አዲሱ “ቃና” ቴሌቭዥን የአርቲስቶችን መንደር አናወጠ
የኢትዮጵያ ፊልም ሰሪዎች፣ የቲያትር ባለሙያዎች ፣ የሙዚቀኞችና የሰአሊያን ማህበራት እንዲሁም አላቲኖስ የፊልም ሰሪዎች ማህበር ሰሞኑን በጋራ በሰጡት መግለጫ፤ አዲሱ የ“ቃና” ቴሌቪዥን የፕሮግራም ይዘት የአገሪቱን የሲኒማ ጥበብ አደጋ ላይ የሚጥል በመሆኑ ይዘቱን ሊያስተካክል ይገባል አሉ፡፡ “ቃና” ቴሌቪዥን በበኩሉ፤ የአገሪቱን የፊልም ኢንዱስትሪ ለማሳደግ እተጋለሁ ብሏል፡፡
“ቃና” 70 በመቶ የውጭ ሀገር ፊልሞችን፣ 30 በመቶ የአገር ውስጥ ፕሮግራሞችን ሊያቀርብ መዘጋጀቱን የጠቆሙት ማህበራቱ፤ የይዘት ምጣኔው የኢትዮጵያን ነባራዊ ሁኔታ ያላገነዘበና የባህል ወረራን የሚያስፋፋ ነው ሲሉ ነቅፈዋል፡፡ የአደጋው ምንጭ በዋናነት የውጭ ሀገር ፊልሞችን ተርጉሞ በዳቢንግ (ድምጽ በመቅዳትና አስመስሎ በመለጠፍ) ማቅረቡ ነው ብለዋል፡፡
በቴሌቪዥን ጣቢያው የሚቀርቡት የውጭ ሀገር ፊልሞች ንግድ ተኮር በመሆናቸው ምንም አይነት ትምህርታዊና ሞራላዊ ይዘት የላቸውም ያሉት ማህበራቱ፤ የባህል ወረራን በማስፋፋት ትውልድን ከማጥፋታቸው በፊት መንግስት ህጋዊ እርምጃ እንዲወስድ ጠይቀዋል፡፡
ጣቢያው አጭር እድሜ ያለውን የተከታታይ ድራማ ታሪካችንን በማቀጨጭ የፊልም ኢንዱስትሪውን ዕድገት የሚያሰናክል በመሆኑ ፕሮግራሙን በድጋሚ ሊከልስ ይገባዋል ብለዋል፤ ማህበራቱ፡፡
ባለፈው ዓመት “ዳና” የቴሌቪዥን ድራማ 8 ሚሊዬን ብር ገቢ ለመንግስት ማስገኘቱን የጠቀሱት ማህበራቱ፤ “ቃና” በዚህ ይዘቱ የሚቀጥል ከሆነ ግን ትውልድ ከማጥፋቱ በተጨማሪ መንግስት ማግኘት የሚገባውን ጥቅም ያሳጣዋል ብለዋል፡፡
ባለፈው ረቡዕ በብሄራዊ ቲያትር በሰጡት በመግለጫ ላይ የቴሌቪዥን ጣቢያውን የሥራ ሐላፊዎች ለምን እንዳልጋበዙ የተጠየቁት ማህበራቱ፤ የተቻላቸውን ያህል ጥረት ቢያደርጉም ሊያገኙአቸው እንዳልቻሉ ተናግረዋል፡፡ የ“ቃና” ቴሌቪዥን የህዝብ ግንኙነት ሃላፊ አቶ ኃይሉ ተክለሃይማኖት በበኩላቸው፤ ጣቢያው በመግለጫው ላይ አለመጋበዙን ገልፀው፤ በይዘቱ ዙሪያም ቀርቦ ሊያናግራቸው የሞከረ ማህበርም ሆነ ግለሰብ አለመኖሩን ተናግረዋል፡፡ በፕሮግራሙ ይዘት ላይ ችግር አለ ብሎ የሚያምን አካል በማንኛውም ጊዜ ሊያነጋግራቸው እንደሚችልም ገልፀዋል – ሃላፊው፡፡
