የወያኔ አስተዳደር የማዕከላዊውን የመንግሥት ሥልጣን ከተቆጣጠረ በኋላ በሀገሪቱ ተግባራዊ ያደረገው የፌደራል ሥርዓት ጎሣን መሠረት ማድረጉ የሚታወቅ ነው። እንደ ወያኔ አገላለጽ ይህ የጎሣ ፌደራሊዝም በኢትዮጵያ ደም መፋሰስን ያስቀረና ሀገሪቱንም ከመበታተን አደጋ የሚታደግ ነው ይላል። ይሁን እንጂ በተግባር እየተፈፀመ ያለውን ነባራዊ ሁኔታ በጥልቀት ስንፈትሽ ይህ ወያኔ-ሰራሽ የሆነው የጎሣ ፌደራሊዝም ዓላማም ሆነ እያስከተለ ያለው ውጤት ከዚህ በተቃራኒ ሆኖ እናገኘዋለን።<\/p>\n
