በዚህ ጉዳት ከ 30 ሚሊዮን በላይ ግምት ያለው የወረዳው ሀብት የወደመ ሲሆን የቃጠሎው መንስኤ በትክክል የታወቀ ባይሆንም ከአስተዳደሩ ሰራተኞች የሆኑት የብአዴን አባላት የዘረፉትን የህዝብ ሀብት ዘረፋ ጋር በተያያዘ መረጃ ለማጥፋት ሆን ተብሎ የተቀነባበረ ሴራ እንደሆነ ህብረተሰቡ በይፋ በናገር ላይ ነው፡፡ቃጠሎው ወደ ሌሎች አካባቢዎች እንዳይዛመት የአካባቢው ህ/ሰብ ለማጥፋት ጥረት እያደረገ ይገኛል፡፡
