ኦባማ “የዕረፍት ጊዜ ለማሳለፍ” ወደ ኢትዮጵያ ይጓዛሉ

ዳግም የመመረጥ ጭንቀት በማይኖርበት በሁለተኛው የአስተዳደር ዘመን ከዚህ በፊት በተደጋጋሚ እንደታየው የአሜሪካ ፕሬዚዳንቶች አፍሪካን ለዕረፍት ይጎበኛሉ፤ ይዝናናሉ፡፡ የዱር እንስሳትን ያያሉ፤ “የአገራቸውን ባህል ልብስ” ከለበሱ የአፍሪካ ሹመኞች ጋር ጥሩ ፎቶዎችን ይነሳሉ፤ የሥልጣን ዘመናቸው ካለቀ በኋላ ለሚመሠርቱት ቤተመጻህፍት ማስዋቢያ የሚሆን ለየት ያሉ ፎቶዎችን ይሰበስባሉ፡፡
መጪው ወር (July) መገባደጃ አካባቢ የአሜሪካው ፕሬዚዳንት ባራክ ኦባማ ለአራተኛ ጊዜ አፍሪካን እንደሚጎበኙ ቤተመንግሥታቸው አስታውቋል፡፡ የአፍሪካ ኅብረት ስብሰባ በሚካሄድባት አዲስ አበባ ላይ በመገኘት ንግግር ያደርጋሉ ተብሎ ይጠበቃል፡፡
የአባታቸው አገር ነው የሚባለውን ኬኒያ ለመጎብኘት አስቀድመው ዕቅድ የያዙት ኦባማ ወደ ኢትዮጵያ የመምጣታቸው ጉዳይ አርብ ይፋ መደረጉ አስቀድሞ የታሰበ ሳይሆን እግረመንገድ የተወሰነ ጉዳይ እንደሆነ አስተያየት ተሰጥቶበታል፡፡ በአዲስ አበባው ቆይታቸው ከኢህአዴግ ሹመኞችና ከሌሎች የአፍሪካ መሪዎች ጋር ይገናኛሉ፤ በንግድ ዙሪያም ይመክራሉ ተብሎ ይጠበቃል፡፡
አስቀድሞ ወደ ኬኒያ ሊያደርጉ የወሰኑትን ጉብኝት የተቃወሙት የሰብዓዊ መብት ተከራካሪዎች አሁን ደግሞ ኢትዮጵያ በመጨመሯ ተቃውሟቸውን የበለጠ እንዲሰማ እያደረጉ ነው፡፡ ከዓመታት በፊት በኬኒያ ምርጫን ተከትሎ በተነሳው የዘር ዕልቂት እጃቸው አለበት ተብለው የተጠረጠሩት የኬኒያው ፕሬዚዳንት ዑሁሩ ኬኒያታ ጉዳይ መጨረሻው ሳይታወቅ ኦባማ ኬኒያን አይጎበኙም ሲባል መቆየቱ ይታወሳል፡፡ ሆኖም ዓለምአቀፉ የወንጀለኞች ፍርድቤት በቂ ማስረጃ በማጣቱና ኬኒያም ለመተባበር ፈቃደኛ ባለመሆኗ ክሱን ለጊዜው እንዲቆም አድርጎታል፡፡ ውሳኔውን የሚቃወሙት የሰብዓዊ መብት ተሟጋቾች አሁን ደግሞ ከምርጫ ጋር በተያያዘ በርካታ ወንጀሎች በተፈጸመባት ኢትዮጵያ ኦባማ ጉብኝት ሊያደርጉ መወሰናቸውን ፕሬዚዳንቱ የሚያወሩትና የሚያደርጉት ፍጹም የማይገናኝ መሆኑን እንደምታዊ አስተያየታቸውን በመስጠት ተቃውመውታል፡፡ በዴሞክራሲያዊ ምርጫ ሥልጣን የሚይዝ የአሜሪካ ፕሬዚዳንት በሥልጣን ላይ እያለ ተቃዋሚዎቹን ሁሉ በምርጫ ዝረራ (መቶ በመቶ) አሸንፌአለሁ ከሚል አገዛዝ ጋር እንዴት እጅ ይጨባበጣሉ፤ እንዴትስ ለስብሰባ አብረው ይቀመጣሉ ከሚለው አስተያየት አኳያ የኦባማ ጉብኝት ካሁኑ በርካታ ተቃውሞዎች ገጥመውታል፡፡
አዣንስ ፍራንስ ፕሬስ ከሮበርት ኬኔዲ የፍትሕና የሰብዓዊ መብቶች ማዕከል ያነጋገራቸው ጄፍሪ ስሚዝ ሲናገሩ “በዚህ ሳምንት ብቻ ሦስት የተቃዋሚ ፓርቲ አመራሮች በተገደሉባት ኢትዮጵያ ፕሬዚዳንት ኦባማ ጉብኝት እንዲያደርጉ መወሰኑ በጣም የሚረብሽ ነው” ብለዋል፡፡ ሲቀጥሉም “እንዲያውም ይህ ጉብኝት አሜሪካ የአፍሪካ አምባገነኖች ረዳት ነች ተብሎ የተሰጣትን ምሳሌነት ያጠናክረዋል” በማለት ለኤኤፍፒ ተናገረዋል፡፡
አገራቸውን ለ18 ትሪሊዮን ዶላር ዕዳ የዳረጉ ናቸው ተብለው በበርካታ አሜሪካውያን ዘንድ በምሬት የሚነሱት ኦባማ በምርጫ ዘመቻቸው ወቅት የገቡትን ቃል ሳይፈጽሙ መቅረታቸው መራጮቻቸው ያዘኑበት ጉዳይ ነው፡፡ አሜሪካውያን አሁንም ሥራ አጥነት ጎድቷቸዋል፤ አሁንም ኑሯቸው ከዕለት ወደ ዕለት እየወረደ መጥቷል፤ አገሪቱ የተሸከመችው ዕዳ ሊያስከትል የሚችለው ማኅበራዊና ሌሎች ቀውሶች ከግምት በላይ ሆኗል፡፡ በዚህ ዓይነት በምርጫ ዘመቻ ወቅት የገቡትን ቃል ያልፈጸሙ መሪ የአፍሪካ መሪዎችን በንግድ ጉዳይ ላይ ምን ብለው ነው የሚያማክሩት በማለት የኦባማን የኢኮኖሚ ፖሊሲ የሚቃወሙ ይጠይቃሉ፡፡ ወይስ አሜሪካንን እንዴት በዕዳ እንደነከሯት በማስተማር አፍሪካውያንም እንዴት የአሜሪካንን ፈለግ እንደሚከተሉ ነው የሚመክሯቸው በማለት ከፌዝ ጋር የተቀላቀለ አስተያየታቸውን የሚሰጡ ጥቂቶች አይደሉም፡፡ (በአሁኑ ወቅት በአንዳንዶች ግምት የኢትዮጵያ የውጭ ዕዳ ከ15 ቢሊዮን ዶላር በላይ ነው)

The notion that Obama doesn’t care about African lives and woyane is benefiting from his visit is absurd.You have to start taking a look at the big picture. You don’t need to narrow every thing down to your country of birth. The world doesn’t revolve around us alone.