ባለፉት 50 ዓመታት የቴሌቭዥን ታሪክ በተለያዩ አገራት በራሳቸው ቋንቋ ተተርጉመው ባህልና እሴቶችን ሳይጋፉ የቀረቡና እየቀረቡ ያሉ የመዝናኛ ስራዎች፣ በየአገሩ ያሉትን የፊልምና የቴሌቪዥን ኢንዱስትሪ አሁን ላለበት ደረጃ አድርሰውታልም ሲሉ አስረድተዋል፡፡ ጣቢያው ከመቋቋሙ በፊት በአገሪቱ ያደረገው ጥናት እንደሚያሳየው፤ የቴሌቪዥን ፕሮግራሞችን ከሚመለከቱ ኢትዮጵያውያን ግማሽ ያህሉ የሚያዩት የውጭ አገር ይዘት ያላቸውንና በሌላ ቋንቋ የተሰሩትን ሲሆን የሚያዩትም እንዲሁ እንደወረዱ መሆኑን የጠቆሙት አቶ ኃይሉ፤ አሁን ጣቢያው ለእይታ የሚያበቃቸው ፊልሞች ግን የተመረጡና ለማህበረሰቡ ትርጉም ሊሰጡ የሚችሉት ብቻ ናቸው፡፡
ፊልሞቹ በቀጥታ የተተረጐሙ ሳይሆኑ በእኛ ሀገር ባህል፣ አባባልና አስተሳሰብ የተቃኙ እንደሆኑም ጠቁመው፤ ያልተገቡ የተባሉ የፊልሙ ክፍሎችም ተቆርጠው እንደሚወጡ ኃላፊው ተናግረዋል፡፡
ጣቢያው በቲያትር ጥበባት የተመረቁ ከ100 በላይ ኢትዮጵያውያንን በፀሐፊነት፣ በዳይሬክቲንግ፣ በድምጽና በቪዲዮ ኤዲቲንግ ቀጥሮ እያሰራ መሆኑን የጠቆሙት አቶ ኃይሉ፤ በቀጣይም የእራሱን አገራዊ ስራዎች ለመስራት በእንቅስቃሴ ላይ ነው ብለዋል። ለ“ቃና” ፕሮግራሞቹን የሚያቀርበው “ቢ. ሚዲያ” የተባለው ኢትዮጵያዊ ድርጅትም ፕሮግራሙን በዶላር በመሸጥ፣ የውጪ ምንዛሪ ወደ አገር ውስጥ እንደሚያስገባም የጣቢያው የህዝብ ግንኙነት ኃላፊ አክለው ገልፀዋል፡፡
ደራሲያንና የፊልም ምሁራን በጉዳዩ ዙሪያ ያላቸውን አስተያየት ለማወቅ አዲስ አድማስ ሁለት አንጋፋ ባለሙያዎችን አነጋግሯል፡፡ የጣቢያው ይዘት ለኢትዮጵያዊው ተመልካች ያን ያህል ይጠቅማል ብዬ አላምንም፤ ጉዳቱ ግን ከፍተኛ ነው ያለው ደራሲ ኃይሉ ፀጋዬ፤ የፕሮግራሙ ይዘት የአገር ውስጥ 30፣ የውጪው 70 እጅ መሆኑ ለአገር ውስጥ እጅግ ዝቅተኛ ትኩረት መሰጠቱን ያሳያል፤ ይሄ ደግሞ እየተንገዳገደ ያለውን የፊልም ኢንዱስትሪ ያቀጭጨዋል ብሏል፡፡
የጣቢያው የፕሮግራም ይዘት ከፍተኛ የባህል ወረራን ከማስፋፋቱም በላይ ለጥቂት ሰዎች የስራ እድል በመፍጠር በመስኩ የተሰማሩ ከ10 ሺህ በላይ ሰዎችን ስራ እንደሚያሳጣም ደራሲው ገልጿል፡፡

በሳተላይት የሚሰራጩ የቴሌቪዥን ጣቢያዎችን በተመለከተ የኢትዮጵያ ብሮድካስቲንግ ባለስልጣን ተጠይቆ በሰጠው ምላሽ፤ “በሳተላይት ለሚሰራጩ የቴሌቪዥን ጣቢያዎች ፍቃድ አልሰጥም፤ እነዚህ ጣቢያዎች ከውጪ አገራት ፍቃድ አውጥተው የሚንቀሳቀሱ በመሆናቸው ከባለስልጣኑ እውቅና ውጪ ናቸው” ብሏል፡፡ ሆኖም ጣቢያዎቹ በኢትዮጵያ የሚያዘጋጁአቸው ፕሮግራሞች ሲኖሩ ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ የብቃት ማረጋገጫን እንደሚሰጥ ለማወቅ ተችሏል፡፡ የሳተላይት ቴሌቪዥን ጣቢያዎችን የፕሮግራሞች ይዘት የሚቆጣጠርበት አሰራር ግን እንደሌለው ለአዲስ አድማስ ተናግሯል፡፡
