ማርች 26 እና ማርች 27 ቀን 2016፣ በቪዥን ኢትዮጵያ አማካኝነት አንድ ኮንፍራንስ ተካሄዶ ነበር። በዚህ ኮንፍራንስ ላይ ብዙ ምሁራን ጥናታዊ ጽሁፎች አቅርበዋል (“የኢትዮጵያ ዘውጋዊ ክፍፍሎችና የመፍትሔ ሃሳብ<\/a><\/span>”)። ከነዚህ መካከል ፕ\/ር መሳይ ከበደ አንዱ ነበሩ። ንግግራቸውን በሦስት ነበር የከፈሉት። የመጀመሪያው ክፍል ስለዘውግ (ethnicity) አንዳንድ ጽንሰ ሃሳቦች ለማሳየት የሞከሩበት ነው። ብዙም የማያከራክር ለጠቅላላ እውቀት የሚሆን ፍልስፍናዊና ቴዎረቲካል ትንተና በመሆኑ እዚያ ላይ ብዙ ጊዜ አላጠፋም።<\/p>\n
