ተወካያችሁን መላካችሁ ይታወቃል፡፡ የኪነ ጥበብ ሞያ ማኅበር ተወካዮቹ (የእናንተም ባሉበት) በተጠቀሰው ጉዳይ ለሁለት የተለያዩ ቀናት የጋራ ውይይት አካሂደው የጋራ የአቋም መግለጫ ማውጣታቸው ይታወቃል፡፡ ይህ የጋራ አቋም በፅሁፍና በንባብ ለሚዲያ ከመቅረቡ በፊት የእናንተ ሁለት ተወካዮችን ጨምሮ የሁሉም የሞያ ማኅበር ተወካዮች መስመር በመስመር በጥንቃቄ ተመልክተው ማሻሻያና ማረሚያ ካደረጉ በኋላ በጋራ ጋዜጣዊ መግለጫው የተሰጠ መሆኑ አይዘነጋም፡፡ መግለጫ ከመሰጠቱ አንድ ቀን ቀደም ብሎ (በ20/07/2008) የደራስያን ማኅበር ልሳን በሆነውና ዘወትር ማክሰኞ ምሽት በኤፍ ኤም አዲስ 97.1 በሚቀርበው ፕሮግራም ላይ የመግለጫውን ፍሬ ሃሳብ ለህዝብ በመግለፅ ሚዲያዎች እንዲገኙ መረጃ ስታደርሱ እንደነበርም ይታወቃል፡፡ ይህ ጥሬ ሀቅ ባለበት ሁኔታ ባለፈው ቅዳሜ ሚያዚያ 1 ቀን 2003 ዓ.ም በወጣው የአዲስ አድማስ ጋዜጣ ላይ የደራስያን ማኅበር ፕሬዝደንት ዶ/ር ሙሴ ያዕቆብ የሰጡት ከእውነት የራቀና የተዛባ መግለጫ እጅግ የሚያሳፍርና የሚያሳዝን ሆኖ አግኝተነዋል፡፡ የመላው የደራስያን ማኅበር አመራርና አባላት እምነት እንዳልሆነም እናምናለን፡፡ የእሳቸው ማኅበር ተወካይና ሌሎች የጥበብ ማኅበራት በጋራ ተወያይተው ያወጡትን መግለጫ በምን ምክንያትና መነሳሳት ለመካድ እንዳነሳሳቸው ለጊዜው ያወቅነው ነገር የለም፡፡ በሂደቱ ከመጀመሪያ እስከ መጨረሻ ሲሳተፍ የነበረውን የማኅበራቸውን ተወካይ፤ “መግለጫውን ለመከታተል የተገኘ ነው” በማለት ከደራሲያን ማኅበር ተወካይነት ወደ ሚዲያ ተወካይነት ለውጠው፣ ለጋዜጣው ለመግለፅ ለምን እንደተገደዱም አልተረዳንም፡፡ ከዚህም በላይ ማህበራቱ የቴሌቪዥን ጣቢያውን በሚመለከት እያቀረቡት ካለው አመክንዮና ለህዝብ ከገለፁት አቋም ፈፅሞ የራቀና የማናውቀውን ጉዳይ በመናገር አንባቢን ግራ ከማጋባታቸውም በላይ የማኅበራቱን ጥያቄ ያልተገባ ለማስመሰል መሞከራቸው ከምን በመነጨ አስተሳሰብና ዓላማ እንደሆነ ለጊዜው አልደረስንበትም፡፡ በእሳቸውና በመላው የጋዜጣዊ መግለጫው ተሳታፊ በነበሩ የሚዲያ አካላት እጅ በሚገኘው ባለ አምስት ገፁ የሞያ ማኅበራቱ የአቋም መግለጫ በየትኛው አንቀፅ ላይ ይሆን የሳንሱር ጉዳይ የተነሳው!?
