ክንፉ አሰፋ<\/span><\/p>\n

በብሄራዊ ትያትር አካባቢ አንዲት አነስተኛ ምግብ ቤት ነበረች። «ገሊላ ምግብ ቤት» ትባል ነበር። በአዲስ አበባ «ቁምራ» ከመግባቱ በፊት በአካባቢው ያሉ  የመንግስት ሰራተኞች በምሳ ሰዓት ይህችን ምግብ ቤት ያጨናንቋት ነበር። ቁምራን የማታውቁ ካላችሁ፤ ለጽድቅ የሚደረግ መንፈሳዊ ጾም እንዳይመስላችሁ። እድገ ትና ትራንስፎርሜሽኑ ያመጣው አዲስ ክስተት ነው – ቁርስ ምሳና ራት በአንድ ጊዜ የመመገብ ዘዴ። «ኑሮ በዘዴ ፣ ጾም በኩዳዴ» ይባል ነበር። ይህ አባባል አሁን መኖ በዘዴ በሚል ተቀይሯል። መቼም ሁሉም ነገር በነበር እየቀረ ነው።<\/p>\n
