በ50 ሺሕ ብር ዋስ ይፈቱ የተባሉት መምህር ግርማ ይግባኝ ተጠየቀባቸው
የእሳቸው ተከታይና የሚሏቸውን ነገር ሁሉ ያደርጉ የነበሩን ግለሰብ ቤት በማሸጥና ገንዘቡንም እንዲፀለይበት በማለት ወስደዋል ተብለው ተጠርጥረው የታሰሩት መምህር ግርማ ወንድሙ፣ በ50,000 ብር ዋስ እንዲለቀቁ ፍርድ ቤት በሰጠው ትዕዛዝ ላይ ፖሊስ ይግባኝ ማለቱ ታወቀ፡፡
የፌዴራል የመጀመርያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት አራዳ ምድብ ወንጀል ችሎት ለመምህር ግርማ የፈቀደውን የ50,000 ብር ዋስትና የተቃወመው ፖሊስ፣ ቅሬታውን ለፌዴራል ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት አራዳ ምድብ ወንጀል ችሎት አቅርቧል፡፡ ፖሊስ ባቀረበው መከራከሪያ ነጥብ ላይ ብይን ለመስጠት ፍርድ ቤቱ ለኅዳር 13 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. ተለዋጭ ቀጠሮ ሰጥቷል፡፡
ተጠርጣሪው ሐሰተኛ ሰነድ መጠቀማቸውን ገልጾ ፖሊስ ባቀረበው ክስ ምክንያት መምህር ግርማ ኅዳር 3 ቀን 2008 ዓ.ም. ፍርድ ቤት ቀርበው የነበረ ሲሆን፣ እሳቸው ከቤተክህነት እንደተሰጣቸው የገለጹት ሰነድ በፎረንሲክ ተመርምሮ ሐሰተኛ መሆኑን እንዳረጋገጠ ፖሊስ ለፍርድ ቤቱ አስረድቷል፡፡ ሌላ ተጨማሪ የሚመረመር ሰነድ እንዳለውና ተጨማሪ ሰነድ ሰጥተዋል የተባሉት የቤተ ክርስቲያን አባት በአገር ውስጥ አለመኖራቸውን በማስታወቅ፣ ተጨማሪ 14 ቀናት እንዲሰጠው ጠይቋል፡፡
የመምህር ግርማ ጠበቆች ፖሊስ ያቀረበውን ማመልከቻና ተጨማሪ ቀናት በመቃወም፣ ደንበኛቸው በዋስ ተለቀው ጉዳያቸውን በውጭ ሆነው እንዲከታተሉ ጠይቀዋል፡፡ ፍርድ ቤቱ የጠበቆቹን ማመልከቻ በማለፍ የሰባት ቀናት ተጨማሪ ጊዜ ለፖሊስ ፈቅዷል፡፡
This is a tragedy of Weyane. The accusers are Police and The Orthodox Church Patriarch Abune Matias who is loyal to Weyane. They are playing Akeldama type of tragedy that was also played earlier on the Ethiopian Muslim leaders those who are in jail by fabricated lies of Weyane gangs.If the Orthodox Church leaders truly served God, it was their obligation to defend God blessed father Girma but they stand against him cooperating with satan and Weyane gangs. Our almighty God is looking their evil work. According to the Bible, as tsaphoch and Ferisawyan accused by fabricated lies our lord Jesus Christ that story is now repeated by these Orthodox leaders. Weyane is a communist and is against religion that is why the peaceful Christians and Muslim Ethiopians attacked systematically in creating false charges. Unless we Ethiopians eradicate the communist junta soon, we will never live peacefully.Even we can’t exercise justice, freedom, our God given rights of religion, and rights of electing our leaders freely.