የኢትዮጵያ ደራስያንን እወክላለሁ የሚል የማኅበር ፕሬዚደንት የተፃፈን ፅሑፍ አንብቦ መረዳት ተሳነው ቢባልስ ማን ያምን ይሆን!? የሆነስ ሆነና “እነ በዓሉ ግርማን የመሳሰሉ ፀሐፍት በሳንሱር ምክንያት የሕይወት መስዋዕትነት ከፍለዋል” ማለታቸውስ የደራስያን ጉዳይ ጉዳዬ ነው ብሎ የፕሬዚደንትነት ሥልጣን ከተቆናጠጠ ግለሰብ ይጠበቃል ወይ!? ሌላው ቢቀር የደራስያን ማኅበር የአመራር አባል በነበረው ደራሲ እንዳለጌታ ከበደ ጥልቅ ጥናትና ምርምር የታተሙትን “ማዕቀብ” እና “የበዓሉ ግርማ ሕይወትና ሥራዎች” የተሰኙ በብዙዎች የተነበቡ መፃሕፍትን ቢያነቡ ኖሮ በዓሉ ግርማን ጨምሮ በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ በሳንሱር ምክንያት የሕይወት መስዋዕትነት የከፈለ (የተገደለ) አንድም ደራሲ እንደሌለ በተረዱ ነበር፡፡
እንደሚታወቀው የኪነ ጥበብ ሞያ ማኅበራቱ በመግለጫቸው ያሉት ዋና ፍሬ ሀሳብ ዶ/ር ሙሴ በስህተት አልያም በችኮላ ተረድተው እንዳሉት ሳይሆን “ቃና” ቴሌቪዥን ለውጭ ሀገር ፕሮግራሞች የሰጠው (70%) ተገቢ አይደለም የሚል ነው፡፡ ይህ ሀሳብ የሳንሱር ሳይሆን በሀገር ውስጥ፣ በሀገር አቅም በሚሰሩ ፊልሞች ላይ ጫና ፈጥሮ ፍትሀዊ ተወዳዳሪነት እንዳይኖር በማድረግ፣ ዳዴ በማለት ላይ ያለውንና የብዙ ዓይነት ጥበቦችና ባለሙያዎች ውህደት ውጤት የሆነውን የኢትዮጵያ ሲኒማ አቀጭጮ ያጠፋል፣ አዲስ ለሚከፈቱ ጣቢያዎች በቀላሉና በውስን ሰዎች ሳይለፉ ገንዘብ እንደሚሰራ በማሳየት በመስኩ የተሰማሩ የኢትዮጵያ ዜጎች በሀገራቸው ስለ ሀገራቸው ጉዳይ የሚተርክ ፊልም በመስራት እንዳይጠቀሙና ሞያውን እንዳያሳድጉ እንቅፋት ይሆናል፣ ህዝብን የሚያረካ ሥራን የሰሩና ይሁንታን በማግኘት የተደነቁ ባለሙያዎችም ዝናቸውን በመጠቀም የደሀ ህዝባቸውን ችግር ለመቅረፍ በሚደረጉ የማኅበራዊ አገልግሎቶች ላይ የሚያደርጉትን በጎ እንቅስቃሴና ቅስቀሳ ተፅዕኖ አልባ በማድረግ ያዳፍነዋል የሚል ነው፡፡ በእግረ መንገድም ፊልሞቹ በአብዛኛው ከምዕራባውያን የሚመጡ እንደመሆናቸውና የሚተላለፈው ለቤተሰብ ቅርብ በሆነው የቴሌቪዥን ሚዲያ በኩል ከመሆኑ አንፃር አጉል ባህል በቀላሉ ታዳጊ ህፃናትና ልጆች ላይ እንዳይሰርፅ ሥጋታችንን የገለፅንበት ነው፡፡
የኪነ ጥበብ ሞያ ማኅበራቱ በጋራ ባካሄዱት ውይይት ዶ/ር ሙሴ የእሳቸውን ማኅበር በመወከል በተገኘው ግለሰብ እምነት ከሌላቸው፣ ከቢሮአቸው በአራት እርምጃ ከሚርቀው የጋራ ማኅበራቱ መሰብሰቢያ ቢሮ በመምጣት ጉዳዩን ማጣራት ይችሉ ነበር፡፡ አልያም በአሁን ሰዓት የደራስያን አመራር አባል የሆኑት የሥራ ባልደረባቸው በዚሁ ጋዜጣ ሚያዝያ 26 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም የፃፉትን ጥልቅና ለብዙዎች ስለ ጉዳዩ የበለጠ ግንዛቤ ያስጨበጠ ፅሑፍ ቢቻል አንብበው ካልሆነም ካነበበ ሰምተው አስተያየታቸውን ቢሰጡ ኖሮ ትዝብት ላይ የሚጥል ስህተት ባልሰሩ፣ መልካም ሥም የነበረውን ማኅበራቸውንም ባላቀለሉ ነበር እንላለን፡፡
