This is an engineered crisis for some hidden agendas.
This artificial drought was likely engineered by USA from it’s bases in Djibouti and nearby regions in cooperation with the TPLF with the intention to make the so-called climate change conference in Paris in December this year a success. The behaviour of TPLF (crying for help just because the rain was late for few days, instead of tackling the “problem” with own resources) tells us that it is cooperating with the evil Americans.
By the way the whole world knows about weather manipulation.
For example the Russians manipulated the weather this 9th May 2015 in Moscow in order to celebrate the 70th anniversary of their victory against Hitler under a cloud-free sky.

USA has the darkest history of all nations.
And it has a long history of FALSE FLAG operations. That means it engineers or creates crises to benefit from them and blame the crises on someone else.
Recent examples are the Ebola crisis in West Africa last year, the crash of MH17 in Ukraine, and now likely this engineered drought. It is likely that it is linked to the “climate change” conference in Paris.
Countermeasures are necessary when the USA does such things.
