በኢትዮጵያ የታየውን ድርቅ ለመቋቋም ከ7 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ ያስፈልጋል ተባለ
ነኅሴ ፲፫ (አስራ ሶስት) ቀን ፳፻፯ ዓ/ም ኢሳት ዜና :-የተባበሩት መንግስታት ድርጅት ከኢትዮጵያ መንግስት ጋር በመተባበር ባወጣው ሪፖርት በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ የመኸርና የክረምት ዝናብ ወቅቱን ጠብቆ ባለመጣሉና በመዘግየቱ ምክንያት በተፈጠረው ድርቅ ሰለባ ለሆኑ ከ4 ሚሊዮን በላይ ኢትዮጵያዊያን ግምቱ ከ386 ሚሊዮን የአሜሪካ ዶላር ወይም ከ7 ቢሊዮን 700 ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ የሚያወጣ አፋጣኝ የሆነ የሕይወት አድን የምግብና ሌሎች እርዳታዎች እንደሚያስፈልጉ ጠቅሷል።
በመላ አገሪቱ 49 ወረዳዎች በድርቁ የተጠቁ ሲሆን ይህም አሃዝ በአሁኑ ወቅት ወደ 97 ወረዳዎች ከፍ ብሎአል። በድርቁ ምክንያት በአርብቶ አደሩ አካባቢዎች ላይ በርካታ እንስሳት አልቀዋል። ከተወሰኑ የምዕራብ ትግራይ፣ምዕራብ አማራና ምዕራብ ኦሮሚያ አካባቢዎች በስተቀር የዝናቡ ስርጭቱ በአብዛሃኛው የአገሪቱ ክልልሎች አናሳ መሆኑ በሪፖርቱ ተጠቅሷል።
አብዛሃኛው የትግራይ ክልል፣ ምስራቅ አማራ ማለትም ሰሜንና ደቡብ ወሎ ፣ኦሮሚያ ልዩ ዞን፣ሰሜን ሸዋ፣ አብዛኛው የአፋር ክልል፣ በምስራቅ ኦሮሚያ አርሲ፣ባሌ፣ምስራቅና ምዕራብ ሐረርጌ ዞን፣ ድሬደዋ፣ ሃረሪ፣ መእከላዊና ሰሜን ሶማሊያ ክልል፣ በደቡብ ክልል ጉራጌ፣ሃላባ፣ስልጤና ሃዲያ ዞን በከፊል በድርቁ ተመተዋል።
በተጨማሪም በአፋር፣አማራ፣ደቡብና ሶማሊያ ክልሎች በኤሊኖ የአየር ፀባይ መዛባት ሳቢያ በሚከሰት ወቅቱን ያልጠበቀ ዝናብ በሚፈጥረው ጎርፍ ሳቢያ ድርቁ እንደሚቀጥልም ተገልጿል።በመኸር መጠኑ ያነሰ ዝናብ በመጣሉ በውሃ ዕጥረት ሰበብ አርብቶ አደር በሆኑት በሶማልያ ክልል ሲቲና ፋፋን ዞን ከብቶቻቸው በመሞታቸው ሳቢያ ነዋሪዎች አካባቢውን ለቀው ለመሰደድ ተገደዋል።
ከሕዳርና ታህሳስ በኋላ የምግብ ዋጋ እንደሚንርና የመግዛት አቅሙ የሌላቸው ዜጎች በከፍተኛ ሁኔታ ይጎዳሉ ብሎአል። በደቡብ ክልል ህጻናት ከድርቅ ጋር በተያያዘ ትምህርት ማቋረጣቸውንም ሪፖርቱ አመልክቷል።
Why doesn’t the reporter write that this is an artificial drought engineered by the USA ?
The purpose of the artificial drought is to give a convincing argument that so-called climate change is real and therefore to make the “climate change” conference in Paris in December this year a success.
This whole thing is fraud and the timing is so obvious.
